Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a device management method according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a device management system according to an embodiment of the present invention;
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a device management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, establishing an equipment file, judging whether equipment operation state information alarm is needed or not, and if so, establishing an equipment state and early warning information corresponding to the equipment state in the equipment file;
s2, acquiring the running state of the equipment in real time, and comparing the running state with the equipment state to obtain early warning information corresponding to the running state of the equipment;
and S3, pushing the early warning information to the user.
The method comprises the steps of firstly establishing an equipment file, when equipment running state information is required to alarm, establishing an equipment state and early warning information corresponding to the equipment state in the equipment file, then acquiring the equipment running state, comparing the equipment running state with the equipment state in the equipment file to obtain the early warning information corresponding to the equipment running state, then pushing the early warning information to a user, enabling the user to accurately know the equipment running state in real time, establishing different equipment files aiming at different equipment, and realizing centralized management of a plurality of pieces of equipment on an intelligent terminal such as a PC.
The established files comprise information such as establishment time, an establishment person and the like, when the situation that the equipment operation state information is required to alarm is judged, the equipment state and early warning information corresponding to the equipment state are established in the equipment files;
the method comprises the steps of firstly acquiring data of an equipment running state through monitoring modules such as voltage monitoring, current monitoring, a limit switch, a position sensor and a weight sensor, and then acquiring the data of the equipment running state through PLC communication.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, after the device archive is established, the method further includes the following steps:
s10, judging whether an equipment maintenance plan alarm is needed, if so, establishing an equipment maintenance plan period in the equipment file;
s11, obtaining the current maintenance planning cycle of the equipment, and judging whether the current maintenance planning cycle exceeds the equipment maintenance planning cycle, if so, pushing maintenance reminding to the user.
And the maintenance reminding can be pushed to the user through the comparison between the equipment maintenance planning period and the current maintenance planning period, so that the management effect of the equipment management method is further enhanced.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, S2 specifically is: and if the data of the equipment running state and the data of the equipment state preset in the equipment file exceed a preset deviation threshold value, acquiring early warning information corresponding to the equipment running state.
The accuracy of the early warning information pushed to the user is improved through the accurate comparison of the data of the running state of the equipment and the data of the equipment state preset in the equipment file.
Specifically, the collected data of the device running state is compared with the data of the device running state pre-stored in the device archive, and once the data of the device running state exceeds a preset deviation threshold, the data of the device running state is judged to be abnormal running data, wherein the data of the device running state pre-stored in the device archive is standardized data, such as data in national standards and industry standards, or data set according to actual needs. For example, in the process of producing concrete by a concrete plant, the metering error of powder (cement, fly ash and the like), namely the preset deviation threshold value, is not allowed to exceed 1%, and then the standard setting for judging the metering abnormality of the powder is required to be less than or equal to 1%.
In addition, the running state of the equipment monitored by the monitoring module can be compared with the equipment program logic preset in the equipment file, for example, in the prestored equipment program logic, water should be added into the concrete equipment at a certain time, but the concrete equipment does not actually perform water adding, so that the abnormality can be judged. Corresponding reminding information can be preset according to various abnormalities, and once the abnormalities occur, the reminding information can be directly pushed to a user, namely, the reminding information for adding water can be pushed to concrete equipment, and further, the amount of water to be added and the like can be added into the reminding information.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the equipment maintenance scheduling period includes a maintenance period of the equipment, and it is determined whether the maintenance period exceeds the equipment maintenance scheduling period, and if so, a maintenance prompt is pushed to the user.
By judging whether the maintenance period exceeds the equipment maintenance planning period or not, the maintenance reminding pushed to the user is more concrete, and the accuracy of the pushed maintenance reminding is improved.
The maintenance period of the equipment can be inquired, specifically, the latest maintenance date is inquired, and then whether the equipment needs to be maintained or directly replaced is judged according to the maintenance date; for example, in the concrete equipment, it is inquired that the last maintenance date is 2019, 10, month and 1, the current date is 2019, 10, month and 7, and the preset maintenance date in the equipment maintenance planning period is 2019, 10, month and 6, since the maintenance period of the concrete equipment is exceeded, a maintenance prompt is sent to the user, in addition, the previous maintenance frequency of the concrete equipment can also be obtained, and if the previous maintenance frequency of the concrete equipment is 5, and it is assumed that the maintenance frequency of the concrete equipment preset in the equipment file cannot exceed 5, the user can be prompted to directly replace the concrete equipment.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the equipment maintenance scheduling period further includes an accumulated running time of the equipment, and determines whether the accumulated running time exceeds an upper limit of the equipment maintenance scheduling period, and if so, pushes a maintenance prompt to the user. By judging whether the accumulated running time of the equipment exceeds the upper limit of the equipment maintenance planning period or not, the maintenance reminding pushed to the user is more concrete, and the accuracy of the pushed maintenance reminding is further improved.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, a first maintenance reminding level is set according to a first deviation of the maintenance period exceeding the equipment maintenance planning period, and a maintenance reminding including the first maintenance reminding level is pushed to the user.
Through setting up first maintenance and reminding the grade, further improved the accuracy of the maintenance of propelling movement to the user and reminded.
Continuing with the above example, when inquiring that the last maintenance date of the concrete equipment is 2019, 10 and 1, and the maintenance date preset in the equipment maintenance planning period in the equipment archive is 2019, 10 and 7, the first maintenance reminding level may be set as:
if the current date is 2019, 10 months and 10 days, the first deviation is 3 days, and the first maintenance reminding level added in the maintenance reminding is the common warning level;
if the current date is 2019, 10, 14 and the first deviation is 7 days at this time, the first maintenance reminding grade added in the maintenance reminding is a middle warning grade;
if the current date is 2019, 11, 17 days, the first deviation is 1 month at this time, the first maintenance reminding level added in the maintenance reminding is a serious warning level, the concrete equipment is forcibly locked, namely, the concrete equipment is forcibly closed, so that the concrete equipment is correctly maintained or replaced according to the maintenance date preset in the maintenance planning period, the operation safety of the concrete equipment is ensured, the service life of the concrete equipment can be prolonged, and personal injury or quality accidents are prevented.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, a second maintenance reminding level is set according to a second deviation that the accumulated operation time exceeds an upper limit of the equipment maintenance scheduling period, and a maintenance reminder including the second maintenance reminding level is pushed to the user.
Through setting up the second maintenance and reminding level, further improved the accuracy of the maintenance and reminding of pushing to the user.
Continuing to use the above example, if the preset accumulated operation time of the concrete equipment in the equipment maintenance planning period is up to 30 days, if the accumulated operation time of the concrete equipment exceeds 30 days, a maintenance prompt is sent to the concrete equipment.
The second maintenance reminder level may be set to:
if the accumulated running time of the concrete equipment is 33 days, the second deviation is 3 days, and the second maintenance reminding grade added in the maintenance reminding is the common warning grade;
if the accumulated running time of the concrete equipment is 37 days, the second deviation is 7 days, and the second maintenance reminding grade added in the maintenance reminding is a middle warning grade;
if the accumulated running time of the concrete equipment is 60 days, the second deviation is 30 days, the second maintenance reminding grade added in the maintenance reminding is a serious warning grade, the concrete equipment is forcibly locked, namely, the concrete equipment is forcibly closed, so that the concrete equipment is correctly maintained or replaced according to the accumulated running time preset in the maintenance planning period, the running safety of the concrete equipment is ensured, the service life of the concrete equipment can be prolonged, and personal injury or quality accidents are prevented.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the plurality of warning messages and the plurality of maintenance reminders respectively form a warning message list and a maintenance reminder list according to a time sequence, and sequentially determine the categories of the warning messages and the maintenance reminders, and then push the warning messages and the maintenance reminders in different push modes, where the push mode is WeChat or short message. And after pushing the early warning information and the maintenance reminding to a user, judging whether the user needs to confirm the early warning information and the maintenance reminding, if so, confirming the early warning information and the maintenance reminding and providing a corresponding processing suggestion by the user.
On the one hand, according to the category that early warning information and maintenance were reminded, choose for use different propelling movement modes to carry out the propelling movement with it in proper order, convenient and fast more. On the other hand, the user can feed back the corresponding processing suggestions, so that the equipment maintenance personnel can maintain the equipment in a targeted manner, and in addition, the user can supplement more detailed fault state descriptions of the equipment application state and the like, so that the equipment maintenance personnel can maintain the equipment more conveniently.
