Abstract
The invention discloses a medical data sharing method based on a block chain, which comprises the following steps: a memory, a processor, and a blockchain based medical data program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the blockchain based medical data program being implemented when executed by the processor; the program comprises intelligent contracts in the block chain for calculating medical data. The invention aims to facilitate information intercommunication among hospitals, ensure data right by access control, ensure that every utilization of data is recorded and can be found by behavior records, commonly maintain a list library capable of providing service by each hospital, pay certain inquiry cost when an insurance company, a superior department and the like have requests for inquiry service, call original data by a block chain according to categories to be inquired, input results into a sandbox safety bin for recalculation after the original data is calculated at the edge of each hospital system, and finally feed back the inquiry results to prevent data leakage.
