Abstract
The invention discloses a knowledge base construction platform based on a cloud document management system, which comprises a data uploading module, a file management module, a directory management module and an unstructured data searching module, wherein the data uploading module is used for uploading data to the data management module; the data uploading module is used for registering file uploading service, monitoring file uploading progress and uploading files; the file management module is used for carrying out operations of auditing, viewing, sorting, sharing, deleting and process tracking on the uploaded data files; the catalog management module is used for establishing and managing a file catalog; the unstructured data searching module is used for retrieving documents; the invention can arrange the files in the platform orderly through the file management module and the directory management module, so that a user can accurately and rapidly inquire the required files; the file storage space of the platform is effectively enlarged through the cloud document management system.

A knowledge base construction platform based on a cloud document management system is shown in figure 1 and comprises a data uploading module 1, a file management module 2, a catalog management module 3 and an unstructured data searching module 4.
The data uploading module 1 is used for registering file uploading service, monitoring file uploading progress and uploading files; the data uploading module 1 includes: uploading a client module 101 and a monitoring module 102; the uploading client module 101 is used for uploading files, monitoring uploading progress and viewing uploading logs, namely, a user can upload the files to the cloud document management system through the uploading client module 101, can view the number, specific contents and the like of the uploaded files at any time after uploading is completed, and can view the completion progress of uploading the files in real time; the monitoring module 102 is configured to monitor a file uploading condition of the uploading client module 101, that is, a user may check various conditions of the uploaded file at any time, such as whether the file is downloaded or not, browsing times, and the like.
In this embodiment, the data uploading process includes that the uploading client analyzes the uploaded file, the file is uploaded again if the analysis fails, the file is checked if the analysis succeeds, the file is uploaded again if the check fails, and the file is uploaded successfully if the check succeeds; after the file is uploaded successfully, the user can perform operations such as downloading, deleting, previewing, catalog management and searching on the file, and the file is controlled in an all-round manner; the auditing is that the authority of the uploaded file is controlled according to the type of the uploaded file and the organization structure if the file is a confidential file; in other embodiments, if the uploaded file is a document type attachment, for example, the file type is video, picture, pdf, office, etc., the file may be directly checked after being uploaded, and if the check fails, the file may be uploaded again, and if the check succeeds, the file may be uploaded successfully.

In the embodiment, the file lookup is realized through a file query interface, the interface can provide a file preview function, different preview modes are provided according to file types, the interface can read pdf files in a distributed file system, and the online browsing of the files is realized through a user space file system (FUSE) method; the data downloading can download files, and a user can download and check files required by the user; the data cataloging can classify the files according to catalogs, and the file types can be clearer through the cataloging; in the step, each user in the platform has a share folder, and when other people share the file for the user, a record is added in a sharing table of the user, so that the file needs to be shared through the designated directory, and more optimal management is realized; unnecessary files can be deleted through data deletion, files with illegal contents can be excluded through data auditing, the auditing method is consistent with the auditing method in data uploading, and the state updating of the files can be audited; the data tracking can look at the condition of each file.
In the embodiment, cloud retrieval can be performed on the files, a uniform query entry is adopted for the retrieval, self-built word bank matching, regular expression matching, file title searching, file text searching, time searching and online reading are supported, and a proprietary downloading interface is provided for unstructured data; the method and the device realize the efficient return of the retrieved data file names, storage paths and related information from the massive distributed storage data files through distributed search. For the registered database, by setting necessary conditions, relevant data records are retrieved, and the following functions are mainly included:
searching files: through matching the file names, the complete storage paths, the created users, the final modification time, the file sizes and other information of the distributed files can be returned;
fuzzy search: searching for distributed files supports case matching, matching of complete or partially contained file names;
data searching: for searching database records, necessary information needs to be specified so that a corresponding data set can be returned from a table of the database.
And (3) authority control: all search functions are retrieval of accessible data within the authority of the user, and content outside the authority cannot be retrieved.
The catalog management module 3 is used for establishing and managing a file catalog; the catalog management module 3 functions include: directory addition, directory hierarchy movement, directory modification and directory deletion; the directory is newly added with new directory information and can also store a newly added log so as to be convenient for a user to check; the directory hierarchy movement is used for replacing the directory sequencing; directory modification is used to modify the contents of a directory, directory deletion is used to delete unneeded directory information, and deleted directory information is marked as deleted.
In this embodiment, the file directory management process includes: creating a file directory; authorizing the created catalog, if the authorization fails, re-creating the catalog, and if the authorization succeeds, managing the catalog; the user can modify, delete, sort, hierarchically manage and search or download the corresponding files through the directory.
The unstructured data search module 4 is used for retrieving documents, and the unstructured data comprises:
a plurality of file formats such as doc,. docx,. ppt,. pptx,. xls,. xlsx,. pot,. pps,. vsd,. rtf,. wps,. et,. dps,. pdf,. txt, etc.
According to the invention, the file data is stored in the cloud disk through the cloud document management system, so that the platform can store more file data; the files in the platform can be orderly arranged through the file management module 2 and the directory management module 3, so that a user can accurately and rapidly inquire needed files.

A knowledge base construction platform based on a cloud document management system is characterized by comprising a data uploading module (1), a file management module (2), a catalog management module (3) and an unstructured data searching module (4); the data uploading module (1) is used for registering file uploading service, monitoring file uploading progress and uploading files; the file management module (2) is used for carrying out operations of auditing, viewing, sorting, sharing, deleting and process tracking on the uploaded data files; the catalog management module (3) is used for establishing and managing a file catalog; the unstructured data search module (4) is used for retrieving documents.

The cloud document management system based knowledge base building platform according to claim 1, wherein the data uploading module (1) comprises: an uploading client module (101) and a monitoring module (102); the uploading client module (101) is used for uploading files, monitoring the uploading progress and checking uploading logs; the monitoring module (102) is used for monitoring the file uploading condition of the uploading client module (101).
