The vehicular internet diagnostic service system according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the PC diagnostic client sends a one-touch call request, fills in related information of remote technical support and uploads the information to the diagnostic client, the diagnostic client determines whether a failure cause can be cleared according to corresponding vehicle diagnosis and flash results recorded in the diagnostic server after receiving the one-touch call request of the user, if yes, the diagnostic client directly feeds back a maintenance guidance suggestion to the PC diagnostic client, if not, the diagnostic client remotely controls the PC diagnostic client to send a control message and return a control response result to the diagnostic client, and the diagnostic client gives a maintenance guidance suggestion according to the obtained external judgment information and feeds back the maintenance guidance suggestion to the PC diagnostic client.

The vehicular internet diagnostic service system according to claim 9, wherein after the PC diagnostic client is connected to the diagnostic server, the PC diagnostic client first detects whether upgrading is required, and if it is detected that the diagnostic server has an updated software upgrade package, the PC diagnostic client reminds the user whether upgrading is required, and the user can immediately upgrade after agreeing, or can upgrade through an upgrade button at any time when the user is required.
