As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, after the circuit unit 5 and the signal cable 7 are fixedly connected and the second opening 24 is upward, the metal inner shell 2 is filled with the liquid second silicone rubber 8, and the second silicone rubber 8 is used to completely cover the outer peripheries of the circuit unit 5 and the signal cable 7 after being cured. The second silicon rubber 8 can fully coat the circuit unit 5, so that on one hand, the circuit unit 5 and the metal inner shell 2 can be stably and reliably fixed, the vibration frequency of the sensitive element 52 on the circuit unit 5 is ensured to be consistent with the vibration frequency transmitted to the metal inner shell 2, and the induction precision is improved; on the other hand, the circuit unit 5 is highly insulated, so that the circuit unit 5 is well protected, a waterproof and dustproof effect is achieved, and the sensor is ensured to be suitable for severe environments.
In this embodiment, as an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the circuit unit 5 includes a circuit board 51 and a sensing element 52 electrically connected to the circuit board 51; wherein, the sensitive element 52 is adhered with the inner wall of the metal inner shell 2; the circuit board 51 is provided with a plurality of glue holes 510.
When the liquid second silicone rubber 8 is filled, the liquid second silicone rubber 8 can be filled in each of the rubber through holes 510 by utilizing the fluidity thereof, and the circuit board 51 can be completely coated after the second silicone rubber 8 is cured, so that the insulating support and vibration filtering effects on the circuit board 51 are achieved, the connection stability of the circuit board 51 is prevented from being influenced by external vibration, and the service life of the circuit board 51 is ensured;
the sensing element 52 is bonded with the inner wall of the metal inner shell 2, so that the vibration transmitted to the metal inner shell 2 from the outside can be completely transmitted to the sensing element 52, and the sensing precision is improved.
In this embodiment, as a specific implementation manner, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, a first gap 40 is formed between the cured first silicon rubber 4 and the first sealing cover 11; after being cured, the second silicone rubber 8 has a second gap 80 with the second cover 21.
Sensor internal circuit unit 5 work generates heat, make first silicon rubber 4 thermal expansion, thereby produce the squeezing action to metal casing 1 and metal inner shell 2, set up the thermal expansion volume that first space 40 is used for holding first silicon rubber 4, thereby avoid first silicon rubber 4 to outer box of metal and metal inner shell 2, especially extrude the impaired condition of being connected that leads to first closing cap 11 and metal casing 1 to encapsulating first closing cap 11 on metal casing 1, ensure the stability of the double-deck metal shielding layer structure of metal inner shell 2 and the common formation of metal casing 1, guarantee the job stabilization reliable of sensor.
Also, the second gap can accommodate the volume of the second silicon rubber 8 expanded by heat, and avoid over-pressing the circuit unit 5 to cause damage to the circuit unit 5.
The present invention also provides a method for packaging a buckling detection sensor, referring to fig. 1 to 3, including the following steps:
connecting the metal inner shell 2 to the inside of the metal outer shell 1, and adjusting the adjusting piece 3 to enable a preset gap to be kept between the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1;
the signal cable 7 sequentially penetrates out of the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1, and the circuit unit 5 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the metal inner shell 2;
filling liquid silicon rubber into the metal inner shell 2 with the upward opening for multiple times, exhausting air, and filling the liquid silicon rubber to a position 1-2 mm away from the opening of the metal inner shell 2;
after the liquid silicone rubber is solidified, a second sealing cover 21 is packaged at the opening of the metal inner shell 2;
filling silicon rubber between the metal outer shell 1 with the upward opening and the metal inner shell 2 for multiple times and exhausting, wherein the filling amount of the liquid silicon rubber can completely cover the metal inner shell 2 and the second sealing cover 21 and is 1-2 mm away from the opening of the metal outer shell 1;
and after the liquid silicone rubber is solidified, packaging a first sealing cover 11 in the opening of the metal shell 1 to obtain the packaged instability detection sensor.
Compared with the prior art, the method for packaging the instability detection sensor provided by the invention has the advantages that the circuit unit 5 is fixed on the inner wall of the metal inner shell 2, the metal inner shell 2 is connected into the metal outer shell 1 to form a double-layer metal shielding structure for the circuit unit 5, the electromagnetic compatibility can be improved, the anti-interference performance is improved, and the detection signal is accurately and reliably transmitted to the signal processor;
the silicon rubber is filled into a preset gap between the metal outer shell 1 and the metal inner shell 2 in a liquid state, the metal inner shell 2 can be completely coated by the silicon rubber through the liquidity of the liquid, and the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 can be completely isolated after solidification, so that on one hand, the silicon rubber can play a role in sealing, the protection performance and the waterproof and dustproof performance of the circuit unit 5 are improved, the stable work of the sensor in a severe environment is ensured, on the other hand, the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 can be highly insulated, and the alternating-current voltage resistance of the sensor is improved;
the silicon rubber is filled and sealed in the metal inner shell 2 to completely coat the circuit unit 5, so that on one hand, the circuit unit 5 and the metal inner shell 2 can be stably and reliably fixed, the vibration frequency of the sensitive element 52 on the circuit unit 5 is ensured to be consistent with the vibration frequency transmitted to the metal inner shell 2, and the induction precision is improved; on the other hand, the circuit unit 5 is highly insulated, and good protection is provided for the circuit unit 5;
the preset gap between the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 can be adjusted, so that the thickness of the solidified liquid silicon rubber encapsulated between the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 can be controlled, the elastic vibration transmission frequency of the silicon rubber is highly matched with the response frequency of the instability detection sensor, and the induction precision of the instability detection sensor is improved;
the silicon rubber is encapsulated in the metal inner shell 2 and between the metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 for multiple times, and exhaust is performed after encapsulation is finished each time, so that the final curing form of the silicon rubber can be accurately controlled, and the high vacuum degree in the cured silicon rubber is ensured, thereby ensuring high elastic transmission precision of the silicon rubber and strong alternating current pressure resistance;
leave the space between the silicon rubber solidification back and the second closing cap 21 in the metal inner shell 2, leave the space between the silicon rubber solidification back between metal inner shell 2 and the metal outer shell 1 and the first closing cap 11, guarantee that work process circuit unit 5 generates heat and lead to the inflation volume of silicon rubber thermal expansion to have accommodation space, avoid silicon rubber to second closing cap 21, first closing cap 11 extrudes, cause double-deck metal shielding structure's damage and lead to the condition of encapsulation inefficacy, ensure that the job stabilization of unstability detection sensor is reliable.

Claims (10)

1. A buckling detection sensor, characterized by comprising:
the metal shell is provided with a first opening on one side surface, and the side surface is connected with a first sealing cover used for packaging the first opening;
the metal inner shell is arranged inside the metal outer shell, and a preset gap is formed between the metal inner shell and the metal outer shell; a second opening is formed in the side face, facing the first sealing cover, of the metal inner shell, and the side face is connected with a second sealing cover used for packaging the second opening;
the circuit unit is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the metal inner shell and is provided with a signal cable which sequentially penetrates through the side wall of the metal inner shell and the side wall of the metal outer shell outwards, and the signal cable is used for being electrically connected with the signal processor;
when the second sealing cover encapsulates the second opening and the first opening faces upwards, the preset gap is filled with liquid first silicon rubber, and the first silicon rubber is used for completely coating and insulating and supporting the metal inner shell and the second sealing cover in the metal outer shell after being cured.
2. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 1, wherein: the metal shell with be equipped with the regulating part between the metal inner shell, the regulating part is used for connecting the metal inner shell metal shell and be used for adjusting preset clearance.
3. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 2, wherein: the metal inner shell is equipped with the shaft hole dorsad on the lateral wall of first closing cap, be equipped with on the inner wall of metal outer shell with the screw thread blind hole that the shaft hole corresponds, the one end of regulating part with the shaft hole rotates to be connected, the other end with screw thread blind hole threaded connection.
4. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 3, wherein said regulating member is provided in plural at intervals, each of said regulating members comprising:
the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the shaft hole;
and the threaded part has one end in threaded connection with the blind hole and the other end in butt joint with the rotating shaft, and the butt joint end of the threaded part is abutted against the outer wall of the metal inner shell.

A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 1, wherein: a connecting hole is formed in the side face, opposite to the first opening, of the metal shell, and the connecting hole is used for allowing a cable of the sensor to pass through; the side surface of the metal inner shell facing the connecting hole is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is aligned with the connecting hole and used for passing through the cable;
the connecting hole is connected with a fixed joint used for fastening the cable, and the fixed joint is in threaded connection with a locking nut.
6. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 1, wherein: the shell wall of the metal inner shell is provided with a plurality of plug holes, and the circuit unit is provided with a plurality of plug bodies which are correspondingly plugged with the plug holes one by one.
7. A destabilizing detecting sensor according to any of claims 1-6, wherein: after the circuit unit and the signal cable are fixedly connected and the second opening faces upwards, liquid second silicon rubber is filled in the metal inner shell, and the second silicon rubber is used for completely coating the peripheries of the circuit unit and the signal cable after being cured.
8. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 7, wherein: the circuit unit comprises a circuit board and a sensitive element electrically connected with the circuit board; the sensing element is bonded with the inner wall of the metal inner shell; the circuit board is provided with a plurality of glue permeating holes.
9. A buckling detection sensor as defined in claim 7, wherein: a first gap is formed between the solidified first silicon rubber and the first sealing cover; and a second gap is formed between the cured second silicon rubber and the second sealing cover.
10. A packaging method of a instability detection sensor is characterized by comprising the following steps:
connecting the metal inner shell to the inside of the metal outer shell, and adjusting an adjusting piece to enable a preset gap to be kept between the metal inner shell and the metal outer shell;
sequentially penetrating a signal cable outwards through the metal inner shell and the metal outer shell, and fixedly connecting a circuit unit on the inner wall of the metal inner shell;
filling liquid silicon rubber into the metal inner shell with the upward opening for multiple times, exhausting air, and filling the silicon rubber to a position 1-2 mm away from the opening of the metal inner shell;
after the silicon rubber is solidified, a second sealing cover is packaged at the opening of the metal inner shell;
filling liquid silicon rubber between the metal outer shell with the upward opening and the metal inner shell for multiple times, and exhausting air, wherein the filling amount of the silicon rubber can completely cover the metal inner shell and the second sealing cover and is 1-2 mm away from the opening of the metal outer shell;
and after the silicon rubber is cured, a first sealing cover is packaged at the opening of the metal shell to obtain the packaged instability detection sensor.
