Abstract
The invention relates to an electric ignition launching device of a dynamic simulation test device for a bullet and a mother bullet, which belongs to a main machine part of the dynamic simulation test device for the bullet and the mother bullet and is arranged on a main machine gun barrel, in particular to a device which integrates electric ignition and propellant powder into a whole, can safely, flexibly and conveniently replace, ignites the propellant powder through electric ignition, launches the bullet and the mother bullet and provides power for the bullet and the mother bullet. The device consists of a bolt body (-negative pole), an elastic conductive column (+) positive pole, a bakelite insulator, an electric emission cartridge, a flame spraying pipe and a locking nut. The elastic conductive column (+) positive pole is fixed on the bolt body by means of a locking nut through a bakelite insulator to form a (+) positive pole, and the electric transmitting cartridge is designed into a replaceable standard product.

Technical Field

Background
The existing VDS09-1460 shrapnel bullet dynamic simulation test equipment used in troops has the defects that the installation of an electric ignition device is very complicated: 1. dispersing required materials, and preparing an electric ignition head, bulk propellant powder, white silk, binding wires and the like; 2. the propellant powder is weighed and manually loaded, which is very unsafe; 3. it is inconvenient to store and transport. Accidents and personal injuries can easily occur. Therefore, it is important to develop a new electric ignition launching device and integrate the original bulk parts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the VDS09-1460 shrapnel bullet dynamic simulation test equipment has defects, and provides an electric ignition launching device which integrates the original bulk propellant powder and an electric ignition head into a whole and is convenient to replace, safely operate, store and transport.
In order to achieve the purpose, the electric ignition launcher is designed, and the electric ignition launcher consists of six parts, namely a bolt body (-) negative pole, an elastic conducting column (+) positive pole, a bakelite insulator, an electric launching cartridge, a flame spraying tube and a locking nut, wherein the elastic conducting column is fixed on the bolt body through the bakelite insulator by the locking nut to form a (+) electrode. The electric transmitting cartridge is designed into a replaceable standard product, which integrates the original bulk transmitting powder and the electric ignition head into a whole by means of the prior art, is produced by professional manufacturers in a standardized way, achieves the use safety index and is convenient for safe storage and transportation.

Detailed Description

An electric ignition launcher is disclosed, as shown in the schematic structure of fig. 2, an elastic conductive column (+) positive electrode 3 is fixed on a metal bolt (-) negative electrode 5 by a lock nut 6 through a bakelite insulator 4 to form a (+) positive electrode, an electric launching cartridge 2 is installed on the front part of the metal bolt (-) negative electrode 5 in a threaded mode, and a flame spraying tube 1 is installed on the outer portion of the metal bolt (-) negative electrode in a threaded mode.
In the figure 3, a spring 4 and a movable electrode 3 are inserted into an electrode shaft 5 and are screwed by a screwing bolt 2, and a bakelite protective cap 1 is tightly buckled on the screwing bolt 2, so that the movable electrode 3 is insulated from a bolt body (-) of the figure 1 and a negative electrode 5.
Fig. 4 the electric primer 1 is insulated from the cartridge body 3 to form a two-pole circuit, the electric primer 1 can be triggered by an initiator to detonate the propellant charge 2, and the gas energy of the propellant is ejected from the front of the cartridge body 2 and the ejection holes.
