And a waterproof vent valve mounting hole, a wire passing hole and a through hole are formed in the top plane on the inner side of the annular boss. The wire passing hole is matched with a waterproof screw (not shown) to allow the electric wire to pass through and be waterproof. And the waterproof vent valve mounting hole is used for mounting a waterproof vent valve (not shown). The through hole is used for passing a connecting rod installed and connected between the top cap 151 and the electrical cabinet main body 1822 when the electrical cabinet 182 is used in the lamp holder (see fig. 2); an internal thread can also be arranged in the through hole to be matched with an external thread on the connecting rod or the electric bin cover 1821 is fixed by matching the compression nut with the connecting rod.
The overall shape of the electrical appliance bin main body 1822 is also a section of a trumpet-shaped or hollow frustum; a second mounting and connecting mechanism is arranged at one end of the electrical bin main body 1822 far away from the electrical bin cover 1821, and the second mounting and connecting mechanism is used for connecting the lamp holder 110. In this embodiment, the second mounting connection mechanism is a rim portion (if the electrical cabin body 1822 is regarded as a hat, the rim acts like a brim) extending from the outer peripheral surface of the electrical cabin body 1822, and four radially protruding bosses 1826 are spaced on the outermost wall of the rim portion, and are used for sliding guiding and clamping when the electrical cabin 182 is combined with the lamp holder 110; an annular U-shaped groove (a fourth groove) is formed in the edge part, and a U-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the groove; the lower end of the first lamp housing 120 is inserted into the fourth groove. In particular, an arc-shaped rib 1825 is disposed on the horizontal table surface at the lowest part of the edge part, close to the outermost periphery of the edge part and substantially perpendicular to the horizontal table surface at the edge part, and a screw hole is disposed on the arc-shaped rib.
A plurality of mounting post holes (not shown) are further formed in the inner wall of the electrical bin main body 1822, and the mounting post holes are used for mounting a single lamp controller through a power supply mounting plate when the electrical bin 182 is used in the lamp head 100, so that the control and management of the lamp head are facilitated.
One end of the electrical appliance bin main body 1822 close to the electrical appliance bin cover 1821 is hollowed out; one end of the electrical appliance bin main body 1822 close to the electrical appliance bin cover 1821 is provided with a connecting hole 1823 protruding out of the upper end face of the electrical appliance bin main body 1822; the connecting hole 1823 extends axially along the electrical cabinet body 1822 and is connected with the electrical cabinet body 1822 through a connecting rib 1824, and the connecting rib 1824 is hollowed out as described above; when the appliance compartment cover 1821 is coupled to the appliance compartment body 1822, it extends into the appliance compartment cover 1821. Of course, the connecting hole 1823 may also be disposed at a position of the electrical cabin body 1822 close to the upper end surface of the electrical cabin body 1822. When the connection rod 170 is connected to the light reflecting member 180, the external thread of the connection rod 170 is threadedly engaged with the connection hole 1823; of course, the external thread of the connecting rod 170 may be connected with the thread hole of the connecting plate installed on the electrical cabinet body 1822, or a separate additional nut may be connected with the thread on the connecting rod and abut against the lower end surface of the connecting hole 1823.
In this embodiment, the second lamp housing 150 (including the top cap 151), the second light emitting assembly 160, the heat dissipation cover 130, the first light emitting assembly 140, the first lamp housing 150, and the light reflecting member 180 constitute an integrally detachable light source module; the light source module is detachably connected with the lamp holder 110 through a buckle by means of the bottom end of the light reflecting part 180. In the space formed by the light reflecting component 180 (electrical chamber 182) and the lamp socket 110, the power supply 190 is arranged in the lamp socket 110 through a power supply mounting plate; of course, the power source 190 may also be mounted within the electrical compartment 182 via a power mounting plate.
In this embodiment, the lamp holder 110 is substantially in the shape of an inverted horn, and four sliding grooves 111 extending along the inner circumferential direction of the wall surface of the lamp holder and having a closed end are formed in the lamp holder 110. The boss 1826 on the electrical appliance cabin 182 in the light reflecting component is correspondingly matched with the sliding groove 111; when the light source module and the lamp holder 110 are assembled, the boss 1826 is firstly made to approach the sliding groove 111, then the light source module is rotated to be matched with the sliding groove 111, and after the boss 1826 is correspondingly matched with the sliding groove 111 in place and clamped, the connection between the light source module and the lamp holder 110 can be completed. However, in order to prevent the light source module from rotating around the lamp socket 110, a fastening boss 113 having a screw hole 112 is further provided on the lamp socket 110, and the fastening boss 113 and the arc-shaped rib 1825 are further fastened by a screw. The screw hole 112 and the sliding groove 111 are close to the opening of the lamp holder 110.
After the lamp holder is installed in place, when the power supply 110 needs to be replaced and maintained, the light source module can be integrally detached from the lamp holder 110 only by detaching the screw and rotating the light source module relative to the lamp holder 110 by a certain angle; after the power supply 190 is replaced, the light source module is mounted on the lamp holder 110 and fastened by screws, so that the connection between the light source module and the lamp holder 110 is completed; the whole dismounting and replacing maintenance work is simple and efficient.
The lamp holder 110 is further provided with a plurality of air holes so as to discharge hot air exhausted through the waterproof air vent valve in the cavity of the light source module, and simultaneously, the single lamp controller can be controlled through electromagnetic waves.
Example two
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in this embodiment, the light reflecting component 180 and the electrical cabin 182 are two independent components, the light reflecting component is sleeved outside the electrical cabin 182, and the lower bottom edge of the light reflecting component abuts against the edge of the electrical cabin main body 1822.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that, in the present embodiment, the light reflecting member 180 is not present. The connecting rod 170 is connected between the top cap 151 and the electrical appliance bin 182, and plays a role in connecting and fixing the second lamp shade 150, the heat dissipation cover 130 and the first lamp shade 120; the connecting rod 170 is connected to the connecting hole 1823 of the electrical cabinet body 1822.
Example four
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that, in the present embodiment, the second lamp housing 150 (including the top cap 151), the heat dissipation cover 130, the first lamp housing 120, the light reflecting member 180, and the lamp socket 110 are fixedly connected by the connection rod 170; that is, the connection rod 170 penetrates through the second lamp housing 150, the heat dissipation cover 130, the first lamp housing 120, and the light reflection member 180, and is connected to the top cap 151 and the lamp socket 110. The connection mode of the connection rod 170 and the lamp socket 110 is a threaded connection with the connection rod through a threaded hole arranged on the lamp socket, or a threaded hole arranged on a connection plate on the lamp socket, or a separate nut. In this case, the structure of the electrical cabinet body 1822 (the second mounting connection mechanism, the connection hole 1823, i.e., the connection rib 1824) and the structure of the lamp socket 110 (the sliding groove 111, the fastening boss, etc. engaged with the second mounting connection mechanism are omitted) can be simplified.

The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that in the present embodiment, there are no reflective component, no electrical cabin, no connecting rod, and no single lamp controller, and the second lamp cover, the heat dissipation cover, the first lamp cover, and the lamp holder are all connected in sequence from top to bottom in a threaded connection manner; the second lampshade and the top cap are integrally arranged.

Further, as another embodiment, when the upper end of the connecting rod is connected to the first light emitting module, the central region 131 may not be provided.
EXAMPLE seven
A street lamp comprises a lamp post and at least one lamp holder directly or indirectly arranged on the lamp post, wherein the lamp holder is any one of the first embodiment to the sixth embodiment.
According to the scheme, the first lampshade and the second lampshade are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the heat dissipation cover, so that the street lamp holder with a specific structure is formed, the structural form of the street lamp holder is enriched, and more choices are provided for consumers. Meanwhile, the light transmission area of the lamp holder can be increased. In addition, the second light-emitting component is arranged in the second lampshade, so that the brightness of the lamp holder is improved. And the second light-emitting component is arranged in the central area of the heat dissipation cover in an island shape, so that the communication state of the first lampshade and the second lampshade is kept while the heat dissipation function is ingeniously provided for the second light-emitting component, and the heat dissipation area is increased. In addition, the area enclosed by the projections of the maximum outer contour of the second lampshade, the maximum outer contour of the heat dissipation cover and the maximum outer contour of the first lampshade on the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the lamp holder is sequentially increased, and the structural form of the lamp holder of the street lamp is strengthened. Furthermore, the electrical bin is arranged to be an electrical bin cover comprising an electrical bin main body and a non-metal material, the electrical bin cover is arranged on the electrical bin main body, a space formed by the electrical bin cover is communicated with a space formed by the electrical bin main body, electromagnetic waves can be transmitted to the outside through the electrical bin cover, the negative effects of the electrical bin on shielding and reduction of the electromagnetic waves are effectively reduced, and the transmission quality of the electromagnetic waves is improved. Meanwhile, the electrical cabinet is arranged into a semi-closed cavity with an opening facing downwards in a use state, so that a light source module (at least comprising a top cover, a light-emitting module, a lampshade and the electrical cabinet) using the lamp cap of the electrical cabinet forms a complete closed space, and the waterproof performance of the light source module is improved. In the space formed by the electrical appliance bin and the lamp holder, a single lamp controller is arranged for intelligent management of the lamp.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention are disclosed in the technical solutions of the present invention and included in the protection scope of the present invention. As well as the above embodiments, the present invention has other modifications such as: the second mounting and connecting mechanism can be a simple mounting and positioning mechanism or can be positioned by directly utilizing the wall surface of the second part; or the connecting rod (the connecting rod is connected with the electrical bin cover and the electrical bin main body through threads) is directly or indirectly connected to the lamp holder, namely the connecting rod connects the electrical bin and the lamp holder. Or, the second light reflecting part 182 is abutted against the inner wall of the first lamp housing through a mounting and positioning mechanism, and the lamp holder is fixed on the lamp housing; or other technical solutions obtained by combining, replacing or deleting the components in the embodiments.
It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such modifications and embellishments should also be considered as included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (35)

1. A lamp holder comprises a first light-emitting component, a first lampshade, a power supply component, a lamp holder and a heat-radiating cover; the heat dissipation cover is arranged above the first lampshade; the lamp holder is characterized by further comprising a second lampshade, and the second lampshade is located above the heat dissipation cover.
2. The lamp head of claim 1, further comprising a second light emitting assembly, wherein the second lampshade covers the second light emitting assembly.
3. The lamp cap of claim 2, wherein the second light emitting component is mounted in a space formed by the heat dissipation cover and the second lamp cover.
4. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the second light emitting assembly is mounted to a central region of the heat sink cap.
5. The lamp cap of claim 4, wherein the central region of the heat sink cover is a flat surface having a disk shape.
6. The lamp cap of claim 4, wherein the central region of the heat sink cap is a plane of a ring island, and the central region is connected to the body of the heat sink cap by ribs.
7. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the space surrounded by the first lamp housing and the second lamp housing is in communication.
8. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the first light emitting assembly is mounted in a space formed by the heat dissipation cover and the first lamp housing.
9. The lamp head of claim 8, wherein the first light emitting assembly is mounted to an underside of the heat sink cap.
10. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the second lampshade, the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the lamp holder are sequentially installed and connected from top to bottom.
11. The lamp cap of claim 10, wherein the second lampshade, the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the lamp holder are fixedly connected through a connecting rod from top to bottom.
12. The lamp cap of claim 11, wherein a top cap is further provided above the second lamp housing for connecting a connection rod.
13. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the second lampshade is inserted into the annular U-shaped groove on the upper side of the heat dissipation cover, and at least one notch is arranged on one side of the groove far away from the axis of the heat dissipation cover.
14. The lamp cap of claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the lamp holder are fixedly connected from top to bottom through a connecting rod; the second lampshade is connected to the heat dissipation cover through threads.
15. A lamp cap according to claim 11 or 14, wherein the connection rod is connected to the lamp holder by means of a threaded hole provided in the lamp holder, or a threaded hole provided in a connection plate mounted on the lamp holder, or a separate nut, which is screwed to the screw thread of the connection rod.
16. A lamp cap as claimed in claim 11 or 14, further comprising a light reflecting member arranged in the first lamp housing.
17. The lamphead of claim 16, wherein the light reflecting member is sleeved outside the connecting rod.
18. The lamp cap of claim 1, further comprising a light reflecting member disposed within the first lamp housing.
19. The lamp cap of claim 18, wherein the second lamp cover, the heat dissipation cover, the first light emitting assembly, the first lamp cover, and the light reflecting member form an integrally detachable light source module.
20. The lamp cap of claim 19, further comprising a second light emitting assembly, the second light emitting assembly being mounted in a space formed by the heat dissipation cover and the second lamp housing.
21. The lamp cap of any one of claims 18, 19 and 20, wherein the second lampshade, the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the light reflecting component are fixedly connected through a connecting rod.
22. The lamp cap according to any one of claims 18, 19 and 20, wherein the heat-dissipating cover, the first lamp housing and the light-reflecting member are fixedly connected by a connecting rod; the second lampshade is connected to the heat dissipation cover through threads.
23. The lamphead of claim 21, wherein the connection of the connection rod to the reflector is via a threaded hole provided in the reflector, or via a threaded hole in a connection plate mounted to the reflector, or via a separate nut, which is threadably engaged with a thread on the connection rod.
24. The lamp holder of claim 21, wherein the light-reflecting member comprises an electrical compartment, the electrical compartment comprises an electrical compartment body and an electrical compartment cover made of a non-metallic material, the electrical compartment cover is disposed on the electrical compartment body, and a space formed by the electrical compartment cover is communicated with a space formed by the electrical compartment body.
25. The light head of claim 24 wherein the electrical compartment cover is removably attached to the electrical compartment body.
26. The lamp cap of claim 24, wherein the connection rod is connected to the electrical cabinet by a threaded hole formed in the electrical cabinet, a threaded hole formed in a connection plate mounted on the electrical cabinet, or a separate nut.
27. The lamp holder according to claim 1, further comprising an electrical bin, wherein the electrical bin comprises an electrical bin main body and an electrical bin cover made of a non-metal material, the electrical bin cover is arranged on the electrical bin main body, and a space formed by the electrical bin cover is communicated with a space formed by the electrical bin main body.
28. The lamp cap of claim 27, wherein the second lampshade, the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the electrical appliance bin are fixedly connected through a connecting rod.
29. The lamp holder of claim 27, wherein the heat dissipation cover, the first lampshade and the electrical cabinet are fixedly connected through a connecting rod; the second lampshade is connected to the heat dissipation cover through threads.
30. The light head according to any one of claims 27, 28 and 29, wherein the electrical bin cover is detachably connected with the electrical bin main body.

The lamp cap according to any one of claims 27, 28 and 29, wherein the connecting rod is connected with the electrical cabinet by a threaded hole arranged on the electrical cabinet, a threaded hole arranged on a connecting plate arranged on the electrical cabinet, or a separate nut, and is connected with a thread on the connecting rod.

The lamp cap of claim 32, wherein the projection of the maximum outer contour of the second lamp cover on the plane perpendicular to the axis of the lamp cap defines an area smaller than the area 1/2 defined by the projection of the maximum outer contour of the heat dissipation cover on the plane perpendicular to the axis of the lamp cap.

The lamp cap according to any one of claims 1 to 14, 18 to 20 and 27 to 29, wherein the first lamp housing is formed in a shape of a can having openings at upper and lower ends; the second lampshade is a revolving body with two open ends and the whole second lampshade is formed by revolving a curve with an S-shaped bus; after the second lampshade and the top cap are combined, the whole body is in a gourd shape with an opening at the bottom.
35. A street light comprising a light pole and at least one head mounted directly or indirectly on the light pole, wherein the head is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 34.
