A processing method of a braided net cover coated threaded hose is characterized by comprising the following steps: obtaining a threaded hose; plugging one end of the threaded hose, inflating air into the lumen of the threaded hose from the other end, and supporting the tubular structure of the threaded hose; the method comprises the steps of manufacturing a woven net cover on the outer wall of the threaded hose by adopting elastic wire rods, and obtaining the threaded hose coated with the woven net cover, wherein the elastic wire rods are made of acrylic fibers, spandex, terylene, chinlon, aramid fibers, filaments or low-elasticity filaments.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising the step of softening the woven mesh covered threaded hose at a temperature in the range of 110 to 120 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.
4. A processing die for weaving a net cover to coat a threaded hose is characterized by comprising a threaded pipe mounting device and a braiding machine; the threaded pipe mounting device comprises a plugging mechanism and an inflating mechanism, wherein the plugging mechanism is used for plugging an opening at one end of the threaded hose, and the inflating mechanism is used for inflating a tubular structure supporting the threaded hose from the other end of the threaded hose to a pipe cavity of the threaded hose; the knitting machine is provided with a knitting position for knitting the net cover; when weaving, the axis of the thread hose is vertical to the weaving position.
5. The mold for processing the woven net cover covered threaded hose according to claim 4, wherein the blocking mechanism comprises a blocking plug and an expansion cylinder which are connected with each other; the plugging plug comprises an expansion rubber ring which is annularly arranged, and an inflation channel which is communicated with the expansion cylinder and the expansion rubber ring is also arranged in the plugging plug; the expansion cylinder is provided with a flow regulating valve, and the expansion degree of the expansion rubber ring can be adjusted by regulating the pressure of air filled into the plugging plug through the expansion cylinder.

The mold for processing the threaded hose covered by the knitted mesh sleeve according to claim 5, wherein the inflation mechanism comprises a rubber plug, the rubber plug is provided with an inflation hole which penetrates through the rubber plug, and the lumen of the threaded hose can be inflated through the inflation hole; the inflation mechanism further comprises a pushing cylinder connected with the rubber plug, and the pushing cylinder is used for driving the rubber plug to be plugged into the threaded hose or pulled out of the threaded hose.

The mold for processing the braided net cover coated threaded hose according to claim 6, wherein the threaded hose fixing device further comprises a fixing frame, and the fixing frame comprises a first clamp and a second clamp; the first clamp is used for fixing the threaded hose, and the second clamp is used for fixing the pushing cylinder; the fixed frame also comprises a first slide rail, and the second clamp can drive the pushing cylinder to move along the first slide rail; and the threaded hose is arranged on the threaded hose fixing device and is parallel to the first sliding rail.

The mold for processing the woven mesh covered threaded hose according to claim 7, wherein the threaded hose fixing device further comprises a first rotating cylinder and a second rotating cylinder; the plugging mechanism is fixed on the first rotary cylinder through the opposite end of the contact end of the plugging mechanism and the threaded hose; the fixed frame is fixed on the second rotary cylinder; when the threaded hose is installed on the threaded hose fixing device, the first rotary cylinder and the second rotary cylinder can drive the threaded hose to rotate around the axis.
9. The mold for manufacturing a braided net covered threaded hose according to claim 8, wherein the braiding machine further comprises a traction device for driving the threaded hose fixing device to move at a constant speed, so that each part of the threaded hose is sequentially positioned at the braiding position.
10. The forming die of the braided mesh covered threaded hose of claim 9, wherein the braiding machine further comprises a sliding device, the sliding device comprising a second slide rail, a first slide block and a second slide block that are slidable along the second slide rail; the first sliding block is fixedly connected with the first rotary cylinder, and the second sliding block is fixedly connected with the second sliding block; the traction device is connected with the first sliding block or the second sliding block and drives the threaded hose fixing device to move along the second sliding rail.
