1. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience is characterized by comprising base cloth, a PVC surface layer and a PVC foaming layer, wherein the PVC surface layer and the PVC foaming layer are adhered to the surface of the base cloth through an adhesive; wherein
The PVC surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of PVC resin powder, 80-90 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 2-3 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.3-0.8 part of sodium perchlorate and 3513-7 parts of POM;
the PVC foaming layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of PVC resin powder, 85-95 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 35-45 parts of calcium carbonate, 10-20 parts of antimony trioxide, 1.5-2.5 parts of a first heat stabilizer, 0.7-1.3 parts of an AC foaming agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of a second heat stabilizer;
the adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of PVC resin powder, 60-100 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 40-60 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-50 parts of light active calcium carbonate and 0.3-0.8 part of AC foaming agent.
2. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PVC top layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of PVC resin powder, 83-87 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 2.3-2.7 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.4-0.6 part of sodium perchlorate and 3514-6 parts of POM;
the PVC foaming layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of PVC resin powder, 87-92 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 38-42 parts of calcium carbonate, 13-17 parts of antimony trioxide, 1.8-2.2 parts of a first heat stabilizer, 0.8-1.1 parts of an AC foaming agent and 0.7-1.2 parts of a second heat stabilizer;
the adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of PVC resin powder, 80-90 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 45-55 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, 20-40 parts of light activated calcium carbonate and 0.5-0.7 part of AC foaming agent.
3. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 2, wherein the PVC top layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 85 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 2.5 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.5 part of sodium perchlorate and 3515 parts of POM;
the PVC foaming layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 90 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 40 parts of calcium carbonate, 15 parts of antimony trioxide, 2 parts of a heat stabilizer I, 1 part of an AC foaming agent and 1 part of a heat stabilizer II;
the adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of PVC resin powder, 85 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 50 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, 30 parts of light active calcium carbonate and 0.6 part of AC foaming agent.

The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickness of the PVC facing layer is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm; the thickness of the PVC foaming layer is 0.28mm-0.34 mm; the gram weight of the adhesive is 80 grams per square meter to 120 grams per square meter.

The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 4, wherein the thickness of the PVC facing layer is 0.15mm-0.25 mm; the thickness of the PVC foaming layer is 0.3mm-0.33 mm; the gram weight of the adhesive is 90 grams per square meter to 110 grams per square meter.
6. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 5, wherein the thickness of the PVC facing layer is 0.2 mm; the thickness of the PVC foaming layer is 0.32 mm; the gram weight of the adhesive is 100 grams per square meter.
7. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the production method of the PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience comprises the following specific steps:
s1, selecting release paper and base cloth;
s2, preparing an adhesive: the formula comprises the following components: 50 parts of PVC resin powder, 85 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 50 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, 30 parts of light activated calcium carbonate and 0.6 part of AC foaming agent are added into a dispersion machine to be stirred to prepare an adhesive;
s3, preheating the base fabric, and coating a layer of adhesive on the outer layer of the base fabric to form an adhesive layer;
s4, preparing foaming slurry: the formula comprises the following components: 90-110 parts of PVC resin powder, 87-92 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 38-42 parts of calcium carbonate, 13-17 parts of antimony trioxide, 1.8-2.2 parts of a first heat stabilizer, 0.8-1.1 parts of an AC foaming agent and 0.7-1.2 parts of a second heat stabilizer are added into a dispersion machine for stirring, and air is introduced into the slurry from the bottom of the slurry in the stirring process to prepare foamed slurry;
s5, coating an intermediate layer on the bonding layer, coating foaming slurry on the intermediate layer to obtain a PVC foaming layer, drying, coating a surface treatment agent on the PVC foaming layer, and forming a PVC surface layer after the surface treatment agent is dried and solidified;
s6, removing the release paper, printing on the PVC surface layer by using a printing machine, and drying to obtain the PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high recoverability;
s7, packaging the PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience obtained in the step S6.
8. The highly compressible and highly resilient PVC artificial leather according to claim 7, wherein said surface treatment agent in step S5 is a wiping treatment agent or a scorching treatment agent.
9. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 7, wherein the base fabric comprises one of a cloth layer, a wet base blank or a foam base blank.
10. The PVC artificial leather with high compressibility and high resilience as claimed in claim 7, wherein the drying temperature in step S5 is 180-190 ℃.
