The invention also provides a cleaning method using the trunk and the box type special washing agent for clothes, which comprises the following steps:
(1) opening the luggage case: unlocking the turning-out type customs lock, lifting the trunk lid to the highest position, embedding a spring ball at the lower end of the fixed rod into a groove of the reinforced aluminum frame to form primary fixation, and then buckling a lower lock buckle at the lower end of the fixed rod by using lower lock tongues of the turning-out type customs lock at two sides to complete fixation at two sides; hanging clothes to be washed on a clothes hanging ring;
(2) washing clothes in a remote control luggage case: electrifying, the circuit board receives a washing signal to start working, opening an electromagnetic valve of a water pump, dissolving the box type special washing agent for clothes in a container by water, inserting or introducing the water pipe, pumping external cleaning liquid into the washing liquid pipe through the water pump, then heating the washing liquid pipe to 30-45 ℃ in a heater, then introducing the washing liquid pipe into water inlet pipes at two sides through a pipeline, introducing the washing liquid pipe into a C-shaped double ironing ring through a water inlet which is connected with the top of the water inlet pipe through a telescopic hose, and spraying vaporous washing liquid to a C-shaped middle gap from a spray head on the C-shaped double ironing ring; the C-shaped double ironing ring performs 180-degree circular arc back and forth spraying by taking the rotating shaft as the center of a circle, the actions are repeated, and the set time is within 30min until the laundry detergent completely reacts with stains;
the water pump stops pumping external cleaning liquid, external clean water is pumped into the water pipe, the water pipe is heated to 30-45 ℃ through the heater, then the water pipe enters the water inlet pipes on the two sides through the pipeline, the water pipe enters the C-shaped double ironing ring through the water inlet connected with the top of the water inlet pipe through the telescopic hose, mist water vapor is sprayed out of the spray head, the C-shaped double ironing ring repeats the actions, and the set time is within 60min until clothes are cleaned;
closing an electromagnetic valve of a water pump, opening the electromagnetic valve of an air pump, pumping external air into an air pipe by the air pump, heating by a heater for 60-150 ℃, then entering water inlet pipes at two sides through a pipeline, entering a C-shaped double ironing ring through a water inlet connected with the top of the water inlet pipes through a flexible hose, spraying steam from a spray head, repeating the actions by the C-shaped double ironing ring, and setting the time to be within 60min until clothes are dried;
in the washing process, one of the two C-shaped double ironing rings (16) moves first and the other moves later without mutual interference;
(3) closing the luggage case: the unlocking flip-out type customs lock presses the case cover until the case cover completely falls down, the spring ball at the upper end of the fixed rod is embedded in the groove of the reinforced aluminum frame to form primary fixation, and then the upper lock catch of the case cover is buckled by the upper lock tongue of the two-side flip-out type customs lock to complete the fixing of the suitcase.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the special detergent is especially suitable for a portable luggage case with a washing function, and can simultaneously meet various functions of high temperature, short time, high efficiency, peculiar smell removal and the like which are not required by the conventional detergent for the portable luggage case by the aid of the same synergistic action among various components, especially sodium lauroyl glycinate, cocamidopropyl betaine, alcohol ether carboxylate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether. The luggage case and the cleaning method provided by the invention provide excellent application prospects for the portable washing luggage case.
The invention provides a luggage case with a cleaning function, which can be cleaned on the spot as long as a water source is available and is convenient to carry; the ironing structure adopts a C-shaped ironing ring, a plurality of spray heads and a spherical spray head for spray cleaning, the large-scale cleaning track ensures that every 360-degree corner of the clothes is cleaned completely, water and laundry detergent are saved, the laundry detergent and clean water are in full contact with the clothes, high-temperature steam can be sprayed forwards and backwards, and the ironing effect is achieved under the condition that the clothes are dried.
The ironing ring can be provided with the camera, so that the clothes washing progress can be monitored at any time.
The luggage case is provided with the waterproof cloth, so that the laundry detergent, water and steam cannot leak and pollute the surrounding environment.
The luggage case can be intelligently controlled, and is convenient to operate and use.
The luggage case can be used as a wardrobe when not cleaned, and is convenient for people to go out.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
A kind of suitcase with washing function, as shown in the figure, it includes body 1, case cover 2, dead lever 6, customs lock 4, ironing mechanism, water pump 31, laundry liquid pipe 28, air pump 32, air pipe 30, heating arrangement 33; the cabinet may be an aluminum product for storing clothes. Case lid 2 is located the top of box, can cover the box, and case lid 2 passes through connecting device and box swing joint.
The fixed rod 6 is movably connected with the inside of the box body or the box cover and can preliminarily fix the box cover and the box body in a pulling state through a clamping device. The clamping device can comprise a ball connected with a spring and a groove arranged on the box body or the box cover; the customs lock 4 can be a two-side-turning-out customs lock, and is provided with a lower lock tongue 13 capable of temporarily buckling the fixed rod 6, and the fixed rod 6 is provided with a lower lock buckle 11 corresponding to the lower lock tongue 13.
The customs lock 4 is positioned on the box body, and a customs lock fixing device which can be movably connected with the fixing rod 6 and can fix the box cover and the box body in an unzipped state is arranged on the customs lock 4; a hanging device, such as a hanging ring 38, for hanging the clothes is provided at a lower portion of the cover 2.
The ironing mechanism comprises two C-shaped ironing rings 16 and an ironing ring driving device, the C-shaped ironing rings comprise two ironing rods extending outwards in parallel and a bottom rod which is communicated with the two ironing rods and is parallel to the bottom surface of the box body, the ironing rods and the bottom rod are of hollow tubular structures, a spray head 22 capable of spraying water and air is arranged on the ironing rod or the bottom rod, a water inlet 21 is arranged on the bottom rod, the bottom rod of the C-shaped ironing ring 16 is connected with the ironing ring driving device, the ironing ring driving device can drive the C-shaped ironing ring 16 to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as an axial direction, and the ironing ring driving device is fixedly or movably connected to the side surface inside the box body; the two C-shaped ironing rings 16 which are respectively connected with the two ironing ring driving devices are opposite to each other in opening, and the bottom rods of the two C-shaped ironing rings 16 are the same in length or are larger than each other.
The space between the two opposite C-shaped ironing rings 16 provides a hanging and washing place for the garments.
The water inlet can be arranged on the ironing rod or the bottom rod of the C-shaped ironing ring 16, and the material adopts pvc, so that the soft ironing ring is soft and is not afraid of water and heat.
The C-shaped ironing ring 16 is provided with a plurality of spray heads 22 capable of spraying water and air, such as 6 spray heads, 8 spray heads and the like; a camera device capable of being connected with the outside can be further arranged on the C-shaped ironing ring 16.
One or more spherical spray heads can be additionally arranged on the bottom rod of the C-shaped ironing ring 16, and the spray nozzles spray to the quarter spherical spray heads at the C-shaped gap, so that the spray nozzles can spray to dead corners of clothes which can not reach the ironing ring.
In one scheme, the ironing mechanism comprises an ironing ring push rod fixing support 20, an ironing ring fixing support 19, a motor 17, a rotating shaft 36 and a C-shaped ironing ring 16, wherein the motor 17 is fixed on the ironing ring push rod fixing support 20, the rotating shaft 36 is connected to a rotor of the motor 17 and rotatably penetrates through the ironing ring push rod fixing support 20, one end of the ironing ring fixing support 19 clamps the C-shaped ironing ring 16, and the other end of the ironing ring fixing support 19 is fixed on the rotating shaft 36 and can rotate along with the rotating shaft 36; the ironing ring driving device can drive the C-shaped ironing ring to rotate in a circular arc shape within an angle of 180 degrees along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as the axial direction.
The water pump 31 and the air pump 32 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the box body, the water pump 31 is communicated with the outside through the washing liquid pipe 28, the air pump 32 is communicated with the outside through the air pipe 30, the water pump 31 and the air pump 32 are respectively connected with the inlet of the heating device 33 through a conduit, and the outlet of the heating device 33 is communicated with the water inlet 21 on the C-shaped ironing ring 16 through a conduit.
The bottom of the box body is provided with a water outlet or a water drainage pipe; a waterproof cloth for preventing moisture leakage is arranged between the C-shaped ironing ring 16 and the box body.
The cleaning method using the special trunk and box type detergent for clothes of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) opening the luggage case: the customs lock 4 is unlocked, the case cover 2 is lifted to the highest position, and the case cover 2 and the case body 1 are temporarily fixed in an open state through the fixed rod 6, the customs lock 4 and the clamping device; hanging the clothes to be washed on the clothes hanging device;
(2) washing: dissolving the box-type special detergent for clothes in water in a container, inserting or introducing the water into the washing liquid pipe 28, pumping external cleaning liquid into the washing liquid pipe 28 through a water pump 31, then sending the external cleaning liquid into the heating device 33 to be heated to 30-45 ℃, then sending the external cleaning liquid into the water inlet 21 on the C-shaped ironing ring 16 through a guide pipe, and spraying mist-shaped washing liquid from the spray head 22 on the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 to the C-shaped middle gap; the ironing ring driving device drives the C-shaped ironing ring 16 to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as an axial direction and spray back and forth, and the above actions are repeated for a set time within 30min until the laundry detergent completely reacts with the stains;
then, the water pump 31 stops pumping external cleaning liquid, the washing liquid pipe 28 is communicated with external clean water, the external clean water is pumped into the washing liquid pipe 28 through the water pump 31, the external clean water is sent into the heating device 33 again to be heated to 30-45 ℃, then the external clean water is sent into the water inlet 21 on the C-shaped ironing ring 16 through a guide pipe, mist steam is sprayed to a C-shaped middle gap from a spray head 22 on the C-shaped double ironing ring 16, the ironing ring driving device drives the C-shaped ironing ring 16 to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as the axial direction and spray back and forth, and the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 repeats the actions until the clothes are cleaned within 60 min;
the water pump 31 is closed, the air pump 32 is opened, air is pumped from the outside to enter the air pipe 30, then the air is sent into the heating device 33 to be heated to 60-150 ℃, then the air is sent into the water inlet 21 on the C-shaped ironing ring 16 through a guide pipe, steam or hot gas is sprayed to a C-shaped middle gap from the spray head 22 on the C-shaped double ironing ring 16, the ironing ring driving device drives the C-shaped ironing ring 16 to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as the axial direction and spray back and forth, the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 repeats the actions, and the set time is within 60min until the clothes are dried;
in the washing process, the two C-shaped double ironing rings 16 with the same length of the bottom rods alternately move in sequence, or the two C-shaped double ironing rings 16 with different lengths of the bottom rods move in phase.
(3) Closing the luggage case: after drying, discharging the moisture in the box body, taking out the clothes, loosening the customs lock 4 and the clamping device, closing the box cover 2 and the box body 1, and then fixing the upper box cover 2 of the luggage box by the customs lock 4.
Example 2
A luggage case with a washing function comprises a case body 1 and a case cover 2, wherein the case body 1 and the case cover 2 are connected through telescopic guide rails 7 arranged on four round corners in the case body 1, a circle of hollow reinforced aluminum frame 3 wraps the outside of the case body 1, and the case body 1 and the case cover 2 are divided into two parts.
The hollow reinforced aluminum frame can be arranged in the middle of the trunk and divided into two parts with the trunk body and the trunk cover, so that the bearing capacity of the trunk is enhanced, and a space is provided for the fixing rod. The upper end of the telescopic guide rail 7 is connected with the box cover, and the lower end of the telescopic guide rail is connected with the box body to play a role in supporting the box cover.
The outer wall of the box body 1 is provided with a power socket 37, two ends of the outer top of the box body 1 are provided with a turning-out type customs lock 4, and the turning-out type customs lock 4 is provided with an upper lock tongue 12 and a lower lock tongue 13. The turning-out type sea closure lock can be arranged at the top ends of two sides of the outer part of the box body and is used for buckling the upper lock catch and the lower lock catch and fixing the box body.
An ironing mechanism is arranged at the top in the box body 1. Ironing mechanism irones ring 16, water inlet 21 including ironing ring push rod fixed bolster 20, ironing ring fixed bolster 19, motor 17, pivot 36, C type, motor 17 fixes on ironing ring push rod fixed bolster 20, pivot 36 connects on the motor 17 rotor and rotatably passes ironing ring push rod fixed bolster 20, ironing ring fixed bolster 19 one end centre gripping C type irones ring 16, and the other end is fixed can follow pivot 36 and rotate together on the pivot 36, C type irones and is equipped with shower nozzle 22 on the ring 16, C type irones ring 16 and has water inlet 21.
The C-shaped ironing ring 16 is provided with a plurality of nozzles which are symmetrically arranged towards the C-shaped gap and can uniformly spray the front and back sides of the clothes. A camera 18 controlled by a circuit board 34 can be arranged on the C-shaped ironing ring 16, so that a user can observe the washing condition of the clothes conveniently. The end of the C-shaped ironing ring 16 can be provided with a quarter spherical nozzle 39 which sprays towards the C-shaped gap and can spray the places which can not be reached by the end of the ironing ring, such as a collar, so that no dead angle exists in cleaning.
The space between the two opposite C-shaped ironing rings 16 provides a hanging and washing place for the garments. The water inlet can be arranged on the ironing arm or at the rear part of the C-shaped ironing ring 16, and the material adopts pvc, which is soft and is not afraid of water and heat.
The bottom in the box body 1 is provided with a control box 24, a washing liquid pipe 28 and a water pipe 29 are arranged in the control box 24, one end of the washing liquid pipe 28 is connected with a water pump 31, the other end of the washing liquid pipe is connected to the outer wall of the box body 1, one end of an air pipe 30 is connected with an air pump 32, the other end of the air pipe is connected to the outer wall of the box body 1, one end of a heater 33 positioned at the bottom of the box body is connected with the water pump 31 and the air pump 32, the other end of the heater is connected with a water inlet pipe 15 used for communicating with the C-shaped ironing ring 16, the water inlet pipe 15 is.
The control box 24 is also internally provided with a circuit board 34 which is electrically connected with the power socket 37, the water pump 31, the air pump 32, the heater 33 and the motor 17, and the circuit board 34 can receive signals and control the water pump 31, the air pump 32, the heater 33 and the motor 17 to work; the circuit board 34 may also receive remote control or cell phone app control signals.
Two sides of the outer top of the case cover 2 are provided with upper lock catches 8 which are buckled with lock tongues 12 on the turning-out type customs lock 4; the inner top of the box cover 2 is provided with a clothes hanging ring 38.
The two ends of the clothes hanging ring 38 are provided with fixing rods 6, the tops of the fixing rods are connected with the case cover, the bottoms of the fixing rods 6 are thickened blocks, and the fixing rods 6 can not be thickened through hollow limiting blocks 10 arranged at the upper ends of the reinforced aluminum frames 3 in the case body.
An electric pen type push rod 26 may be further provided on a side wall in the case body, an upper portion of the electric pen type push rod 26 is connected to the case cover 2 and can control the case cover 2 to be lifted and lowered, and the electric pen type push rod 26 is connected to the ironing mechanism and can control the ironing mechanism to be lifted and lowered.
The water inlet pipe is fixed on the inner wall of the box body and can be connected with the water inlet of the ironing ring through a flexible hose, the lower end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the heater, and the bottom of the water inlet pipe is usually plugged by a spiral plug and can be used for discharging excessive water in the ironing ring.
The back of the suitcase is provided with a pull rod 23, and the bottom of the suitcase is provided with a universal wheel 5.
The cleaning method adopting the special detergent for the luggage case and the box type clothes comprises the following steps:
(1) opening the luggage case: unlocking the flip-out type customs lock 4, lifting the trunk lid 2 to the highest position, embedding a spring ball 9 at the lower end of the fixed rod 6 into a groove of the reinforced aluminum frame 3 to form primary fixation, and then buckling a lower lock catch 11 at the lower end of the fixed rod 6 by using a lower lock tongue 13 of the flip-out type customs lock 4 at two sides to complete fixation at two sides; hanging the clothes to be washed on a clothes hanging ring 38;
(2) washing clothes in a remote control luggage case: electrifying, the circuit board 34 receives a washing signal to start working, opening the electromagnetic valve 35 of the water pump, dissolving the box-type special washing agent for clothes in a container by water, inserting or introducing the water into the washing liquid pipe 28, pumping external cleaning liquid into the washing liquid pipe 28 through the water pump 31, then heating the washing liquid to 30-45 ℃ in the heater 33, then introducing the washing liquid into the water inlet pipes 15 at two sides through a pipeline, introducing the washing liquid into the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 through the water inlet 21 connected with the top of the water inlet pipe 15 through the telescopic hose, and spraying atomized washing liquid from the spray head 22 on the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 to the C-shaped middle; the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 performs 180-degree circular arc back and forth spraying by taking the rotating shaft 36 as the circle center, the actions are repeated, and the set time is within 30min until the laundry detergent completely reacts with the stains;
the water pump 31 stops pumping external cleaning liquid, external clean water is pumped into the water pipe 29, the water pipe is heated to 30-45 ℃ through the heater 33, then the water enters the water inlet pipes 15 at two sides through the pipeline, enters the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 through the water inlet 21 connected with the top of the water inlet pipe 15 through the telescopic hose, mist water vapor is sprayed out of the spray head 22, and the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 repeats the actions for a set time within 60min until clothes are cleaned;
closing an electromagnetic valve 35 of the water pump 31, opening the electromagnetic valve 35 of the air pump 32, pumping outside air into the air pipe 30 by the air pump 32, heating by a heater 33 for 60-150 ℃, then entering the water inlet pipes 15 at two sides through a pipeline, entering the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 through a water inlet 21 connected with the top of the water inlet pipe 15 through a flexible hose, spraying steam from a spray head, and repeating the actions by the C-shaped double ironing ring 16 within 60min until clothes are dried;
in the washing process, the two C-shaped double ironing rings 16 move one first and one second without mutual interference;
(3) closing the luggage case: unblock formula sea is turned out and is closed 4, presses case lid 2, and when falling completely, 6 upper end spring ball 9 of dead lever inlay in 3 recesses of enhancement aluminium frame and form preliminary fixed, and it is fixed to reuse both sides formula sea and close 4 upper lock tongue 12 and detain 8 that go up of case lid 2 and accomplish the suitcase.
Example 3
A box-type special detergent for clothes comprises a concentrated liquid detergent wrapped by a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film comprises the following components in parts by mass: 85.7 parts of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 1.7 parts of ethylene glycol, 1.2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 801.4 parts of tween and 10 parts of water. The concentrated liquid detergent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70 parts of sodium lauroyl glycinate, 10 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 30 parts of alcohol ether carboxylate, 15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether, 5 parts of potassium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 25 parts of water. And (3) pouring the mixed concentrated liquid detergent into a heat sealing machine or a water seal packaging machine, and packaging by using a PVA water-soluble film.
Example 4
A box-type special detergent for clothes comprises a concentrated liquid detergent wrapped by a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film comprises the following components in parts by mass: 86 parts of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 801 parts of tween and 10 parts of water. The concentrated liquid detergent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of sodium lauroyl glycinate, 20 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 20 parts of alcohol ether carboxylate, 15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether, 5 parts of potassium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 20 parts of water. And (3) pouring the mixed concentrated liquid detergent into a heat sealing machine or a water seal packaging machine, and packaging by using a PVA water-soluble film.
Example 5
A box-type special detergent for clothes comprises a concentrated liquid detergent wrapped by a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film comprises the following components in parts by mass: 85 parts of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 1.5 parts of ethylene glycol, 1.8 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 801 parts of tween and 10 parts of water. The concentrated liquid detergent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75 parts of sodium lauroyl glycinate, 15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 15 parts of alcohol ether carboxylate, 15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether, 4 parts of potassium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 24 parts of water. And (3) pouring the mixed concentrated liquid detergent into a heat sealing machine or a water seal packaging machine, and packaging by using a PVA water-soluble film.
Comparative example 1
A detergent prepared by replacing the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether of example 3 with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the rest being the same as example 3.
Comparative example 2
A detergent was prepared by removing cocamidopropyl betaine from example 3, otherwise as in example 3.
Comparative example 3
The detergent is prepared by changing the alcohol ether carboxylate in example 4 to 50 parts, and the rest is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 4
A detergent obtained by removing the aqueous polyvinyl alcohol film obtained in example 5 and directly using a concentrated liquid detergent.
Example 6
The luggage case with the washing function and the washing method of example 2 were used to wash the clothes according to examples 3 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, and the heating temperature of the external cleaning liquid was set to 45 ℃, the spraying time of the external cleaning liquid was set to 20min, the heating temperature of the external clean water was set to 45 ℃, the spraying time of the external clean water was set to 20min, the heating temperature of the external air was set to 140 ℃, and the spraying time of the external air was set to 50 min. A washing test was performed on a number of shirts.
Coating 100 small dots with the same depth and 2cm diameter on a plurality of clean white shirts with the same red oil stain, respectively washing, washing 5 pieces in each group, determining the washing decontamination degree according to the white degree of the washed shirts and the number and color of the washed shirts with the oil stain, and averaging. Wherein:
a level: the oil stain removal rate of the shirt is more than 95 percent, and the shirt is white;
b stage: the oil stain removal rate of the shirt is 75-95 percent, the shirt is basically white,
c level: the oil stain removal rate of the shirt is below 75 percent, the shirt is basically white,
d stage: the oil stain removal rate of the shirt is below 65%, and the shirt is dyed.
The wash test results are shown in table 1 below.

Example 7
The luggage case with the washing function and the washing method of example 2 were used to wash the clothes according to examples 3 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, and the heating temperature of the external cleaning liquid was set to 35 ℃, the spraying time of the external cleaning liquid was set to 25min, the heating temperature of the external clean water was set to 35 ℃, the spraying time of the external clean water was set to 25min, the heating temperature of the external air was set to 130 ℃, and the spraying time of the external air was set to 50 min. A washing test was performed on a number of shirts.

Claims (10)
1. The box type special detergent for the clothes is characterized by comprising a concentrated liquid detergent wrapped by a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, wherein the concentrated liquid detergent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-85 parts of sodium lauroyl glycinate, 10-25 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 15-30 parts of alcohol ether carboxylate, 5-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether, 5-15 parts of potassium pyrophosphate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 10-40 parts of water.
2. The box type special detergent for clothes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentrated liquid detergent comprises the following components by mass: 70-80 parts of sodium lauroyl glycinate, 10-20 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 20-30 parts of alcohol ether carboxylate, 10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene diglyceride ether, 5-10 parts of potassium pyrophosphate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 20-40 parts of water.
3. The box-type detergent for clothing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-soluble film of polyvinyl alcohol is mainly prepared by mixing polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, tween 80 and water.

The box type special detergent for clothes as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mass content of each component in the polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film is as follows: 80-90 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 801-5 parts of tween and 5-15 parts of water.

A luggage case capable of using the detergent of claim 1, which comprises a case body (1), a case cover (2), a fixing rod (6), a sea-stop lock (4), an ironing mechanism, a water pump (31), a washing liquid pipe (28), an air pump (32), an air pipe (30) and a heating device (33); the box cover (2) is positioned at the top of the box body, and the box cover (2) is movably connected with the box body through a connecting device; the fixed rod (6) is movably connected with the interior of the box body or the box cover and can preliminarily fix the box cover and the box body in a pull-open state through a clamping device; the customs lock (4) is positioned on the box body, and a customs lock fixing device which can be movably connected with the fixing rod (6) and can fix the box cover and the box body in an open state is arranged on the customs lock (4); a clothes hanging device capable of hanging clothes is arranged at the lower part of the box cover (2); the ironing mechanism comprises two C-shaped ironing rings (16) and an ironing ring driving device, the C-shaped ironing rings comprise two ironing rods extending outwards in parallel and a bottom rod which is communicated with the two ironing rods and is parallel to the bottom surface of the box body, the ironing rods and the bottom rod are of hollow tubular structures, spray heads (22) capable of spraying water and air are arranged on the ironing rods or the bottom rod, a water inlet (21) is formed in the bottom rod, the bottom rod of the C-shaped ironing ring (16) is connected with the ironing ring driving device, the ironing ring driving device can drive the C-shaped ironing rings (16) to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as the axial direction, and the ironing ring driving device is fixedly or movably connected to the side surface inside the box body; the openings of two C-shaped ironing rings (16) which are respectively connected with two ironing ring driving devices are opposite, and the bottom rods of the two C-shaped ironing rings (16) have the same length or are larger than each other; the water pump (31) and the air pump (32) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the box body, the water pump (31) is communicated with the outside through the washing liquid pipe (28), the air pump (32) is communicated with the outside through the air pipe (30), the water pump (31) and the air pump (32) are respectively connected with the inlet of the heating device (33) through a guide pipe, and the outlet of the heating device (33) is communicated with the water inlet (21) on the C-shaped ironing ring (16) through a guide pipe.

The detergent-containing luggage case as claimed in claim 5, wherein the latching means comprises a ball connected with a spring and a groove provided on the case body or the case cover; the customs lock (4) is a two-side-turning customs lock, and is provided with a lower lock tongue (13) capable of temporarily buckling the fixed rod (6), and the fixed rod (6) is provided with a lower lock catch (11) corresponding to the lower lock tongue (13); the clothes hanging device is a clothes hanging ring (38); a plurality of spray heads (22) capable of spraying water and air are arranged on the C-shaped ironing ring (16); the ironing mechanism comprises an ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), an ironing ring fixing support (19), a motor (17), a rotating shaft (36) and a C-shaped ironing ring (16), wherein the motor (17) is fixed on the ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), the rotating shaft (36) is connected to a rotor of the motor (17) and rotatably penetrates through the ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), one end of the ironing ring fixing support (19) clamps the C-shaped ironing ring (16), and the other end of the ironing ring fixing support (19) is fixed on the rotating shaft (36) and can rotate along with the rotating shaft (36); the ironing ring driving device can drive the C-shaped ironing ring to rotate in an arc shape within an angle of 180 degrees along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as an axial direction; a water outlet or a water drainage pipe is arranged at the bottom of the box body; waterproof cloth for preventing moisture leakage is arranged between the C-shaped ironing ring (16) and the box body; the C-shaped ironing ring (16) is provided with a camera device which can be connected with the outside.

The luggage case special for the detergent according to claim 5, characterized in that the luggage case comprises a case body (1) and a case cover (2), the case body (1) and the case cover (2) are connected through telescopic guide rails (7) arranged on four round corners in the case body (1), a circle of hollow reinforced aluminum frame (3) wraps the outside of the case body (1) and is divided into two parts by the case body (1) and the case cover (2); the outer wall of the box body (1) is provided with a power socket (37), two ends of the outer top of the box body (1) are provided with turning-out type customs lock (4), the turning-out type customs lock (4) is provided with an upper lock tongue (12) and a lower lock tongue (13), and the inner top of the box body (1) is provided with an ironing mechanism; the ironing mechanism comprises an ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), an ironing ring fixing support (19), a motor (17), a rotating shaft (36), a C-shaped ironing ring (16) and a water inlet (21), wherein the motor (17) is fixed on the ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), the rotating shaft (36) is connected to a rotor of the motor (17) and rotatably penetrates through the ironing ring push rod fixing support (20), one end of the ironing ring fixing support (19) clamps the C-shaped ironing ring (16), the other end of the ironing ring fixing support is fixed on the rotating shaft (36) and can rotate along with the rotating shaft (36), a spray head (22) is arranged on the C-shaped ironing ring (16), and the water inlet (21) is arranged below the C-shaped ironing ring (16); a control box (24) is arranged at the bottom in the box body (1), a washing liquid pipe (28) and a water pipe (29) are arranged in the control box (24), one end of the washing liquid pipe (28) is connected with a water pump (31) and the other end is connected to the outer wall of the box body (1), one end of an air pipe (30) is connected with an air pump (32) and the other end is connected to the outer wall of the box body (1), one end of a heater (33) positioned at the bottom of the box body is connected with the water pump (31) and the air pump (32), the other end is connected with a water inlet air pipe (15) used for communicating the C-shaped ironing ring (16), the water inlet air pipe (15) is arranged in the box body (1) and clings to the wall of the box body; the control box (24) is also internally provided with a circuit board (34) which is electrically connected with the power socket (37), the water pump (31), the air pump (32), the heater (33) and the motor (17), and the circuit board (34) can receive signals and control the water pump (31), the air pump (32), the heater (33) and the motor (17) to work; two sides of the outer top of the box cover (2) are provided with upper lock catches (8) which are buckled with the lock tongues (12) on the turning-out type customs lock (4); the improved structure of the turning-out type sea-closing lock is characterized in that a clothes hanging ring (38) is arranged at the top inside the box cover (2), fixing rods (6) are arranged at two ends of the clothes hanging ring (38), the top of each fixing rod (6) is connected with the box cover, the bottom of each fixing rod (6) is a thickening block, each fixing rod (6) can pass through a hollow limiting block (10) arranged at the upper end of the corresponding reinforcing aluminum frame (3) inside the box body, the thickening block cannot be added, spring balls (9) capable of being embedded into grooves of the corresponding reinforcing aluminum frames (3) are arranged at two ends of each fixing rod (6), a lower lock catch (11) is arranged above each spring ball (9), and the lower lock catch (11) is buckled with a lock tongue (13.

The suitcase capable of using exclusively the detergent of claim 1, according to claim 7, characterized in that said C-shaped ironing ring (16) is provided with 6 nozzles capable of spraying uniformly the front and back sides of the clothes and symmetrically arranged towards the C-shaped notch; a quarter spherical spray head (39) which sprays towards the C-shaped gap is arranged at the end part of the C-shaped ironing ring (16); waterproof cloth (14) which prevents water vapor from leaking in the cleaning process is arranged between the telescopic guide rails (7); the circuit board (34) may receive a remote control or cell phone app control signal; the back of the luggage case is provided with a pull rod (23); the bottom of the water inlet air pipe (15) can penetrate out of the luggage case and is provided with a closing device; the bottom of the luggage case is provided with universal wheels (5); an electric pen type push rod (26) is arranged on the side wall in the box body, the upper part of the electric pen type push rod (26) is connected with the box cover (2) and can control the box cover (2) to ascend and descend, and the electric pen type push rod (26) is connected with the ironing mechanism and can control the ironing mechanism to ascend and descend.
9. A washing method using the box type detergent for clothes of claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) opening the luggage of claim 5: the sea chest lock (4) is unlocked, the case cover (2) is lifted to the highest position, and the case cover (2) and the case body (1) are temporarily fixed in an open state through the fixing rod (6), the sea chest lock (4) and the clamping device; hanging the clothes to be washed on the clothes hanging device;
(2) washing: the box type special clothing detergent of claim 1 is dissolved by water in a container, and then is inserted or introduced into the washing liquid pipe (28), external cleaning liquid is pumped into the washing liquid pipe (28) through a water pump (31), then is sent into the heating device (33) to be heated to 30-45 ℃, and then is sent into the water inlet (21) on the C-shaped ironing ring (16) through a conduit, and then is sprayed to the C-shaped middle gap from the spray nozzle (22) on the C-shaped double ironing ring (16); the ironing ring driving device drives the C-shaped ironing ring (16) to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as an axial direction and spray back and forth, and the above actions are repeated for a set time within 30min until the laundry detergent completely reacts with the stains;
then, the water pump (31) stops pumping external cleaning liquid, the washing liquid pipe (28) is communicated with external clean water, external clean water is pumped into the washing liquid pipe (28) through the water pump (31), the external clean water is sent into the heating device (33) to be heated to 30-45 ℃, then the external clean water is sent into the water inlet (21) on the C-shaped ironing ring (16) through a guide pipe, mist steam is sprayed to the C-shaped middle gap from the spray head (22) on the C-shaped double ironing ring (16), the ironing ring driving device drives the C-shaped ironing ring (16) to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking the bottom rod as the axial direction and spray back and forth, and the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) repeats the actions and is set for within 60min until clothes are cleaned;
closing the water pump (31), opening the air pump (32), pumping air from the outside into the air pipe (30), sending the air into the heating device (33) to be heated to 60-150 ℃, then sending the air into the water inlet (21) on the C-shaped ironing ring (16) through a guide pipe, spraying steam or hot gas to a C-shaped middle gap from a spray head (22) on the C-shaped double ironing ring (16), driving the C-shaped ironing ring (16) to rotate in a circular or circular arc shape along the side wall of the box body by taking a bottom rod as an axial direction and spraying back and forth, and repeating the actions by the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) until the clothes are dried within 60 min;
in the washing process, the two C-shaped double ironing rings (16) with the same bottom bar length move alternately in sequence, or the two C-shaped double ironing rings (16) with different bottom bar lengths move in phase;
(3) closing the luggage of claim 5: and (3) discharging moisture in the box body after drying, taking out clothes, loosening the customs lock (4) and the clamping device, closing the box cover (2) and the box body (1), and fixing the upper box cover (2) of the luggage case by using the customs lock (4).
10. A washing method using the box type detergent for clothes of claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) opening the luggage of claim 7: unlocking the turning-out type customs lock (4), lifting the trunk cover (2) to the highest, embedding a spring ball (9) at the lower end of the fixed rod (6) into a groove of the reinforced aluminum frame (3) to form primary fixation, and then buckling a lower lock catch (11) at the lower end of the fixed rod (6) by using a lower lock tongue (13) of the turning-out type customs lock (4) at two sides to complete fixation at two sides; hanging the clothes to be washed on a clothes hanging ring (38);
(2) washing clothes in a remote control luggage case: electrifying, starting to work when the circuit board (34) receives a washing signal, opening an electromagnetic valve (35) of a water pump, dissolving the box-type special washing agent for clothes in a container by water, inserting or introducing the water into the washing liquid pipe (28), pumping external cleaning liquid into the washing liquid pipe (28) through the water pump (31), heating the washing liquid pipe to 30-45 ℃ in a heater (33), then introducing the washing liquid into water inlet pipes (15) at two sides through a pipeline, introducing the washing liquid into a C-shaped double ironing ring (16) through a water inlet (21) connected with a telescopic hose at the top of the water inlet pipe (15), and spraying atomized washing liquid to a C-shaped middle gap from a spray head (22) on the C-shaped double ironing ring (16); the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) performs 180-degree circular arc back and forth spraying by taking the rotating shaft (36) as a circle center, the actions are repeated, and the set time is within 30min until the laundry detergent completely reacts with stains;
the water pump (31) stops pumping external cleaning liquid, external clean water is pumped into the water pipe (29), the water pipe is heated to 30-45 ℃ through the heater (33), then the water enters the water inlet pipes (15) at two sides through the pipeline, the water enters the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) through the water inlet (21) connected with the top of the water inlet pipe (15) through the telescopic hose, mist water vapor is sprayed out of the spray head (22), the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) repeats the actions, and the set time is within 60min until clothes are cleaned;
closing an electromagnetic valve (35) of a water pump (31), opening the electromagnetic valve (35) of an air pump (32), pumping outside air into an air pipe (30) by the air pump (32), heating by a heater (33) for 60-150 ℃, then entering water inlet pipes (15) at two sides through a pipeline, entering a C-shaped double ironing ring (16) through a water inlet (21) connected with the top of the water inlet pipe (15) through a flexible hose, spraying steam from a spray head, and repeating the actions by the C-shaped double ironing ring (16) for less than 60min until clothes are dried;
in the washing process, one of the two C-shaped double ironing rings (16) moves first and the other moves later without mutual interference;
(3) closing the luggage case: the unlocking and turning-out type customs lock (4) presses the case cover (2), when the luggage case completely falls down, spring balls (9) at the upper end of the fixed rod (6) are embedded in grooves of the reinforced aluminum frame (3) to form primary fixation, and then the luggage case fixation is completed by using an upper lock buckle (8) of the lock tongue (12) on the two-side turning-out type customs lock (4) to buckle the case cover (2).
