Description

Fabric capable of rapidly determining front and back sides and weaving method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and particularly relates to a fabric capable of quickly determining the front side and the back side and a weaving method thereof.
Background
The textile is a necessity of daily life of people, and the textile with different fiber types, yarn types, tissue structures, colors and patterns in the prior art is complex and changeable, thereby enriching the life of people. Textile printing and dyeing processing is an important industry for providing various styles and kinds of fabrics for consumers. Because the final application of the fabric, such as textiles of clothing, quilt covers, bed sheets, curtains, back cushions and the like, has definite front and back sides, the front and back sides of the fabric to be processed are definitely distinguished according to application requirements and the processing purpose of equipment in each process in the printing and dyeing processing process, and defective cloth caused by the influence on the processing effect due to the mistaken distinguishing of the front and back sides is avoided.
The front and back sides of the fabric are determined by the weave structure of the fabric. For woven fabrics, the weave is the law and pattern of interweaving warp and weft yarns in the fabric. Plain, twill and satin weaves are the three primary weaves of woven fabrics. Other tissues such as a change tissue, a combined tissue, a composite tissue and a jacquard tissue are changed, combined and developed on the basis of the original tissue.
The plain weave is a unit weave circulation composed of two warps and two wefts, and the warps and the wefts are interlaced once every other yarn, so that the characteristics of the front side and the back side are basically the same, and the front side and the back side are usually difficult to distinguish. Since a weaving mill usually uses a loom "shift printing or front seal" as the front side of the fabric, i.e. a standard grading side, in the printing and dyeing process, the subsequent processes such as seam turning, singeing and the like are performed according to the front side cloth feeding. However, the number of the 'front seals' of the fabric is very limited, and the 'front seals' are easy to lose in the processing process, which brings great inconvenience to printing and dyeing operators.
In the twill weave fabric, continuous warp and weft weave points on adjacent warp and weft yarns are arranged into oblique lines, and the surface of the fabric presents continuous oblique lines. The oblique directions of the twill lines are divided into left oblique directions and right oblique directions, and when the twill lines are composed of warp floating points, the twill lines are called warp twill lines, and when the twill lines are composed of weft floating points, the twill lines are called weft twill lines. The method for judging the front and the back of the twill fabric comprises the following steps: the yarn fabric is left-oblique from top to bottom and is the front; the front side of the fabric is inclined from top to bottom and right. However, the printing operators, especially new employees, often do not have the ability to distinguish between the yarn and thread fabrics, and thus, it is difficult to distinguish between the front and back of the twill fabric.
The satin weave is the most complex of the three primary weaves, and the single weave points on two adjacent warp yarns (or weft yarns) of the fabric are uniformly distributed but are not continuous. The front (surface) of the warp-faced satin fabric is embodied by warps, the wefts are hidden in the back of the fabric, and the weft-faced satin fabric is just opposite. The single weave point in the satin weave is covered by the floating long line of two adjacent warps or wefts, and the fabric surface is smooth and even, soft in texture, rich in gloss or slightly textured.
When some fabrics are woven, 1-2 colored yarns are used on the selvedge, but the yarns are dyed yarns and cannot play a role in distinguishing the front side and the back side of the fabric. As shown in fig. 1, the cause is analyzed as follows: if the fabric is right side up (a), there are 1 colored yarn on the right side; but when the fabric is vertically turned over once along the warp selvage, the reverse side of the fabric faces upwards (b), and the colored yarns are on the left side of the fabric; the fabric is then rotated 180 degrees in the same horizontal plane about the center point, with the reverse side of the fabric facing up, although the fabric colored yarns are also on the right side (c) of the fabric.
According to the analysis, the invention carries out technical innovation on the basis of colored yarns, and skillfully solves the problem of distinguishing the front side and the back side of the fabric by adopting the yarns with directionality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fabric capable of quickly determining the front side and the back side, and skillfully solves the problem of distinguishing the front side and the back side of the fabric by adopting colored yarns with directionality.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
when the fabric is woven, colored yarns with directionality are added into side yarns on one side, the colored yarns with directionality contain multiple colors, each color is alternately arranged according to a fixed sequence to form specific directionality, and when the fabric is on the front side, the multiple colors contained in the colored yarns have a specific arrangement sequence.
Preferably, the color of the directionally colored yarn is retained after the various printing and dyeing processes of singeing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, steaming, washing, baking, tentering, calendering and preshrinking.
Preferably, the directional colored yarn comprises a plurality of colors which are cyclically and alternately arranged according to a fixed sequence, and the length of each section of color is 0.5-30 cm.
A weaving method of a fabric capable of rapidly determining front and back sides comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting one side edge from the upper side edge, the lower side edge, the left side edge and the right side edge of the fabric as a direction determining side edge;
(2) during warping, adding colored yarns with directionality in the weave of the side edge determined by the fabric direction, and determining that the arrangement sequence of multiple colors contained in the colored yarns is the front color sequence of the fabric when the fabric is positioned on the front side and the colored yarns with directionality are positioned on the side edge determined by the fabric direction;
(3) then sizing, denting and weaving on a machine.
The method for determining the front side and the back side of the fabric comprises the following steps: firstly, the colored yarns with directionality are adjusted to the direction determination side of the fabric, and then the front side and the back side of the fabric are determined according to the arrangement sequence of a plurality of colors contained in the colored yarns: if the color arrangement sequence of the colored yarns is the same as the determined front color sequence of the fabric during weaving, the front side is the front side of the fabric; if the color sequence of the colored yarns is opposite to the color sequence of the front side of the fabric, the front side is the back side of the fabric.
Advantageous effects
The invention discloses a fabric capable of quickly determining the front and the back, which can distinguish the front and the back of the fabric according to the color sequence on the yarn by adding the colored edge yarn with directionality, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of distinguishing the front and the back of the fabric, being beneficial to improving the accuracy of a printing and dyeing processing process and improving the one-time success rate; the method has obvious help effect on improving product quality and reducing production cost of printing and dyeing enterprises.
