Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for preparing an isolated plate spring steel sheet, which comprises an upper cooling box, a lower cooling box, a controller and the like, wherein a one-way valve I is connected with a water inlet connector I of the upper cooling box to prevent water in the upper cooling box from flowing back; the one-way valve II is connected with a water inlet connector II of the lower cooling box to prevent water in the lower cooling box from flowing back, the water outlet connector IV and the one-way valve IV prevent water in a water outlet from flowing back, and the temperature sensor II is arranged in the lower cooling box; the controller controls the opening degree of the proportional valve and the water supply speed of the circulating pump through a temperature signal detected by the temperature sensor, so that the temperature feedback adjustment of the upper cooling box and the lower cooling box is realized, and the purpose of controlling the temperature of the plate spring steel sheet is achieved. The method solves the problem of quenching deformation and fracture of the spring steel bar in the traditional spring steel bar preparation process, and overcomes the defects of serious pollution and high cost in the traditional process mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for preparing an isolated spring steel bar, and belongs to the field of manufacturing and processing of spring steel bars.
Background
Spring steel is a raw material for producing elastic elements such as spring leaf springs, and is required to have high tensile strength, elastic limit, and fatigue strength because springs are used under impact, vibration, or long-term alternating stress. The spring steel is required to have certain hardenability, difficult decarburization, good surface quality and the like in the process, and the preparation process of the spring steel bar is a key factor for limiting the performance of the plate spring.

The invention aims to provide a novel preparation device and a novel preparation process which can overcome the defects of the traditional spring steel bar preparation, and provide a key technical support for improving the performance of the spring steel bar. The technical scheme is as follows:

The analyzer receives temperature signals detected by the temperature sensor I and the temperature sensor II, controls the opening of the proportional valve, the water supply speed of the circulating pump I and the water supply speed of the circulating pump II through the controller, realizes temperature feedback adjustment of the upper cooling box and the lower cooling box, and achieves the purpose of controllable temperature of the plate spring steel sheet.
Furthermore, the temperature sensor I and the temperature sensor II are respectively connected with the analyzer, and the analyzer is connected with the controller, so that the temperature regulation and control are realized.
