Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to special lubricating oil for an elevator and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of research of industrial lubricating oil.
Background
As a product of modern life, the elevator becomes indispensable building equipment for high-rise buildings and public places in cities, and provides quick and easy passing convenience for residents. In recent years, with the increase of global population, the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of the requirement of people for convenient life, elevators are more and more widely used. Elevators are increasingly becoming indispensable vehicles, and the elevator industry in China has rapidly developed in recent years.
In recent years, the phenomena of high load, large traffic volume and long-term use of elevators in China generally exist, and the number of old elevators is increased dramatically. According to the structure of the service duration of the domestic in-service elevators, the number of the elevators with the service duration of 0-5 years is the largest, the reserved quantity reaches 311 ten thousand elevators and the occupation ratio is 56.04%, and the reserved quantity reaches 147 thousand elevators and the occupation ratio is 26.49% in 6-10 years; the occupancy ratio of 11-15 years is up to 17.48%, the maintenance and the service of the elevator with long service life are particularly important, and the special oil for the elevator is an indispensable product for the maintenance of the elevator.
The reduction gear box of the traction system has various structures, and the reduction gear box is commonly used and comprises a worm gear, an umbrella gear and a planetary gear. Most of the turbines of the turbine-worm type traction machine adopt wear-resistant bronze, the worms adopt alloy steel with carburized and quenched surfaces, the sliding between the transmission tooth surfaces of the worms is large, the contact time of the tooth surfaces is long, and the friction and abrasion conditions are prominent. Similarly, the bevel gear type and planetary gear type tractors also have the problem of extreme pressure wear resistance. The friction part of the elevator generates a large amount of heat during long-time operation, so the oxidation stability and the thermal stability of the lubricating oil are also important.
