The invention relates to a double-scissor type hand-operated synchronous lifting bracket which comprises a left scissor lifting device, a right scissor lifting device, a supporting seat and a synchronous driving mechanism, wherein the left scissor lifting device is arranged on the left side of the bracket; the left scissor lifting device and the right scissor lifting device are symmetrically arranged on the supporting seat; the synchronous driving mechanism comprises four pull rods, a forward-rotation thread sleeve, a backward-rotation thread sleeve, a screw rod and a hand wheel; the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the supporting seat, threads with opposite turning directions are formed from the middle part of the screw rod to two ends of the screw rod, the threads with the opposite turning directions are respectively matched with the forward-turning thread sleeve and the backward-turning thread sleeve, and the forward-turning thread sleeve and the backward-turning thread sleeve can be driven to move oppositely or move back to back by rotating the screw rod; the positive rotation thread bush is respectively connected with the left scissor lifting device and the right scissor lifting device through two pull rods, the negative rotation thread bush is respectively connected with the left scissor lifting device and the right scissor lifting device through the other two pull rods, the four pull rods are positioned in the same plane, and when the positive rotation thread bush and the negative rotation thread bush move in opposite directions or move in a back direction, the left scissor lifting device and the right scissor lifting device can be driven to synchronously lift and link through the pull rods.

Background
When the helicopter tail section is in butt joint, the tail section needs to be lifted to the height of a straight machine body, the height difference is about 1500mm, the screw rod lifting mechanism is adopted to limit more and the multipoint lifting operation is difficult, and the electric scissor type lifting is not flexible enough.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to jack up the tail section to the butt joint height when the tail section of the helicopter is in butt joint with the fuselage, and in actual working conditions, the tail section needs to be lifted from 1.5 meters to about 3 meters, the jack-up stroke is very large, and meanwhile, the tail section needs to be stably adjusted step by step to align with an assembly mounting hole during butt joint, so that a bracket which can be stably lifted and has a large stroke is needed.

The technical effects are as follows: the double-shear fork lifting mechanism meets the stroke requirement of the assembly working condition, and the synchronous driving mode is adopted to ensure that the bracket is stably lifted and conveniently adjusted, so that the working requirement is fully met.

The double-scissor type hand-operated synchronous lifting bracket comprises a power supply, a controller, a heating head, a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor; the power supply supplies power to the heating head; the first temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the heating head, the second temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the lug, and the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor send the detected temperature value to the controller; the controller controls the on-off of the power supply according to the temperature values detected by the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor.
