an air pipe (511) is connected in the air source connecting seat (506) in a penetrating manner, the interior of the string-shaped paper guide plate (508) is of a cavity structure, a string plane of the string-shaped paper guide plate (508) is attached to one surface of the air source connecting seat (506), a through hole which is matched and sleeved with the air pipe (511) is formed in the string plane of the string-shaped paper guide plate (508), a sealing rubber layer is lined in an orifice of the through hole, one end of the air pipe (511) is hermetically sleeved on the string-shaped paper guide plate (508), the other end of the air pipe (511) extends out of the air source connecting seat (506) and is connected with an air pressure regulating valve (512), and two rows of symmetrical air outlet holes (513) are formed in;
