The safety limiting device 44 comprises a limiting block 441 and a second elastic piece 442, the limiting block 441 is installed on the first side panel 2 or the support 41 in a swinging manner, and in a normal state, the second elastic piece 442 exerts elastic force on the limiting block 441 to swing the limiting block 441 towards the lock rod 42; a first limiting clamping groove 23 is formed in the lock rod 42, and a protrusion 320 corresponding to the first limiting clamping groove 23 is formed in the limiting block 441; when the hook 431 hooks the inner wall of the slot 23, the protrusion 320 is clamped into the first limiting slot 23.
Under normal conditions, the elastic force of the second elastic element 442 drives the stopper 441 to swing towards the locking bar 42, and the protrusion 320 presses against the locking bar 42. When the handle 421 pushes the lock rod 42 to slide and press the swing hook 43, the hook 431 of the swing hook 43 hooks the inner wall of the slot 23, and at this time, the first limit slot 23 slides to the position corresponding to the protrusion 320, so that the protrusion 320 is driven by the elastic force of the second elastic member 442 to be clamped into the first limit slot 23, thereby locking the lock rod 42 on the support 41 and stably pressing the swing hook 43, preventing the lock rod 42 from sliding, and ensuring the stability and reliability of locking the first side panel 2 and the second side panel 3 of the metal box.
When the locking rod 42 needs to be pushed to slide, the elastic force of the second elastic element 442 needs to be overcome to reversely apply an acting force on the limiting block 441, so that the limiting block 441 swings reversely to pull the protrusion 320 out of the first limiting clamping groove 23, and then the locking rod 42 is unlocked and can slide under the action of the pushing force. Locking lever 42 can be locked safely under the elastic force of stopper 441 and second elastic piece 442 to also need to swing stopper 441 to unlock locking lever 42 before pushing locking lever 42 to slide when unlocking, guaranteed locking lever 42 roof pressure swing hook 43's stability, security and reliability.
The locking rod 42 is provided with a second limiting clamping groove 231, and when the hook part 431 does not hook the inner wall of the clamping groove 23, the protrusion 320 is clamped into the second limiting clamping groove 231. After unlocking, in order to prevent the locking rod 42 from sliding freely and pressing the swing hook 43, and further to prevent the first side panel 2 and the second side panel 3 of the metal box from being locked in a butt joint manner, when the hook portion 431 does not hook the inner wall of the slot 23, that is, the locking rod 42 does not press the swing hook 43, the elastic force of the second elastic member 442 drives the protrusion 320 to be clamped into the second limiting slot 231, and the locking rod 42 is limited by the limiting block 441 and cannot slide.
A bayonet 410 is arranged on the support 41, when the hook portion 431 hooks the inner wall of the clamping groove 23, the protrusion 320 is clamped into the second limiting clamping groove 231, and one end of the limiting block 441 is clamped into the bayonet 410; when the hook portion 431 does not hook the inner wall of the clamping groove 23, the protrusion 320 is clamped into the second limiting clamping groove 231, and one end of the limiting block 441 is clamped into the clamping opening 410. After the protrusion 320 is clamped into the first limiting clamping groove 23 or the second limiting clamping groove 231, in order to prevent the locking rod 42 from swinging under the action of external force and causing the protrusion 320 to be separated from the first limiting clamping groove 23 or the second limiting clamping groove 231, one end of the limiting block 441 is clamped into the clamping opening 410, so that the limiting block 441 cannot easily swing under the action of external force and cause the protrusion 320 to be separated from the first limiting clamping groove 23 or the second limiting clamping groove 231.
As shown in fig. 15 to 19, the metal box of the present invention includes a lower metal box 101 and an upper metal box 102 stacked on the lower metal box 101, the upper end of the lower metal box 101 is uniformly provided with second protrusions 103, the bottom end of the upper metal box 102 is provided with second grooves 123 corresponding to the positions of the second protrusions 103, and when the upper metal box 102 is stacked on the lower metal box 101, the second protrusions 103 are inserted into the second grooves 123 to limit the upper metal box 102 from sliding down from the lower metal box 101.

The second protrusion 103 is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 104, the second groove 123 is provided with a second guiding inclined surface 105 corresponding to the first guiding inclined surface 104, when the upper metal box 102 is superposed on the lower metal box 101, the first guiding inclined surface 104 slides along the second guiding inclined surface 105 to insert the second protrusion 103 into the second groove 123, and the first guiding inclined surface 104 is attached to the second guiding inclined surface 105.
In the process of inserting the second protrusion 103 into the second groove 123, under the guiding action of the first guiding inclined plane 104 and the second guiding inclined plane 105, the second protrusion 103 is inserted into the second groove 123 along the second guiding inclined plane, so that the second protrusion 103 can be more smoothly inserted into the second groove 123, the alignment accuracy is improved, and the upper metal box 102 can be conveniently and quickly superposed on the lower metal box 101.
The second protrusion 103 is disposed on a corner of the lower metal box 101, and the second groove 123 is disposed on a corner of the bottom end of the upper metal box 102; the sliding of the upper metal case 102 in the horizontal plane is restricted from falling off the lower metal case 101 by the limit action of the connection between the second protrusions 103 and the second grooves 123 provided on the four corners.
The second groove 123 outwardly penetrates through the side surface of the upper metal box 102, the second protrusion 103 is inserted into the second groove 123, and a gap is formed between the second protrusion 103 and the second groove 123; one side of the second groove 123 is an open structure. When the second protrusion 103 is inserted into the second groove 123, the second protrusion 103 can be accurately inserted into the second groove 123 only by corresponding one side surface of the second protrusion 103 to one side surface of the second groove 123, and the stacking is simple and convenient, and the working efficiency is high. And the periphery is the closed second recess 123, when the second protrusion 103 inserts in the second recess 123, need correspond a plurality of sides of second protrusion 103 and a plurality of sides of second recess 123 simultaneously, just can insert the second protrusion 103 into the second recess 123 accurately, and it is troublesome and difficult to counterpoint, work efficiency is low.
The second protrusion 103 comprises a transverse second protrusion 106 and a longitudinal second protrusion 107, and the second groove 123 comprises a transverse second groove 124 and a longitudinal second groove 125; the transverse second protrusion 106 and the longitudinal second protrusion 107 are inserted into the transverse second groove 124 and the longitudinal second groove 125, respectively, when the upper metal box 102 is superposed on the lower metal box 101. At the connection limit between the lateral second projection 106 and the lateral second groove 124, the sliding of the upper metal case 102 in the lateral direction is limited, and at the connection limit between the longitudinal second projection 107 and the longitudinal second groove 125, the sliding of the upper metal case 102 in the longitudinal direction is limited, so that the sliding of the upper metal case 102 in the horizontal direction is limited, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing the upper metal case 102 from falling off the lower metal case 101, and improving the stacking stability and the stability between the upper metal case 102 and the lower metal case 101.
The second protrusion 103 is disposed on a stacking block 108, and the stacking block 108 is disposed on a corner of the upper end of the lower metal box 101. The second groove 123 is disposed on the stacking plate 109, and the stacking plate 109 is disposed on a corner of the lower end of the upper metal box 102.

Claims (10)

1. A direct-insert type easy-to-use metal box is characterized by comprising a substrate, and two opposite first side panels and second side panels hinged to the substrate; the first side panel can swing towards the inside or the outside of the base to be folded on the surface of the base or open the metal box, and the second side panel can swing towards the inside of the base to be folded on the surface of the base; the corner vertical part of the substrate is provided with a notch, the wall of the notch at the lower part of the notch is provided with an elongated slot, the lower part of the first side panel is provided with a first pin shaft, and the first pin shaft is slidably and rotatably sleeved in the elongated slot; the inner wall of the notch is provided with a long through hole and a first groove corresponding to the long through hole, the bottom of the first groove is provided with a second groove, the lower part of the second side panel is provided with a slot hole corresponding to the long through hole, and the lower part of the second side panel is provided with a bulge corresponding to the first notch; the lower part of the second side panel is sleeved in the notch, and the connecting piece is sequentially inserted into the long through hole and the slotted hole from outside to inside so as to hinge the second side panel on the substrate; when the second side panel swings inwards towards the base, the lower part of the second side panel swings into the notch; when the second side panel is swung outward toward the base, the second side panel is slid upward to engage the raised card in the first recess, and the second side panel is engaged in the second recess under the force of gravity to lock the second side panel in the upright position.

An in-line easy-to-use metal box according to claim 1, wherein the safety limiting device comprises a limiting block and a second elastic member, the limiting block is swingably mounted on the first side panel or the support, and in a normal state, the second elastic member applies an elastic force to the limiting block to swing the limiting block toward the lock rod; the lock rod is provided with a first limiting clamping groove, and the limiting block is provided with a bulge corresponding to the first limiting clamping groove in position; when the hook part hooks the inner wall of the clamping groove, the protruding clamp is connected into the first limiting clamping groove.
7. An in-line easy-to-use metal box according to claim 1, wherein the locking bar is provided with a second limiting clamping groove, and when the hook part does not hook the inner wall of the clamping groove, the protrusion is clamped into the second limiting clamping groove.
