As shown in fig. 3, the nacelle connecting member 200 includes a connecting body 210 and a connecting block 220, one end of the connecting body 210 is connected to the nacelle front rail 100, and the other end of the connecting body 210 is connected to the connecting block 220. The connection block 220 is mainly used for connecting with other parts. In a preferred embodiment, the connection manner of the connection block 220 and the body may be vertical, or may be connected at other angles, in this embodiment, the connection manner of the connection block 220 and the body is preferably vertical, which not only facilitates the processing of the pod connector 200, but also facilitates the connection with other components. After the connecting body 210 is connected to the front side member 100, the connecting body 210 is flush with the end of the front side member 100. In the production and processing processes of different vehicle types, the matching of different vehicle types is met by adjusting the inserting contact length of the connecting part 230 and the front longitudinal beam 100 of the engine compartment.
In the above embodiment, on the conventional engine compartment longitudinal beam, when the vehicle body collides, the engine compartment longitudinal beam is divided into the energy-absorbing crumple zone and the protection zone according to the stress area, the energy-absorbing crumple zone can cause serious deformation on the engine compartment longitudinal beam, and when the vehicle body is maintained, the whole engine compartment longitudinal beam needs to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is increased. In the embodiment of the application, the wall thickness of the front longitudinal beam 100 of the engine room is 1.9 mm-2.1 mm; the wall thickness of the engine room connecting piece 200 is 1.5 mm-1.7 mm, and the wall thicknesses of the engine room front longitudinal beam 100 and the engine room connecting plate are set to be different, so that the energy-absorbing crumple zones can be concentrated on the engine room connecting plate, when a vehicle body is maintained, only the engine room connecting plate needs to be replaced, and the maintenance cost is reduced. Moreover, on the premise of ensuring the overall safety, the thicknesses of the front longitudinal beam 100 of the engine compartment and the connecting plate of the engine compartment are set to be different, so that the overall weight can be reduced, and the aim of reducing the weight of the vehicle body can be fulfilled.
In addition, the invention also provides an automobile which comprises an automobile body and the front engine room longitudinal beam connecting structure, wherein the front engine room longitudinal beam connecting structure is arranged on the automobile body.
