Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,包括外车壳、隔热层、隔音层、保温层和内车壳,所述外车壳的底部与隔热层固定连接,所述隔热层远离外车壳的一端与隔音层固定连接,所述隔音层远离隔热层的一端与保温层固定连接,保温层远离隔音层的一端与内车壳固定连接。本发明通过外车壳、隔热层、隔音层、保温层、内车壳、石棉层、气凝胶毡层、铝箔贴面玻璃棉层和橡塑海绵层的设置,共同构建了一个高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其中通过在外车壳和内车壳之间设置有隔热层和保温层,能够有效的进行隔热和保温,维持汽车内部设备温度的稳定,起到了良好的保温和隔热的效果,从而避免了汽车部件的损坏,保护了使用者的安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车骨架技术领域,具体为一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架。
背景技术
车身骨架是一切车身部件的安装基础,通常是指纵、横梁和支柱等主要承力元件以及与它们相连接的钣件共同组成的刚性空间结构,客车车身多数具有明显的骨架,而轿车车身和货车驾驶室则没有明显的骨架。
汽车上除去了前后风窗玻璃、侧面和车门外,车身前后围、左右侧围、顶盖骨架结构处的隔热保温面积占很大的比重,若是在夏天,车辆如果长时间暴露在室外,由于阳光的长时间的照射,汽车内部很容易因此而发热,汽车温度过高,对汽车就具有一定的伤害,高温容易导致汽车内部的某些部件故障,使得汽车行驶出现问题,同时待在温度较高的汽车内部,车内人员也很容易由于高温出现身体的不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,具备隔热保温效果好的优点,解决了隔热保温效果不好的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,包括外车壳、隔热层、隔音层、保温层和内车壳,所述外车壳的底部与隔热层固定连接,所述隔热层远离外车壳的一端与隔音层固定连接,所述隔音层远离隔热层的一端与保温层固定连接,所述保温层远离隔音层的一端与内车壳固定连接,所述隔热层包括石棉层和气凝胶毡层,所述保温层包括铝箔贴面玻璃棉层和橡塑海绵层。
优选的,所述外车壳远离隔热层的一侧设置有保护层,所述保护层的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料。
优选的,所述内车壳远离保温层的一侧设置有防护层,所述防护层的材质为VCITECTONIC 506防锈涂料。
优选的,所述隔音层的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂。
优选的,所述保温层的厚度大于隔热层的厚度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过外车壳、隔热层、隔音层、保温层、内车壳、石棉层、气凝胶毡层、铝箔贴面玻璃棉层和橡塑海绵层的设置,共同构建了一个高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其中通过在外车壳和内车壳之间设置有隔热层和保温层,能够有效的进行隔热和保温,维持汽车内部设备温度的稳定,起到了良好的保温和隔热的效果,从而避免了汽车部件的损坏,保护了使用者的安全。
2、本发明通过保护层的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料,而ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料能有效的抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射和热量的传导,通过防护层的材质为VCI TECTONIC506防锈涂料,而VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料能够有效的防止车身内部生锈,通过隔音层的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂的设置,可以防止车辆在行驶过程中产生的噪音传入车厢内部,并且隔音层的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂,其具有一定的防火能力,不吸水,在因为车内温度过高发生自燃时,能够具备阻燃的功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,包括外车壳1、隔热层2、隔音层3、保温层4和内车壳5,外车壳1的底部与隔热层2固定连接,外车壳1远离隔热层2的一侧设置有保护层6,保护层6的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料,通过保护层6的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料,而ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料能有效的抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射和热量的传导,隔热层2远离外车壳1的一端与隔音层3固定连接,隔音层3的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂,通过隔音层3的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂的设置,可以防止车辆在行驶过程中产生的噪音传入车厢内部,并且隔音层3的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂,其具有一定的防火能力,不吸水,在因为车内温度过高发生自燃时,能够具备阻燃的功能,隔音层3远离隔热层2的一端与保温层4固定连接,保温层4的厚度大于隔热层2的厚度,保温层4远离隔音层3的一端与内车壳5固定连接,内车壳5远离保温层4的一侧设置有防护层7,防护层7的材质为VCI TECTONIC506防锈涂料,通过防护层7的材质为VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料,而VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料能够有效的防止车身内部生锈,隔热层2包括石棉层201和气凝胶毡层202,保温层4包括铝箔贴面玻璃棉层401和橡塑海绵层402,通过外车壳1、隔热层2、隔音层3、保温层4、内车壳5、石棉层201、气凝胶毡层202、铝箔贴面玻璃棉层401和橡塑海绵层402的设置,共同构建了一个高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其中通过在外车壳1和内车壳5之间设置有隔热层2和保温层4,能够有效的进行隔热和保温,维持汽车内部设备温度的稳定,起到了良好的保温和隔热的效果,从而避免了汽车部件的损坏,保护了使用者的安全。
使用时,通过外车壳1和内车壳5组成了一个两层的汽车骨架结构,同时在外车壳1和内车壳5之间设置有隔热层2和保温层4,能够有效的进行隔热和保温,维持汽车内部设备温度的稳定,起到了良好的保温和隔热的作用,从而避免了汽车内部因为温度过高导致的设备损坏,同时也保护了使用者的安全,而保护层6的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料,ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料能有效的抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射和热量的传导,再通过隔音层3的设置,可以防止车辆在行驶过程中产生的噪音传入车厢内,并且隔音层3的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂,具有一定的防火能力,不吸水,在车内温度过高发生自燃时,能够具备阻燃的功能,最后由于防护层7的材质为VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料,而VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料能够有效的防止车身内部生锈。
综上所述:该高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,通过外车壳1、隔热层2、隔音层3、保温层4、内车壳5、石棉层201、气凝胶毡层202、铝箔贴面玻璃棉层401和橡塑海绵层402的配合,解决了隔热保温效果不好的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,包括外车壳(1)、隔热层(2)、隔音层(3)、保温层(4)和内车壳(5),其特征在于:所述外车壳(1)的底部与隔热层(2)固定连接,所述隔热层(2)远离外车壳(1)的一端与隔音层(3)固定连接,所述隔音层(3)远离隔热层(2)的一端与保温层(4)固定连接,所述保温层(4)远离隔音层(3)的一端与内车壳(5)固定连接,所述隔热层(2)包括石棉层(201)和气凝胶毡层(202),所述保温层(4)包括铝箔贴面玻璃棉层(401)和橡塑海绵层(402)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其特征在于:所述外车壳(1)远离隔热层(2)的一侧设置有保护层(6),所述保护层(6)的材质为ZS-1耐高温隔热保温涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其特征在于:所述内车壳(5)远离保温层(4)的一侧设置有防护层(7),所述防护层(7)的材质为VCI TECTONIC 506防锈涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其特征在于:所述隔音层(3)的材质为聚氨酯泡沫膨胀剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效隔热保温的汽车骨架,其特征在于:所述保温层(4)的厚度大于隔热层(2)的厚度。
