The heater according to claim 3, wherein the tray includes an abutting portion provided with the second through hole, a protruding portion extending from an outer edge of the abutting portion toward the vicinity of the seal assembly, and a side edge portion extending from an outer edge of the protruding portion toward the direction away from the seal assembly, the side edge portion abutting the cover, and the protruding portion abutting the seal assembly when the first through hole is disconnected from the air hole.

The heater according to claim 4, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a fixing ring, a flat gasket and a clamping gasket clamped with the outer cover, the fixing ring is arranged through the flat gasket and the clamping gasket, the peripheries of the flat gasket and the clamping gasket are abutted against the outer cover, the fixing ring is provided with a third through hole, and the third abutting portion penetrates through the third through hole.
7. The heater of claim 6, wherein said retainer ring includes a sidewall defining said third via and first and second skirts extending outwardly from opposite ends of said sidewall, said flat pad and said clamp pad being sandwiched between said first and second skirts.
8. The heater of claim 7, wherein said clamping pad comprises a pad portion attached to said flat pad and an abutment portion connected to the periphery of said pad portion, said abutment portion engaging said outer cover, said flat pad and said pad portion being sandwiched between said first and second skirts.
9. The heater according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the reset member is sleeved outside the valve element, one end of the reset member abuts against the second abutting portion, and the other end of the reset member abuts against the sealing assembly.
10. An air-conditioning heating apparatus, characterized in that the air-conditioning heating apparatus comprises a blower, a heater according to any one of claims 1 to 9 in communication with the blower, and a heating part in communication with the blower.
