The structure of the invention utilizes the structure of the crank shaft and the eccentric wheel, so that the packaging mold is stable in state and not easy to jump when opening and closing the mold, and the structure of the air bag is adopted, so that the bubble cap can be stably formed, the reliability is high, and the structure is very suitable for bubble cap forming.

The forming die is characterized by further comprising a locking cylinder, a piston rod of the locking cylinder is provided with an I-shaped locking rod, and the upper forming die and the lower forming die are provided with T-shaped grooves matched with the I-shaped locking rod.
The air bag is connected with the air compressor, a pressure sensor is arranged in the air bag and electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with an electromagnetic valve on a pipeline connecting the air bag and the air compressor.

Detailed Description
Referring to the attached drawings, the forming mechanism of the blister packaging machine comprises an upper forming die 8 and a lower forming die 10, wherein the upper forming die 8 is mounted on an upper forming template 9, the lower forming die 10 is mounted on a lower forming template 11, the lower forming die 10 is mounted on a forming frame 3 through the lower forming template 11, a rotatable transmission shaft 14 is mounted on the forming frame 3, a crankshaft 16 is arranged on the transmission shaft 14, an eccentric 13 is mounted on the transmission shaft 14, the eccentric 13 is in contact with a roller 15 fixed on a forming mechanism frame of the blister packaging machine, the crankshaft 16 is connected with a movable frame 5 through a shaft sleeve 12, the transmission shaft 14 is in transmission connection with a driving motor 1, and the structure of the crankshaft 16 and the eccentric 13 enables the driving motor 1 to drive the transmission shaft 14 to move under the action of the crankshaft 16, so as to drive the upper forming die 8 to move up and down, the eccentric wheel 13 is rotated to contact a roller 15 fixed to a frame of a forming mechanism of the blister pack machine, and a transmission shaft 14 is rotatably mounted to the forming frame 3, thereby driving the entire forming frame 3 to ascend and descend. It can be seen that when the film material of the present invention passes through the upper and lower forming dies for mold closing, the upper forming die 8 is subjected to mold closing by the crankshaft 16, and when the film material is opened, the upper forming die 8 is raised by the crankshaft 16, and at the same time, the forming frame 3 is lowered by the eccentric 13, so that the upper forming die 8 is also lowered, but the object of mold opening is achieved due to the different lead of the upper forming die 8 and the lower forming die 10. Another purpose of this eccentric 13 with the forming frame 3 lowered is: when the softened film passes between the upper and lower molds, the entire molding frame 3 is lowered to separate the lower mold 10 from the softened film, and the upper mold 8 is lowered at a predetermined distance from the softened film, so that the heat of the softened film is preferably maintained without contacting the softened film. In this embodiment, the movable frame 5 is connected to a bag box by a connecting rod 25, the bag box is composed of a fixed upper box 6 and a slidable lower box 7, an air bag 18 is provided in the bag box, and the lower box 7 is connected to the upper forming die 8 by an upper forming plate 9. The mode of the air bag replaces a return spring in the prior art, so that the buffer separation during mold closing is ensured, and the constant pressure during mold closing can be ensured. Wherein the constant pressure is controlled as follows: the air bag 18 is connected with an air compressor, a pressure sensor is arranged in the air bag 18 and electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with an electromagnetic valve on a pipeline connecting the air bag and the air compressor. For each batch of bubble cap forming, due to different specifications, a preset pressure can be set in the controller, and when the pressure sensor in the air bag 18 senses that the pressure is too high, the controller instructs the electromagnetic valve to open to deflate; when the pressure sensor in the air bag senses that the pressure is too small, the controller instructs the electromagnetic valve to open, and the negative pressure machine is started to inflate at the same time, so that the pressure of bubble caps with different specifications during die assembly is adapted, and the fixed die assembly force is ensured.
Wherein, lower box 7 adopts following mode sliding connection: the upper box body 6 is provided with a guide post 26, and the lower box body 7 is sleeved on the guide post 26, so that after die assembly, the upper forming die 8 can drive the lower box body 7 to move up and down on the guide post 26 and contact with the air bag 18, and a pressure sensor in the air bag 18 can sense the pressure during die assembly.
According to the invention, a movable plate 20 is arranged below the lower box body 7, the upper forming plate 9 connected with the upper forming die 8 and the movable plate 20 are provided with mutually matched inclined planes, and an adjusting rod 21 is screwed on the movable plate 20. When the adjusting rod 21 is rotated, the movable plate 20 can be pulled to move, and because the movable plate 20 is in inclined fit with the upper forming plate 9, the height of the upper forming plate 9 can be adjusted, and simultaneously the height of the upper forming die 8 is driven to be adjustable, so that the adjusting rod is suitable for film materials with different thicknesses.
In order to quickly install and position the upper forming die 8 and the lower forming die 10, the invention further comprises a locking cylinder 27, a piston rod 28 of the locking cylinder 27 is provided with an I-shaped locking rod 22, and the upper forming die 8 and the lower forming die 10 are provided with T-shaped grooves 23 matched with the I-shaped locking rod 22. For the upper forming die 8, in order to reduce the installation space, the cylinder body of the locking cylinder is arranged on the lower box body 7, for the lower forming die 10, the locking cylinder 27 is arranged on the lower forming plate 11, the locking rod 22 of the I-shaped structure is positioned in the T-shaped groove 23, when the locking cylinder 27 works, the locking rod 22 of the I-shaped structure is tensioned, so that the upper forming die 8 and the lower forming die 10 are locked and positioned, and the operation is simple and quick.
When the invention works, a film is heated and softened by a heating device and passes through between an upper forming die 8 and a lower forming die 10, wherein corresponding bubble cap holes 29 are arranged on the lower forming die 10 and the upper forming die 8, when a driving motor 1 works, the upper forming die 8 is driven to move downwards under the action of a crankshaft 16, a forming frame 3 moves upwards under the action of an eccentric wheel 14, the lower forming die 10 is driven to move upwards, after die assembly, the bubble cap holes 29 of the lower forming die 10 are blown, bubble caps are formed, then the driving motor 1 is driven continuously, the upper forming die 8 is driven to move upwards after the crankshaft 16 rotates by an angle, the whole forming frame 3 is driven to move downwards along with the rotation of the eccentric wheel 13, and the lower forming die 10 is driven to move downwards, so that the aim of die opening is achieved. The forming frame 3 is provided with a linear guide rail 4, and the frame of the blister packaging machine is provided with a slide block 2 matched with the linear guide rail, so that the forming frame 3 can slide up and down.
