As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the grinding fluid control apparatus for a multi-grinder turret according to the present invention includes: water inlet head 1, bearing 2, hollow shaft 3, sealing member 4, sealing member 5, distributor 6 and control valve 7.
The grinding fluid control device is generally positioned above the grinding wheel frame rotating tower, the distributor 6 is fixed on the upper surface of the grinding wheel frame, the hollow shaft 3 is connected with the upper end of the distributor 6 by welding or gluing, the water inlet head 1 is supported on the hollow shaft 3 through the bearing 2, the water inlet head 1 can be fixed on a machine tool or other components which do not rotate along with the grinding wheel frame rotating tower, and the distributor 6 and the hollow shaft 3 can freely rotate relative to the water inlet head 1 under the rotation of the multi-grinding wheel frame rotating tower.
A plurality of second guide flow paths radially extending toward the respective control valve inlets are formed in the distributor 6, the control valve 7 is capable of controlling communication with the second guide flow paths through a plurality of head cooling lines of the wheel head turret, and outlet ends 6b of the second guide flow paths are capable of being arranged at 90 degrees to and communicating with the control valve operating chamber 7 a; the hollow shaft 3 has a through hole 3a, the lower part of which communicates with the second guide flow path of the distributor 6, and the communicating part is sealed by welding, bonding, or other connecting means between the hollow shaft 3 and the distributor 6; the water inlet head 1 is provided with a water inlet 1a and a water outlet 1b along the radial direction, a first guide flow path is formed between the water inlet 1a and the water outlet 1b, the water outlet 1b is communicated with the upper part of a through hole 3a, and a sealing element 4 and a sealing element 5 for preventing grinding fluid from leaking are arranged between the water outlet 1b and the through hole 3 a; a grinding fluid source provided outside the grinding fluid control device is supplied to the first guide flow path via the water inlet 1 a.

When the wheel slide turret rotates, the hollow shaft 3 and the distributor 6 and the control valve 7 are driven to rotate together with the wheel slide, and the water inlet head 1 is not rotated but supported by the bearing 2 to rotate relatively. At the moment, the sealing elements 4 and 5 play a sealing role in the connection between the water inlet head 1 and the hollow shaft 3 which rotate relatively, and no grinding fluid leakage is ensured in the rotation process.
According to the invention, the grinding fluid control device is arranged above the grinding wheel frame turret, the related rotating body is positioned at the center of the turret rotating shaft, the water outlet direction is radially arranged, and the inertia of the device has little influence on the performance of the machine tool; the water inlet is connected with the distributor through the bearing, so that the structure is simple; the grinding fluid flow path is directly opened and closed by the control valves, so that the structure is reliable and the operation is convenient; the flexible processing capacity of the composite grinding machine is powerfully guaranteed.
