The invention discloses a closing-in tool and a closing-in method for a filling valve, wherein the closing-in tool comprises a pressing sleeve, a threaded sleeve, a spring, a threaded cover and a top block, wherein: the pressure sleeve is a revolving body, the threaded sleeve is installed on the left side of the pressure sleeve, the right end of the threaded sleeve is provided with the ejector block, the left end of the threaded sleeve is provided with the threaded cover, the spring is arranged between the threaded cover and the ejector block, and the right side of the pressure sleeve is provided with an inclined edge and a plane which are used for being matched with the shell receiving end of the filling valve. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects: when the closing tool is used, the inclined surface and the plane of the inner cavity of the pressing sleeve are matched with the shell, and the valve shell is closed in one step by using a press machine. Compared with the closing tool in the prior art, the appearance, closing mode and closing strength are obviously improved, the processing quality and efficiency are greatly improved, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

Technical Field

The existing closing-in tool comprises a conical barrel and a flat plate, and is completed through three steps of pre-positioning, conical barrel pressing and flat plate pressing, the outer surface of the existing closing-in tool is protected by plastic cloth or silk cloth in order to prevent parts from being damaged, and a mallet manual closing-in mode is adopted in the operation process. This approach has the following drawbacks: 1) the closing quality of the valve is unstable, and the closing efficiency is low; 2) in the closing process, parts are easy to damage, and the requirement on the skill of an operator is high 3) the valve strictly controls the excess, but the excess is easy to generate while the valve is protected by plastic cloth and silk cloth. Therefore, in order to overcome the defects of the existing tool, the closing-up tool needs to be optimized urgently, and the quality of the valve is ensured.

before the closing tool is used, the distance between the screw cap and the top block is adjusted through the straight groove at the tail of the screw cap, and the spring force is adjusted to be 6N;
step three, assembling a filling valve and a closing tool:
the large end of the shell of the filling valve is downward, a valve core assembly, a spring and a bottom plate of the filling valve are arranged, and then a closing-in tool is arranged, so that a top block of the closing-in tool is tightly attached to the bottom plate of the filling valve, and the bottom plate of the filling valve is ensured to be tightly attached to the bottom surface of the shell;

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2, the necking tool of the present invention includes: pressing sleeve 1, swivel nut 2, spring 3, spiral shell lid 4, kicking block 5 etc. wherein:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pressing sleeve 1 is a main body part of the whole closing tool and is a revolving body, and the left side of the inner form is provided with the rest components of the closing tool, so that the bottom plate is tightly attached to the shell in the closing process. The right side of the shell is matched with the shell closing end of the filling valve 8, and the inclined plane and the plane are arranged, so that when closing, the shell closing end is contacted with the inclined plane first, slowly shrinks and then is contacted with the plane, closing work is completed, and the shell is prevented from being rapidly deformed to cause fracture in the closing process.

As shown in fig. 7, the top block 5 slides inside the threaded sleeve 2 under the action of the spring force, and is used for compressing the bottom plate in the closing process, and meanwhile, the bottom plate cannot deform due to the action of the tool when the closing is ensured by the design of the spring 3.

When the screw sleeve is installed, the screw sleeve 2 is screwed into the pressing sleeve 1, the jacking block 5 and the spring 3 are installed, and finally the screw cover 4 is screwed in, so that the assembly of the closing-up tool is completed. Before the tool is used, the distance between the screw cap 4 and the top block 5 can be adjusted through the straight groove at the tail of the screw cap 4, so that the spring force is adjusted to be about 6N.
When the filling valve is closed, the big end of the filling valve shell is downward, the valve core assembly, the spring and the bottom plate are arranged, and the closing tool is placed in, so that the top block 5 of the closing tool is tightly attached to the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is ensured to be tightly attached to the bottom surface of the shell. Meanwhile, the design of the spring between the top block 5 and the screw cap 4 ensures that the bottom plate is not deformed in pressing.
And (4) putting the assembled filling valve and the closing-up tool into a press machine, and plastically deforming the thin-wall end of the valve shell under the action of pressure to finish closing-up work. The filling valve is made of stainless steel and aluminum, wherein: the closing pressure of the aluminum piece is 50N, and the closing pressure of the stainless steel material is 70N.
The tool realizes one-time closing, ensures the closing quality of the valve, does not need plastic cloth or silk cloth to protect the surface of a part, and prevents generation of redundant substances.
