Abstract
The invention discloses a mixing tank for keeping consistency of ferric oxide pigment, which comprises a stirring tank, a stirring device and a flushing device, wherein the bottom of the stirring tank is arc-shaped, and the stirring device is arranged in the stirring tank; the arranged stirring device can scrape off the pigment attached to the bottom and the wall of the stirring tank during stirring; the pigment at the bottom of the tank can be washed by the arranged washing head, so that the pigment which is not scraped by the scraper is prevented from being accumulated at the bottom of the tank.

When the pigment stirring device is used, pigments with different colors are injected into the stirring pool 1, the driving mechanism 2.1 drives the driving shaft to rotate, and the driving shaft drives the stirring blades 2.2 to rotate, so that the stirring blades 2.2 can stir the pigments in the stirring pool 1, the pigments in the stirring pool 1 can be uniformly mixed, and the colors of the pigments can be kept consistent; meanwhile, when the stirring blade 2.2 rotates, the spring 2.33 is compressed when the scraper 2.32 is in contact with the bottom of the stirring pool 1, the pigment at the bottom of the stirring pool 1 is completely scraped under the action of the pre-tightening force of the spring 2.33, because the distance from the wall of the stirring pool 1 to the driving shaft is greater than the distance from the driving shaft to the bottom of the stirring pool 1, when the scraper 2.32 needs to be in contact with the wall of the stirring pool 1, the telescopic rod 2.31 extends outwards under the action of the spring 2.33, so that the scraper 2.32 is in contact with the wall of the stirring pool 1, and meanwhile, the pigment on the wall of the stirring pool 1 is few (the pool wall is vertical until a small amount of pigment is adhered), and only the scraping is needed lightly; when pigment is fed, the automatic control valve 3.3 is intermittently opened, and the flushing head 3.4 intermittently flushes the bottom of the stirring tank 1, so that pigment precipitation can be prevented, and the color of the pigment is not consistent.
