According to the invention, modified zeolite is used as a base material, and by utilizing the unique crystal structure, porous structure and adsorption capacity of the modified zeolite, micro particles of a nano-scale bactericide and a nano-scale photocatalyst are adsorbed into pore channels of the modified zeolite through pre-modification, so that the sterilizing odor-purifying agent slowly releases effective components, and the effects of long-acting sterilization and formaldehyde removal are achieved; the photocatalyst can decompose formaldehyde, the nano-silver can be used as a bactericide to eliminate sources of peculiar smells such as bacteria, fungi and the like, the deodorizing agent is used for deodorizing, meanwhile, the plant essential oil is used for releasing fragrance, and then the anion release function of the tourmaline is used for releasing air, so that the air is refreshed, and a good air optimization effect is achieved.
When the zeolite is heated and roasted, water on the surface of the zeolite is lost along with the increase of the heating temperature, the water is lost to increase the pore diameter of the zeolite pore canal, impurities such as organic molecules in the zeolite are removed at high temperature, and the adsorption capacity is increased after the pore canal is dredged. Then the zeolite powder is heated by tetramethylammonium hydroxide alkali solution, in the hot alkali treatment process, hydroxyl is combined with silicon in the zeolite powder, so that the silicon is separated from the framework, the zeolite forms irregular pore size distribution, a large number of mesopores and even macropores are obtained, meanwhile, part of original micropores can be reserved, at the moment, nano silver particles and nano titanium dioxide particles are added for stirring under ultrasonic oscillation, the tiny particles can enter pore channels favorably, and then the deodorizer, plant essential oil, tourmaline and modified zeolite are mixed, so that all the components can smoothly enter the pore channels and are reserved in the pore channels, and the effect of long-term deodorization and fragrance is achieved.
The weight ratio of the zeolite powder to the nano silver particles to the nano titanium dioxide particles is 2:1: 1. The particle size of the tourmaline is smaller than that of the modified zeolite, and the tourmaline can enter the pore channels of the modified zeolite, thereby being beneficial to the stable performance of the tourmaline and the sustained release of negative ions.
The deodorizer is zinc ricinoleate. Zinc ricinoleate can absorb peculiar smell efficiently, is an excellent raw material for removing odor and purifying gas, achieves good odor removing effect under the condition of small using amount, and is non-toxic and harmless to human bodies.
The plant essential oil is one or more of orchid essential oil, jasmine essential oil and chamomile essential oil. The deodorizing fragrance of the invention enters the zeolite pore channels due to the adsorption effect of the modified zeolite, and the essential oil is slowly released to generate long-lasting fragrance, so that the raw materials of the essential oil with light fragrance, such as orchid, jasmine, chamomile and the like, are selected.
The fragrance-retaining agent is polyethylene glycol or propylene glycol. The plant essential oil is supplemented with the fragrance retention agent, so that the fragrance release speed is reduced, the taste is more delicate, and the plant essential oil is more suitable for being used as a long-acting fragrance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
