Abstract
The invention discloses a chewable oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy, which is a pill prepared from 0.5-10% of local anesthetic, gum or an elastomer, and syrup or a sweetening agent. The invention also discloses a method for taking the chewing oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy. The chewing oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy and the taking method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the formula, the dosage form and the taking mode of the medicine are changed, so that the anesthetic fully permeates through the oropharyngeal mucosa, a good local anesthetic effect is achieved, and the sweet taste can be easily accepted by patients.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a chewing type or buccal local anesthetic for gastroscopy and a taking method thereof.
Background
Gastroscopy is the most effective method for screening upper gastrointestinal tumors, which has been recognized and popularized worldwide. Because, in the process of gastroscopy, repeated stimulation of the endoscope body to the oral cavity and the throat part leads to pharyngeal radiation, which not only influences the effect of the gastroscopy, but also leads the patient to fear to receive the gastroscopy, thereby delaying the illness state. Currently, prior to daily gastroscopy, lidocaine mucilage is usually orally taken to perform local anesthesia on the oropharynx so as to reduce the sensitivity of the oropharynx to external stimuli and increase the comfort level of the gastroscopy. However, the lidocaine mucilage is poor in oral administration effect, the residence time of the medicine in the oropharynx is short, the oropharynx mucosa cannot be sufficiently anesthetized, and the bitter taste of the medicine makes patients have resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a chewing oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy, which can fully permeate anesthetic on oropharyngeal mucosa by changing the formula and dosage form of the medicine, thereby achieving good local anesthetic effect and enabling the patient to accept sweet taste.
The invention also aims to provide a method for taking the chewing oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy, which adopts a mode of not swallowing by chewing to ensure that the anesthetic stays in the oropharyngeal part for a longer time, thereby fully permeating the oropharyngeal mucosa and achieving a good local anesthetic effect.
The invention also aims to provide a chewing or buccal oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy, which can fully permeate the anesthetic on the oropharyngeal mucosa by changing the medicament formula and the medicament form, thereby achieving good local anesthetic effect and leading the sweet taste to be more easily accepted by patients.
The fourth purpose of the invention is to provide a method for taking chewing or buccal type oropharyngeal local anesthesia for gastroscopy, which adopts a mode of chewing melting or buccal melting and swallowing to ensure that the anesthesia medicine stays for a longer time in the oropharyngeal part, thereby fully permeating the oropharyngeal mucosa and achieving good local anesthesia effect.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a chewable oropharyngeal site anesthetic for gastroscopy, comprising: 0.5-10% of local anesthetic, gum or an elastomer, syrup or a sweetener.
As a further development of the invention, the gum is a natural or synthetic gum.
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a method for administering a chewable oropharyngeal site anesthetic for gastroscopy, the method comprising: placing a pill in oral cavity, slowly chewing, and spitting out when mouth and throat feel numbness, and can not be swallowed, or increasing the number of pills if the anesthesia effect is poor after chewing.
In order to achieve the third object, the present invention provides a chewable oropharyngeal site anesthetic for gastroscopy, comprising: 0.5-10% of local anesthetic, glycerol, starch, dextrin, lactose, mannitol, xylitol, citric acid, carboxymethyl starch sodium and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose or magnesium stearate.
In order to achieve the fourth object, the present invention provides a method for administering a chewing or buccal type oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy, the method comprising: placing a pill in oral cavity, slowly chewing to melt or contain, without spitting, and increasing the number of pills if the anesthetic effect is poor.
Compared with the prior art, the chewing or buccal oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy and the taking method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
(1) the anesthetic can fully permeate in the mucous membrane of the oropharynx by changing the formula, the dosage form and the administration mode of the medicine, thereby achieving good local anesthesia effect and being easily accepted by patients with various selectable tastes.
(2) The chewing or buccal mode can prolong the release time of local anesthetic in oropharynx, and promote drug penetration.
(3) The addition of different auxiliary materials can change the taste of the local anesthetic, so that the pill can be made into different tastes, such as orange taste, banana taste and the like, and is convenient to accept.
Detailed Description
Example one
The chewing oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy is a pill prepared from 0.5-10% of local anesthetic, gum or an elastomer, syrup or a sweetening agent. The local anesthetic is lidocaine, procaine, bupivacaine or tetracaine. The gum is a natural or synthetic gum.
The administration method comprises placing one pill in oral cavity, slowly chewing for 15 min, and spitting out when the mouth and throat feel numbness, and can not be swallowed, and if the anesthesia effect is poor after chewing for 15 min, increasing the number of pills, and the number of pills can be at least one.
Example two
The chewing or buccal type oropharyngeal local anesthetic for gastroscopy is a pill prepared from 0.5-10% of local anesthetic, glycerol, starch, dextrin, lactose, mannitol, xylitol, citric acid, carboxymethyl starch sodium and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or magnesium stearate. The local anesthetic is lidocaine, procaine, bupivacaine or tetracaine.
The administration method comprises placing one pill in oral cavity, slowly chewing to melt or contain, without spitting out, and adding at least one pill if the anesthetic effect is poor.
The present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed above, and is intended to cover various modifications, equivalent combinations, which are made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention.
