本发明涉及非织造材料制备技术领域,具体地说是一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺。一种非织造吸液芯体材料,包括纤维素纤维、热熔纤维、高吸水树脂,其特征在于:所述的高吸水树脂呈粒状均匀分布在纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的混合物之中,高吸水树脂占非织造吸液芯体材料重量的20~40%;所述的纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的质量比为3:7~4:6;其制备工艺包括如下步骤:S1,混合、开松;S2,气流成网;S3,施加高吸水树脂;S4,超声波粘合加固;S5,成型。同现有技术相比,原材料易获取,成本较低;吸液后表面平整度高,不起坨,不断层,不会出现凝胶堵塞的现象,吸液效果好,提高了使用时的舒适性。

一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及非织造材料制备技术领域,具体地说是一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人口老龄化进程的加快以及二胎政策的实行,市场对一次性卫生材料如成人失禁垫/片,婴儿纸尿裤/垫等产品的需求量越来越大,而芯体吸收层的材料是吸收储存尿液的核心,它决定了一次性吸液材料的吸液量及锁水能力,从而决定纸尿裤性能的优劣与否。
目前,主流芯体吸收层的材料有两种,一种是绒毛浆与高吸水树脂的混合芯体,另一种是非织造布复合芯体。其中,绒毛浆与高吸水树脂的混合芯体吸液后易起坨、断层,使用感较差,并且绒毛浆行业在我国受木材原料匮乏的制约,国内绒毛浆产品长期依赖于进口,绒毛浆的成本受国际原木市场及国际贸易关系的影响很大。不含有绒毛浆的非织造布复合芯体的扩散性能较差,并且此种复合芯体中的高吸水树脂是分层撒播、紧密排布的,吸收尿液后的高吸水树脂立即膨胀紧密相连,易形成凝胶,堵塞尿液的下渗通道,从而导致芯体对尿液的吸收扩散性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺,此种芯体材料的高吸水树脂均匀分布在杂乱的纤维网中,吸液后表面平整度高,不起坨,不断层,不会出现凝胶堵塞的现象,吸液效果好,提高了使用时的舒适性。
为实现上述目的,设计一种非织造吸液芯体材料,包括纤维素纤维、热熔纤维、高吸水树脂,其特征在于:所述的高吸水树脂呈粒状均匀分布在纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的混合物之中,高吸水树脂占非织造吸液芯体材料重量的20~40%;所述的纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的质量比为3:7~4:6;
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
S1,混合、开松:将纤维素纤维与热熔纤维按比例混合、开松;
S2,气流成网:将步骤S1中得到的混合物喂入气流成网机中,并依次经过气流成网机的斜网帘、喂入罗拉、输出网帘;
S3,施加高吸水树脂:使用撒粉装置配合气流成网机输出网帘的运动,匀速撒落高吸水树脂,得到三维杂乱蓬松纤网;
S4,超声波粘合加固:将蓬松纤网喂入超声波粘合机的辊筒与传振器之间的缝隙,在超声波的作用下粘合加固;
S5,成型:粘合加固结束后,得到非织造吸液芯体材料。
所述的纤维素纤维可以选用粘胶纤维。
所述的粘胶纤维的线密度为1.0~3.0dtex,纤维长度为18~38mm。
所述的热熔纤维可以选用亲水ES纤维。
所述的亲水ES纤维为皮芯型双组份纤维,皮层材料为聚乙烯,芯层材料为聚丙烯,
所述的亲水ES纤维的线密度为1.67~3.67dtex,纤维长度为18~38mm。
所述的高吸水树脂的粒径为160目。
所述步骤S2气流成网机中,抓送纤维的斜网帘的转速为74r/min,喂入罗拉的转速为1r/min,输出网帘的转速为3r/min;输出网帘的下方设有振动装置。
所述步骤S4中,辊筒与传振器之间的距离为1.5~2mm,辊筒的转速为70~100r/min,超声波频率为15~20kHZ;所述步骤S4中的超声波粘合加固工艺可以替换为热轧粘合加固工艺、热熔粘合加固工艺及胶粘合加固工艺。
所述步骤S5中得到的非织造吸液芯体材料的纤网单位面积克重为180~250g/m2,厚度为2.2~3.2mm。
本发明同现有技术相比,原材料易获取,成本较低;吸液后表面平整度高,不起坨,不断层,不会出现凝胶堵塞的现象,吸液效果好,提高了使用时的舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例一:
纤维素纤维选用线密度为1.03dtex,纤维长度为38mm的粘胶纤维。
热熔纤维选用线密度为1.67dtex,纤维长度为38mm的亲水ES纤维,并且选用的亲水ES纤维为皮芯型双组份纤维,皮层材料为聚乙烯,芯层材料为聚丙烯。
高吸水树脂1的粒径为160目。
利用上述纤维制备非织造吸液芯体材料的方法包括如下步骤:
S1,混合、开松:将粘胶纤维与亲水ES纤维按3:7的比例混合、开松;
S2,气流成网:将步骤S1中得到的混合物喂入气流成网机2中,并依次经过气流成网机2的斜网帘、喂入罗拉、输出网帘及输出网帘下方的振动装置;其中,斜网帘的转速为74r/min,喂入罗拉的转速为1r/min,输出网帘的转速为3r/min;
S3,撒入高吸水树脂1:使用撒粉装置3配合气流成网机2输出网帘的运动,匀速撒落高吸水树脂1,得到三维杂乱蓬松纤网,在振动装置的作用下,高吸水树脂1均匀分布在三维杂乱蓬松纤网之中;其中,高吸水树脂1的重量占三维杂乱蓬松纤网的40%;
S4,超声波粘合加固:将蓬松纤网喂入超声波粘合机的辊筒与传振器之间的缝隙,在超声波的作用下粘合加固;其中,辊筒与传振器之间的距离为1.5mm,辊筒的转速为73r/min,超声波频率为15kHZ;
S5,成型:粘合加固结束后,得到非织造吸液芯体材料。
在本实施例的得到的芯体材料中,如图3-4所示,高吸水树脂1均匀分布在杂乱的纤维网中,纤维网将高吸水树脂1紧紧地锁定住。本实施例得到的芯体材料制成的芯体吸收层吸收与锁水性能良好,吸液后的芯体吸收层的表面平整度高,不起坨,不断层,未出现凝胶堵塞的现象。
实施例二:
纤维素纤维选用线密度为1.67dtex,纤维长度为21mm的粘胶纤维。
热熔纤维选用线密度为3.0dtex,纤维长度为38mm的亲水ES纤维,并且选用的亲水ES纤维为皮芯型双组份纤维,皮层材料为聚乙烯,芯层材料为聚丙烯。
高吸水树脂1的粒径为160目。
利用上述纤维制备非织造吸液芯体材料的方法包括如下步骤:
S1,混合、开松:将粘胶纤维与亲水ES纤维按4:6的比例混合、开松;
S2,气流成网:将步骤S1中得到的混合物喂入气流成网机2中,并依次经过气流成网机2的斜网帘、喂入罗拉、输出网帘,输出网帘的下方设有振动装置;其中,斜网帘的转速为74r/min,喂入罗拉的转速为1r/min,输出网帘的转速为3r/min;
S3,撒入高吸水树脂1:使用撒粉装置3配合气流成网机2输出网帘的运动,匀速撒落高吸水树脂1,得到三维杂乱蓬松纤网,在振动装置的作用下,高吸水树脂1均匀分布在三维杂乱蓬松纤网之中;其中,高吸水树脂1重量的占三维杂乱蓬松纤网的30%;
S4,超声波粘合加固:将蓬松纤网喂入超声波粘合机的辊筒与传振器之间的缝隙,在超声波的作用下粘合加固;其中,辊筒与传振器之间的距离为2.0mm,辊筒的转速为100r/min,超声波频率为20kHZ;
S5,成型:粘合加固结束后,得到非织造吸液芯体材料。
本实施例的得到的芯体材料制成的芯体吸收层吸收与锁水性能良好,吸液后的芯体吸收层的表面平整度高,不起坨,不断层,未出现凝胶堵塞的现象。

Claims (10)

1.一种非织造吸液芯体材料,包括纤维素纤维、热熔纤维、高吸水树脂,其特征在于:所述的高吸水树脂(1)呈粒状均匀分布在纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的混合物之中,高吸水树脂(1)占非织造吸液芯体材料重量的20~40%;所述的纤维素纤维与热熔纤维的质量比为3:7~4:6;
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
S1,混合、开松:将纤维素纤维与热熔纤维按比例混合、开松;
S2,气流成网:将步骤S1中得到的混合物喂入气流成网机(2)中,并依次经过气流成网机(2)的斜网帘、喂入罗拉、输出网帘;
S3,施加高吸水树脂(1):使用撒粉装置(3)配合气流成网机(2)输出网帘的运动,匀速撒落高吸水树脂(1),得到三维杂乱蓬松纤网;
S4,超声波粘合加固:将蓬松纤网喂入超声波粘合机的辊筒与传振器之间的缝隙,在超声波的作用下粘合加固;
S5,成型:粘合加固结束后,得到非织造吸液芯体材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的纤维素纤维可以选用粘胶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种非织造吸液芯体材料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的粘胶纤维的线密度为1.0~3.0dtex,纤维长度为18~38mm。
