Abstract

本发明涉及一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,包括主体气管垫和辨色带、防水薄膜;主体气管垫上端边口的中部设有卡口,卡口的边口各连接一条辨色带,主体气管垫的中部嵌入一层防水薄膜。其优点表现在:可避免痰液渗透过气管垫敷料,引起皮肤及伤口被痰液污染,可保持气管切口周围处皮肤的干燥,减少了细菌的滋生及局部皮肤发红、皮疹、感染的机率;减少了更换气管垫的次数;减轻了患者更换气管垫时的不适;辨色带的材质和气管筒系带的材质不同;避免了在剪带时造成错剪,导致气管筒脱出的现象;缓解了患者仰卧位时由多个颈后固定结带来的不舒适感;方便患者自行更换气管垫;防水薄膜的设计,防止水分渗入患者皮肤,使患者感觉干爽舒适。

Description

辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用具技术领域,具体地说,是一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫。
背景技术
目前,气管切开是临床抢救和治疗呼吸道梗阻患者的重要措施之一,术后患者均需依靠气管套管来维持呼吸功能。为保持切口处皮肤清洁、干燥,同时避免伤口感染,传统方法通常采用在气管切开的切口处用无菌纱布制成的气管垫作为保护。
但是,当前临床广泛使用的气管垫采用的是无菌纱布,用系带固定于颈后并打结的方式,而在临床使用中虽有耗材成本低的优点,但其存在明显的缺陷:
①患者仰卧位时带来不舒适感(颈后固定结);
②每日换药过程中松解和固定系带时的耗时较长;
③气管垫系带易与气管筒系带缠绕在一起,剪带时容易造成错剪,导致气管筒脱出的事件;
④面积较小易造成因痰液、血液渗透过纱布而引起患者颈部皮肤潮湿、红肿痛等不舒适;
⑤增加逆行感染发生的机率;⑥频繁的更换大大增加护士工作量,同时影响患者术后的休息。
因此,临床实践中迫切需要一种新型气管垫,该气管垫应能在使用低成本耗材的基础上,达到较长时间地保持切口周围皮肤的清洁、干燥,增加患者的舒适度,同时方便医护人员更换、减少因操作失误引起的脱管及减少患者感染。
中国专利文献:CN2584153,公开日:2003.11.05,公开了一种无菌气管垫。本实用新型由气管垫和湿纸巾两部分相互粘连制成,气管垫中部设有中央圆孔,两侧翼粘贴面为双面胶和塑料薄膜,可在中间重叠粘贴,固定。
中国专利文献:CN202459713U,公开日:2012.10.03,公开了一种一次性防水药物气管垫,包括气管垫本体,气管垫本体为内表面带有粘胶的无纺布,无纺布内表面粘贴有保护层,无纺布与保护层之间设计有脱脂棉,脱脂棉的内表面固定连接有针刺软无纺布,脱脂棉内渗有药物,气管垫本体上开有粘贴口,粘贴口的终止端开有圆孔。
但是关于本发明的一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫目前还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,所述的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫包括主体气管垫(1)、辨色带(2)、防水薄膜(3);所述的主体气管垫(1)呈长方形,所述的主体气管垫(1)的四个边角倒圆角;所述主体气管垫(1)上端边口的中部设有卡口(4),所述卡口(4)的边口各连接一条辨色带(2);所述主体气管垫(1)的中部嵌入一层防水薄膜(3)。
所述主体气管垫(1)的长为9cm,宽为11cm。
所述的辨色带(2)长为33cm。
所述卡口(4)的深为3.5cm,宽为0.5cm。
所述的辨色带(2)的材质和气管筒系带的材质不同,用以区别。
所述主体气管垫(1)的材质为全棉无纺布医用敷料。
所述全棉无纺布医用敷料的制作工艺过程顺序为:
A、清花:将纯天然皮棉进行除杂;
B、梳理:将清花后的原棉开松并梳顺;
C、铺网:将梳理而成的棉网按其棉纤维的方向往复交错重叠铺开;
D、水刺:利用高压水流对棉网进行缠结;
E、脱脂:将水刺后的棉纤维上的蜡质或油脂除掉;
F、漂白;
G、成品卷取。
本发明优点在于:
1、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,可避免痰液渗透过气管垫敷料,引起皮肤及伤口被痰液污染,可保持气管切口周围处皮肤的干燥,减少了细菌的滋生及局部皮肤发红、皮疹、感染的机率。
2、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,减少了更换气管垫的次数,增加患者舒适感,并缩减了医护人员换药的耗时、耗材。
3、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,操作简单方便,缩短了每日换药在松解和固定系带时的耗时,减轻了患者更换气管垫时的不适。
4、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,辨色带的材质和气管筒系带的材质不同;避免了在剪带时造成错剪,导致气管筒脱出的现象。
5、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,缓解了患者仰卧位时由多个颈后固定结带来的不舒适感。
6、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,患者出院后,可以自行更换气管垫;方便患者自行更换气管垫。
7、本发明的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫防水薄膜的设计,防止水分渗入患者皮肤,使患者感觉干爽舒适。

所述的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫包括圆形主体气管垫(5)和子辨色带(6)、固定扣(7)、母辨色带(8)、圆形防水薄膜(10);所述的圆形主体气管垫(5)呈圆形;所述圆形主体气管垫(5)上端边口的中部设有卡口(4);所述卡口(4)的左侧连接有母辨色带(8),所述的母辨色带(8)上设有三个固定口(9);所述卡口(4)的右侧连接有子辨色带(6),所述子辨色带(6)上连接有两个固定扣(7);所述的圆形主体气管垫(5)的内部嵌入一层圆形防水薄膜(10)。
所述圆形主体气管垫(5)的材质为全棉无纺布医用敷料。
所述全棉无纺布医用敷料的制作工艺过程顺序为:
A、清花:将纯天然皮棉进行除杂;
B、梳理:将清花后的原棉开松并梳顺;
C、铺网:将梳理而成的棉网按其棉纤维的方向往复交错重叠铺开;
D、水刺:利用高压水流对棉网进行缠结;
E、脱脂:将水刺后的棉纤维上的蜡质或油脂除掉;
F、漂白;

所述辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫的使用过程及方法:
使用时,将主体气管垫(1)垫入气管筒下方、气管筒由卡口(4)中穿过;然后,用无菌镊将气管筒后方的主体气管垫(1)拉平;最后,通过辨色带(2)固定本气管垫。辨色带(2)的材质和气管筒系带的材质不同,避免气管垫系带与气管筒系带混淆,易发生错解,导致气管筒脱出的现象;而防水薄膜(3)的设计,防止水分渗入患者皮肤,使患者感觉干爽舒适。
此外,主体气管垫(1)使用特殊的全棉无纺布医用敷料材料制成;可避免痰液渗透过气管垫敷料,引起皮肤及伤口被痰液污染,可保持气管切口周围处皮肤的干燥,减少了细菌的滋生及局部皮肤发红、皮疹、感染的机率。

1.一种辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,其特征在于,所述的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫包括主体气管垫(1)、辨色带(2)、防水薄膜(3);所述的主体气管垫(1)呈长方形,所述的主体气管垫(1)的四个边角倒圆角;所述主体气管垫(1)上端边口的中部设有卡口(4),所述卡口(4)的边口各连接一条辨色带(2);所述主体气管垫(1)的中部嵌入一层防水薄膜(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辨色带卡扣式全棉无纺布气管垫,其特征在于,所述主体气管垫(1)的长为9cm,宽为11cm。
