Abstract

本发明公开了一种儿科可视化压舌板，包括压舌板本体以及套接在压舌板本体尾部的活动套，还包括一带照明灯的图像采集装置以及与该图像采集装置实现无线通讯的APP终端，所述活动套上开始有一滑槽，滑槽内滑动安装有一用于安装图像采集装置的滑块，所述图像采集装置包括一底座、安装在底座一端的照明灯以及安装在底座另一端的摄像头，所述底座下底面上设有一带螺纹连接柱的金属软管，所述滑块上开设有与所述螺纹连接柱相适配的内螺纹连接孔。本发明可以实现口腔内病变图像的采集，自带感光传感器和补光灯，从而使得所采集到的病变图像更为清晰。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材领域，具体涉及一种儿科可视化压舌板。
背景技术
目前，医院医生大部分采用的都是竹片压舌板来观察患者口腔病变情况，这样在观察的时候只有医生可以看到病况，患者和家属看不到，致使家属和患者不容易知道病症，不利于医生和患者的沟通，容易产生医患矛盾。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种儿科可视化压舌板，可以实现口腔内病变图像的采集。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种儿科可视化压舌板，包括压舌板本体以及套接在压舌板本体尾部的活动套，还包括一带照明灯的图像采集装置以及与该图像采集装置实现无线通讯的APP终端，所述活动套上开始有一滑槽，滑槽内滑动安装有一用于安装图像采集装置的滑块，所述图像采集装置包括一底座、安装在底座一端的照明灯以及安装在底座另一端的摄像头，所述底座下底面上设有一带螺纹连接柱的金属软管，所述滑块上开设有与所述螺纹连接柱相适配的内螺纹连接孔。
进一步地，所述活动套包括由医用硬质PVC加工而成的外壳以及设置在外壳内两侧壁上端的带卡槽的橡胶垫，其尾端开设有一圆形开口槽，便于握持，且圆形开口槽与滑槽不连通。
进一步地，所述底座呈圆柱形，其前端设置有一感光传感器，且沿着摄像头8的外圆周方向设置有一圈补光灯，所述底座内设有一单片机，单片机的输入端与感光传感器相连，输出端与补光灯、摄像头相连。
进一步地，所述底座上设有用于控制蓄电池为照明灯、单片机供电的开关。
进一步地，所述滑块由两立方体板以及垂直设置在两立方体板之间的弹簧组构成，且两立方体板的相对面上设有相互配合的限位槽和凸块。
进一步地，所述压舌板本体采用仅前端为半圆形的竹片压舌板，活动套的尾端为半圆形。
进一步地，所述活动套和图像采集装置上各黏贴设有一层可食用抗菌薄膜，该可食用抗菌薄膜的形状与活动套适配。
进一步地，所述底座前端上边缘铰接有一放大镜。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
1）可以实现口腔内病变图像的采集，自带感光传感器和补光灯，从而使得所采集到的病变图像更为清晰。
2）图像采集装置的角度、高度均可调，使用方便。
3）可食用抗菌薄膜的设置，可以很好的避免交叉感染的情况的发生。
4）放大镜的设置，可以实现病患处的放大观察，进一步方便了医护人员的工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明，但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是，对本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1-图2所示，本发明实施例提供了一种儿科可视化压舌板，包括压舌板本体1以及套接在压舌板本体1尾部的活动套2，还包括一带照明灯4的图像采集装置3以及与该图像采集装置3实现无线通讯的APP终端，图像采集装置3采集到目标图像后，经无线通讯模块将采集到的目标图像发送到手机APP或电脑APP进行显示储存，所述活动套2上开始有一滑槽5，滑槽5内滑动安装有一用于安装图像采集装置3的滑块6，所述图像采集装置3包括一底座7、安装在底座7一端的照明灯4以及安装在底座7另一端的摄像头8，所述底座7下底面上设有一带螺纹连接柱的金属软管12，所述滑块6上开设有与所述螺纹连接柱相适配的内螺纹连接孔。所述活动套2包括由医用硬质PVC加工而成的外壳以及设置在外壳内两侧壁上端的带卡槽的橡胶垫，使得其与压舌板本体相连时不易滑动，其尾端开设有一圆形开口槽9，便于握持，且圆形开口槽9与滑槽5不连通。所述底座7呈圆柱形，其前端设置有一感光传感器，且沿着摄像头8的外圆周方向设置有一圈补光灯11，所述底座7内设有一单片机，单片机的输入端与感光传感器相连，输出端与补光灯11、摄像头相连。所述底座7上设有用于控制蓄电池为照明灯4、单片机供电的开关。所述滑块由两立方体板以及垂直设置在两立方体板之间的弹簧组构成，且两立方体板的相对面上设有相互配合的限位槽和凸块，从而使得滑块在滑动到目标位置时，可实现相对锁止操作。所述活动套2和图像采集装置上各黏贴设有一层可食用抗菌薄膜，该可食用抗菌薄膜的形状与活动套2适配，可以很好的避免交叉感染情况的发生，该可食用抗菌薄膜优选采用非白色薄膜，从而可以及时发现薄膜是否存在漏洞。所述底座7前端上边缘铰接有一放大镜10，该放大镜位于摄像头的前端，通过一连接杆与底座7前端上边缘的铰接。
本实施例中，所述压舌板本体1采用仅前端为半圆形的竹片压舌板，活动套2的尾端为半圆形。
本具体实施使用时，首先完成可食用抗菌薄膜的粘贴安装，安装完成后，将活动套套接在压舌板本体1尾部上，然后即可进行压舌操作，在压舌时，可以通过照明灯进行辅助照明观察，在需要进行患处的图像采集时，通过向下按压进行图像采集装置所在位置的调整，然后通过金属软管进行图像采集装置位置、高度以及角度的进一步调整，在调整的过程中，医生可以通过放大镜进行当前所对部位图像的查看，到达目标位置后，通过按压对应的按键即可启动感光传感器工作，在感光传感器完成亮度采集后，单片机接收信号控制对应的补光灯以及摄像头工作，进行目标图像的采集。

1.一种儿科可视化压舌板，包括压舌板本体（1）以及套接在压舌板本体（1）尾部的活动套（2），其特征在于：还包括一带照明灯（4）的图像采集装置（3）以及与该图像采集装置（3）实现无线通讯的APP终端，所述活动套（2）上开始有一滑槽（5），滑槽（5）内滑动安装有一用于安装图像采集装置（3）的滑块（6），所述图像采集装置（3）包括一底座（7）、安装在底座（7）一端的照明灯（4）以及安装在底座（7）另一端的摄像头（8），所述底座（7）下底面上设有一带螺纹连接柱的金属软管（12），所述滑块（6）上开设有与所述螺纹连接柱相适配的内螺纹连接孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述活动套（2）包括由医用硬质PVC加工而成的外壳以及设置在外壳内两侧壁上端的带卡槽的橡胶垫，其尾端开设有一圆形开口槽（9），便于握持，且圆形开口槽（9）与滑槽（5）不连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述底座（7）呈圆柱形，其前端设置有一感光传感器，且沿着摄像头（8）的外圆周方向设置有一圈补光灯（11），所述底座（7）内设有一单片机，单片机的输入端与感光传感器相连，输出端与补光灯（11）、摄像头相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述底座（7）上设有用于控制蓄电池为照明灯（4）、单片机供电的开关。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述滑块由两立方体板以及垂直设置在两立方体板之间的弹簧组构成，且两立方体板的相对面上设有相互配合的限位槽和凸块。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述压舌板本体（1）采用仅前端为半圆形的竹片压舌板，活动套（2）的尾端为半圆形。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述活动套（2）和图像采集装置上各黏贴设有一层可食用抗菌薄膜，该可食用抗菌薄膜的形状与活动套（2）适配。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科可视化压舌板，其特征在于：所述底座（7）前端上边缘铰接有一放大镜（10）。
