Claims (7)

1. A wormwood microcapsule fragrance type latex mattress is characterized by comprising an inner core arranged in a mattress sheath, wherein the mattress sheath comprises an upper cotton fabric layer, a lower cotton fabric layer and a side cotton fabric layer which is fully enclosed and is connected with the upper cotton fabric layer and the lower cotton fabric layer;
the inner core comprises a natural latex layer, a wormwood nano microcapsule foaming layer, an upper hemp board layer, a nano bamboo charcoal cladding and a lower hemp board layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, air holes which completely penetrate through the natural latex layer from top to bottom and are distributed at intervals are formed in the natural latex layer, the nano bamboo charcoal cladding comprises a non-woven fabric bag and activated carbon particles filled in the non-woven fabric bag, the upper surface of the natural latex layer is in contact with the lower surface of the upper cotton fabric layer, the lower surface of the natural latex layer is in contact with the upper surface of the wormwood nano microcapsule foaming layer, the lower surface of the wormwood nano microcapsule foaming layer is in contact with the upper surface of the upper hemp board layer, the lower surface of the upper hemp board layer is in contact with the upper surface of the nano bamboo charcoal cladding, and the lower surface of the nano bamboo charcoal cladding is in contact with the upper surface of the lower hemp board layer.
2. The wormwood micro-capsule odor type latex mattress according to claim 1, wherein the natural latex layer and the wormwood nano-microcapsule foaming layer are connected by a magic tape.
3. The wormwood microcapsule fragrance type latex mattress according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the wormwood nano microcapsule foaming layer and the upper hemp sheet layer are connected by a magic tape.
4. The wormwood micro-capsule fragrance type latex mattress according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the upper hemp board layer and the nano bamboo charcoal coating layer are connected through a magic tape.
5. The wormwood micro-capsule fragrance type latex mattress according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nano bamboo charcoal coating layer and the lower hemp board layer are connected through a magic tape.
6. The wormwood nano microcapsule foaming liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: preparing 0.4 part of a nano wormwood solution; 100 parts of purified water; 1.5 parts of a foaming agent; 0.05 part of an aging agent.
7. A preparation method of a wormwood nano microcapsule foaming layer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) 0.4 part of nano wormwood solution; 200 parts of carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber; 100 parts of purified water; 400 parts of calcium powder; 0.05 part of an aging agent;
2) adding the above materials into a charging bucket, and stirring for 2 hours, wherein the viscosity is 8000cps, to obtain the foaming glue;
3) extruding the foaming glue into a mould by using an extruder for forming.
