Background
Conventionally, as such a container, a container is known which includes a container main body having an opening portion and a lid portion connected to the container main body and capable of opening and closing between an open posture in which the opening portion is opened and a closed posture in which the opening portion is closed, and which is capable of standing alone on a mounting surface with the lid portion in the open posture (for example, see patent document 1).
However, in such a container, a structure in which the lid portion is fixed to the container main body by a magnet when the lid portion is opened is adopted because stability in the case of independent standing is prioritized. Therefore, in the open position, the lid portion has to be in a vertical position along the outer surface of the upright wall of the container body, and the use of the lid portion is limited.
Such a case is not limited to the pen bag (japanese: ペンケース), but is also applicable to containers for storing various small articles such as toiletries, portable electronic devices, household first aid kit, and others.

Since the storage section 61 is made of, for example, a net-like member, a linear fastener (a parallel line ファスナ)63 for allowing an article to be taken out and placed in the storage section 61 is provided on the peripheral edge thereof. As shown in fig. 6 and 10, a pocket 65 is provided on the lower inner surface side of the lid portion 2, more specifically, on the inner surface 31b of the front wall 31 in the first lid element 2A. As shown in fig. 3, 6, and 8 to 10, a stopper 67 constituting the posture stabilizing unit 3 is provided on an upper surface 57a, which is an outer surface of the handle 57 of the lid portion 2. A plurality of friction protrusions 67a made of a material having a high friction coefficient such as synthetic rubber are also scattered in the anti-slip member 67. The posture stabilizing means 3 is constituted by the stoppers 67 provided on the lid 2 and the stoppers 30 provided on the container body 1, and the opening angle of the first lid element 2A and the second lid element 2B can be variably set by rotating the second lid element 2B relative to the first lid element 2A with the sewn portion 45 as a boundary.
The lid 2 described above is rotatably connected to the container body 1 via the connecting portion 7. That is, as shown in fig. 1 and 6 to 10, the connecting portion 7 is set at the lower portion of the container main body 1, and the base end 2a of the lid portion 2 is rotatably connected to the front edge 13a of the bottom wall 13 of the container main body 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, in the connecting portion 7 of the present embodiment, the front edge portions of the exterior material 27 and the interior material 29 of the bottom wall 13 of the container body 1 and the lower edge portions of the exterior materials 41, 49, 53 and the interior materials 43, 51, 55 of the lid portion 2 are sewn together at a sewn portion 69. Further, 71 is a shield for shielding the stitched portion 69.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8 and 10, the container body 1 and the lid 2 are connected by a side gusset 4. The side gusset 4 connects the container body 1 and the lid portion 2 in the vicinity of the connection portion 7 in a contactable and separable manner, and the side gusset 4 is made of a sheet material such as a cloth or a resin sheet that can be flexibly deformed. More specifically, the side gusset 4 connects the front edge of the side wall 15 of the container body 1 and the side edge of the front wall 31 of the first cover element 2A, and therefore, the first cover element 2A becomes a loose state in a state of being parallel to the back wall 11 of the container body 1, and becomes a tensed state in a state of being inclined at a certain angle with respect to the back wall 11 of the container body 1. Fig. 7 to 10 show a state in which the side gusset 4 is slightly tensioned. The rear edge of the side gusset 4 is set longer than the front edge, and the upper edge of the side gusset in a tensioned state is inclined so as to become gradually higher toward the rear. The front edges of the side gussets 4 are sewn to the side edges of the exterior material 41 and the interior material 43 constituting the front wall 31 of the lid portion 2, and the rear edges thereof are sewn to the front edges of the exterior material 23 and the interior material 25 constituting the side walls 15 of the container body 1.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 10, a partition 5 for connecting the back wall 11 of the container body 1 and the front wall 31 of the lid portion 2 is disposed between the side gussets 4. The partitioning member 5 is configured based on the side wall 4, and is in a relaxed state in a state where the first lid element 2A is parallel to the back wall 11 of the container body 1, and is in a tensioned state in a state where the first lid element 2A is tilted forward at a predetermined angle with respect to the back wall 11 of the container body 1. The partitioning member 5 partitions the lower half of the container body 1 into two storage spaces S1 and S2, and in the present embodiment, a storage space S1 for a writing instrument for erecting a rod-shaped article P such as a writing instrument is formed between the partitioning member 5 and one side wall 4, and a storage space S2 for a small article (storage object G) for storing a small article such as a calculator, a solid glue stick, or a transfer tool is formed between the partitioning member 5 and the other side wall 4.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 to 5, and 7 to 8, a linear slide fastener 6 is provided between the container body 1 and the lid 2 described above. The linear slide fastener 6 includes a pair of fastener elements 6b provided on opposite edges of the pair of tapes 6a, respectively, and a slider 6c for bringing the fastener elements 6b into a coupled state or an open state, wherein the tape 6a having one fastener element 6b is fixed to an opening edge of the container body 1, and the tape 6a having the other fastener element 6b is fixed to the lid portion 2. Specifically, the tape 6a having one fastener element 6b is sewn to the front edge of the side wall 15 of the container body 1 and the upper edge of the back wall 11, and the tape 6a having the other fastener element 6b is sewn to the rear edge of the side wall 35 of the cover portion 2 and the rear edge of the top wall 33. The both end portions of the linear fastener 6 are provided so as to slightly wrap around the bottom surface side of the container body 1.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment, fig. 2 is a front view showing the closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment, fig. 3 is a plan view showing the closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment, fig. 4 is a side view showing the closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment, and fig. 5 is a bottom view showing the closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment. Fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view schematically showing a section along the line a-a in fig. 2. Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing an open posture (O) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment, and fig. 8 is a side view showing the open posture (O) of the pen tool stand container S of the present embodiment. Fig. 9 is a schematic sectional view schematically showing a section along the line B-B in fig. 7, and fig. 10 is a schematic sectional view schematically showing a section along the line C-C in fig. 7. In the present specification, the front side shown in fig. 2, that is, the side of the cover 2 is referred to as "front", and the front, rear, left, right, up and down will be described with reference to this as a reference, for convenience of explanation.
Next, a mode of using the pen tool stand container S will be described.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the pen tool stand type container S can be used by standing alone on a mounting surface M such as a ceiling surface with the lid portion 2 in the open posture (O). That is, in the present embodiment, the opening portion 1a of the container body 1 can be completely opened by turning the lid portion 2 forward with the linear fastener 6 being in the open state, and further turning the second lid element 2B so as to be folded with respect to the first lid element 2A. In the open position (O), as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the stopper 30 provided on the outer surface 13b of the bottom wall 13 of the container body 1 abuts against the mounting surface M, and the stopper 67 provided on the rotation end 2b side of the lid portion 2, that is, the stopper 67 provided on the handle 57 abuts against the mounting surface M, so that the open position (O) is maintained. In this open posture (O), the inner surface of the second cover element 2B, which is the region 2c on the side of the rotation end 2B of the cover 2, in other words, the inner surface 31B of the lower portion of the front wall 31, is turned outward, so that the article SP such as a smartphone can be stood on the inner surface of the second cover element 2B in a standing posture. At this time, since the slide stopper 59 is provided on the inner surface of the top wall 33 of the lid portion 2, the falling of the standing article SP can be suppressed. Further, since the housing portion 61 provided on the inner surface of the second cover element 2B, that is, the inner surface 31B of the lower portion of the front wall 31 is exposed to the front, a stamp not shown or other small-sized articles can be freely taken out of and placed in the housing portion 61. In the open posture (O), the storage space S1 for writing instruments and the storage space S2 for small articles of the container body 1 are opened upward and forward. Therefore, the rod-shaped article P such as a writing instrument can be freely erected or taken out with respect to the writing instrument storage space S1. In addition, the storage G such as a calculator can be stored in or taken out from the storage space S2 for small articles.
When the lid portion 2 is returned from the above-described opening posture (O) to the closing posture (C) and the linear slide fastener 6 is closed, the pen tool stand container S is deformed into a small bag shape as shown in fig. 1 to 6. Therefore, the writing instrument P and other articles G stored in the storage space S1 for writing instruments and the storage space S2 for small articles can be transported while being stored inside. In this closed posture (C), as shown in fig. 6, since the storage portion 61 provided in the lid portion 2 is close to the inner surface 11a of the back wall 11 which is the inner surface of the container main body 1 facing each other, when the storage object G stored in the storage space S2 for small articles is a small-sized article, interference between the storage object G and the storage portion 61 can be prevented, and the internal space can be effectively utilized.
With such a configuration, the lid 2 can be stably and independently erected in a posture inclined with respect to the mounting surface M while being in contact with the mounting surface M in a state where the lid 2 is in the open posture (O) by the posture stabilizing means 3, and thus an article SP such as a smartphone can be erected on the inner surface side of the lid 2. In particular, if the article SP is an article having a display portion on one surface, such as a smartphone, the display portion can be easily seen in a state where the article SP is standing on the inner surface side of the cover portion 2. That is, the lid portion 2 can be used in a wider range of applications than the container having the conventional configuration.
In the present embodiment, since no upper wall is provided at the upper edge of the container main body 1 and the upper open portion 1a1 of the opening 1a of the container main body 1 reaches the back wall 11 of the container main body 1, the depth of the upper open portion 1a1 can be secured to the maximum extent, and the article P, G can be easily taken out and put into the storage spaces S1 and S2.
Further, since the lid portion 2 includes the first lid element 2A rotatably connected to the container body 1 via the connecting portion 7 and the second lid element 2B rotatably connected to the first lid element 2A, the opening width of the opening portion 1a of the container body 1 when the lid body 2 is brought into the open posture (O) can be set large.
The posture stabilizing unit 3 includes the stopper 30 provided at the bottom of the container body 1 and the stopper 67 provided at the lid 2, and thus can stably maintain the opening posture (O) with a simple configuration.
In addition, since the posture stabilizing means 3 can variably set the opening angles of the first cover element 2A and the second cover element 2B, the inclination angle of the inner surface of the cover 2, that is, the inner surface 31B of the front wall 31 can be adjusted in accordance with the preference of the user.
Further, since the anti-slip portion 59 is provided on the inner surface 33b of the top wall 33 of the lid portion 2, the article SP standing on the inner surface of the lid portion 2 can be prevented from slipping off, and the article SP can be stably held on the inner surface 33b of the top wall 33, which is the inner surface of the lid portion 2.
Further, since the storage portion 61 protruding so as to be close to the inner surface of the container main body 1 facing each other in the closed posture (C) is provided on the upper inner surface side of the lid portion 2, when the article stored in the storage space S2 for small articles is a small-sized article, it is possible to prevent the article from interfering with the storage portion 61, to effectively use the inner space, and to prevent the article stored in the storage space S2 from moving during transportation.
In the present embodiment, the opening portion 1a in the opened posture (O) can be secured in a larger size by providing the both end portions of the linear slide fastener 6 so as to slightly wrap around the bottom surface side of the container body 1. However, the following configuration may be adopted: both ends of the linear fastener 6 are set near the lower ends of the side wall 15 of the container body 1 and the side wall 35 of the lid portion 2 so that the linear fastener 6 does not reach the bottom surface side of the container body 1.

That is, by configuring the peripheral edge portion 13s of the bottom wall 13 in this manner, the container body 1 is easily raised on the mounting surface M. Furthermore, the pocket of the inner surface 31b of the front wall 31 of the cover 2 is omitted.
The two ends 6x of the linear fastener 6 provided between the container body 1 and the lid 2 are set near the lower ends of the side wall 15 of the container body 1 and the side wall 35 of the lid 2, and do not reach the bottom surface side of the container body 1.
The container body 1 is configured such that the center of gravity of the pen tool upright container SE is located within the depth dimension of the container body 1 when the article P, G is stored in the storage spaces S1 and S2 of the container body 1 and is set to the open position (O).
With such a configuration, the function of adjusting the tilt angle as in the first embodiment is lost, but the following effects can be obtained: the opening posture (O) can be stably maintained by a simple structure without using special components. In other words, when the article P, G is stored in the storage spaces S1 and S2 of the container body 1 and is in the open posture (O), the pen tool upright container SE can be stably placed on the placement surface M while the container body 1 is erected on the placement surface M.
Fig. 20 is a perspective view showing a closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container SE of the present embodiment, and fig. 21 is a perspective view showing an open posture (O) of the pen tool stand container SE of the present embodiment. Fig. 22 is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a cross section along the H-H line in fig. 21.
In the present embodiment, in order to secure a larger opening 1a in the open posture (O), both end portions of the linear fastener 6 may be slightly wound around the bottom surface side of the container body 1.
< sixth embodiment >
Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 23 to 24. The vertical pen tool container SF serving as the container of the sixth embodiment is configured based on the vertical pen tool container S of the first embodiment and the vertical pen tool container SE of the fifth embodiment, and the same or corresponding parts as those of the first embodiment are given the same names and reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The vertical pen tool container SF of the present embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the vertical pen tool container SE of the fifth embodiment, except for the following points.
In the vertical pen tool container SF, the partition body 5 and the housing portion 61 are disposed in a left-right reverse arrangement to the arrangement of the vertical pen tool container SE.
The pen tool vertical container SF includes posture stabilizing means F3 as described below. As shown in fig. 24, the posture stabilizing unit F3 includes a buckle F81 as a restraint for restraining the opening angles of the first cover element 2A and the second cover element 2B, and a belt member F87. One end portion of the tape member F87 is sewn into the first lid element 2A. In another aspect, the clasp F81 includes: a female member F85 provided on the first lid element 2A side, and a male member F83 provided on the second lid element 2B side for opening posture. The female part F85 is provided at the other end of the band member F87. On the other hand, the open posture male member F83 is provided near the upper end of the second cover element 2B, more specifically, near the upper end of the side wall 35 of the cover 2, and the female member F85 is engaged with the open posture male member F83, whereby the pen tool stand container SF can be maintained in the open posture (O), and the cover 2 can be brought into contact with the mounting surface M and can be stabilized in a posture inclined with respect to the mounting surface M. A male member for a closed posture, not shown, is provided at a lower portion of the first cover element 2A. As shown in fig. 23, in the closed posture (C), the female member F85 is engaged with the male member F83 for the closed posture, whereby the band member F87 can be stably held on the lid portion 2. The posture stabilizing means F3 can be used as needed. That is, even when the pen tool upright container SF is in the open posture (O), if it is determined that a special operation for fixing the inclination angle of the second lid element 2B is not necessary for the reason that the container body 1 is stably erected or the like, the female member F85 of the hook F81 may not be engaged with the open posture male member F83.
In the pen tool vertical container SF having such a configuration, although the function of adjusting the tilt angle is lost as in the first embodiment, the pen tool vertical container SF can be stably held in the open posture (O) by a simple configuration. In other words, the following effects are obtained: in a state where the clasp F81 is hooked to the open position (O), the angle of the first lid element 2A with respect to the mounting surface M can be more reliably maintained constant.
Fig. 23 is a perspective view showing a closed posture (C) of the pen tool stand container SF of the present embodiment, and fig. 24 is a perspective view showing an open posture (O) of the pen tool stand container SF of the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, in order to secure the opening portion 1a in the larger opening posture (O), both end portions of the linear slide fastener 6 may be slightly wound around the bottom surface side of the container body 1.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the above embodiments, the pen tool stand-up type container was described, but it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to a container other than the pen tool stand-up type container, for example, a container for storing a cosmetic tool.
In the above embodiments, the case where the upper wall is not provided at the upper edge of the container main body has been described, but it is needless to say that the upper wall having a depth smaller than the top wall of the lid portion may be provided at the upper edge of the container main body.
In the above embodiments, the opening of the container body has an upper opening portion opened upward and a front opening portion opened forward, but the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. That is, the opening portion of the container body may be variously modified to include a side opening portion that is open to the side in addition to the upper opening portion and the front opening portion.
In the above embodiments, the side wall that allows the rotation of the lid portion within a certain range is provided in order to secure a large opening area while preventing the falling of the stored items, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to the configuration having such side wall, and it is needless to say that the side wall may be omitted.
In the above embodiments, the stopper is provided on the inner surface of the top wall of the lid portion in order to prevent the article standing on the inner surface of the lid portion from slipping off and to stably hold the article on the inner surface of the lid portion. The slip stopper is not limited to a sheet-like member having a large friction, and various members having a stepped portion may be considered.
In the above embodiments, the storage portion is provided on the upper inner surface side of the lid portion, and the thickness of the storage portion may be any size. That is, it is needless to say that a thin pocket-like storage portion may be provided, or conversely, the storage portion may completely reach the inner surface of the container body facing the storage portion in the closed position. On the other hand, it is needless to say that the storage section on the upper inner surface side of the lid section may be omitted entirely.
In the container configured such that the container body can stably stand on the mounting surface in the open position with the stored material stored in the container body, it is needless to say that a posture stabilizing means for stabilizing the posture of the lid portion inclined with respect to the mounting surface by abutting the lid portion on the mounting surface may be separately provided.
In addition, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
