The prepared sea buckthorn tabletted candy tastes sour and sweet, contains multiple types of vitamins, and is high in vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin P content and beneficial to human health.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food, in particular to a preparation method of sea-buckthorn tabletted candy.
Background
The sea buckthorn fruit contains rich nutrient substances and bioactive substances, and can be widely applied to many fields of national economy such as food, medicine, light industry, aerospace, farming and herding fish industry and the like. The fruit contains isorhamnetin, isorhamnetin-3-B-D-glucoside, isorhamnetin-3-B-rutinoside, quercetin and kaempferol, so that the sea buckthorn fruit has the functions of relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, invigorating stomach, promoting digestion, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The candy made of the sea-buckthorn is delicious, is beneficial to body health and is popular with consumers. The current sea-buckthorn tabletted candies are poor in taste and difficult to attract the interest of consumers, and the yield of the current production process is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a preparation method which can produce the sea-buckthorn tabletted candy with good taste and high yield and can lead consumers to like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a preparation method of a sea buckthorn tabletted candy, which comprises the following steps:
1) weighing: the raw materials of each candy are weighed according to the following proportion, 150-250mg of seabuckthorn fruit powder, 8-12mg of acerola powder, 350mg of sorbitol 300-350mg, 210mg of lactose 180-containing powder, 50-70mg of citric acid, 35-50mg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.3-0.8mg of aspartame and 7-12mg of magnesium stearate;
2) sieving: sieving all the materials with a 40-mesh sieve and a 50-mesh sieve respectively, removing large particles, and reserving fine powder for later use;
3) premixing: adding the seabuckthorn fruit powder, the acerola powder, the sorbitol and the lactose into a wet granulator, and setting the mixing speed of 100-: 500-;
4) and (3) wet granulation: adding 70-95% ethanol into the premixed raw materials, granulating for 3-5min to obtain soft material, and wet grading;
5) and (3) drying: drying the wet granules prepared in the step 4 in a drying device until the moisture is controlled to be below 1-3%, wherein the drying temperature is 45-55 ℃;
6) total mixing: mixing the dry granules obtained in the step 5 with sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, aspartame and magnesium stearate for 20min to obtain granules to be tabletted;
7) tabletting; pressing with 19.6 x 9.1mm special-shaped die to obtain 1.0 + -4% g/tablet, hardness: 80-150N;
the wet granulator used in the step 3 and the step 4 comprises a granulating pot, a granulating cutter and a discharging pipe which are opposite in position are arranged on the side edge of the granulating pot, a material arranging and discharging port and a material crushing port are arranged on the discharging pipe, an air cylinder is arranged at the sealing position of the end part of the discharging pipe, a circular sealing plate which is in close contact with the inner wall of the discharging pipe is arranged at the movable end part of the air cylinder, and a rubber ring is arranged on the inner wall of the discharging pipe.
The invention is further improved in that: a plurality of water injection ports are arranged on the discharge pipe.
The invention is further improved in that: the bottom of the granulating pan is provided with three blades, and the end part of each blade is provided with an upwardly bent material pushing plate.
The invention is further improved in that: the material pushing plate comprises a first arc-shaped plate and a second arc-shaped plate, the first arc-shaped plate is arranged at the upper end of the paddle, the second arc-shaped plate is arranged at the upper end of the first arc-shaped plate, and the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are formed by bending.
The invention is further improved in that: 150mg of xylitol 130-alpha is also added in the step 3.
The invention is further improved in that: in the step 4, the dosage of the ethanol is 5 percent of the total dosage of the raw materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the raw materials contain acerola powder, citric acid and aspartame with sweet taste, so that the seabuckthorn tablet candy has sour, sweet and sweet mouthfeel, digestion can be helped by eating the seabuckthorn tablet candy after meals, seabuckthorn fruits contain rich natural vitamins required by human bodies, the content of vitamin C is far higher than that of kiwi fruits, and the content of vitamin E and vitamin P is also higher, so that the prepared tablet candy has sour and sweet mouthfeel and is beneficial to body health.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following further describes the technical solution of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention is a preparation method of a sea buckthorn tabletted candy, comprising the following steps:
1) weighing: the raw materials of each candy are weighed according to the following proportion, 150-250mg of seabuckthorn fruit powder, 8-12mg of acerola powder, 350mg of sorbitol 300-350mg, 210mg of lactose 180-containing powder, 50-70mg of citric acid, 35-50mg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.3-0.8mg of aspartame and 7-12mg of magnesium stearate;
2) sieving: sieving all the materials with a 40-mesh sieve and a 50-mesh sieve respectively, removing large particles, and reserving fine powder for later use;
3) premixing: adding the seabuckthorn fruit powder, the acerola powder, the sorbitol and the lactose into a wet granulator, and setting the mixing speed of 100-: 500-;
4) and (3) wet granulation: adding 70-95% ethanol into the premixed raw materials, granulating for 3-5min to obtain soft material, and wet grading; the ethanol dosage is 5 percent of the total raw material dosage;
