Description

False incoming call number identification method and device
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a false incoming call number identification method and device.
Background
Lawbreakers dial the telephone of public security bureaus, emergency treatment centers, governments or enterprises and public institutions through number-changing software, and the incidents of false misrepresentation and malicious harassment are endless, so that social resources such as police strength, medical treatment, public services and the like are wasted to a certain extent, users who really need the emergency cannot be rescued and serviced, and bad social influence is caused. If the enterprise and public institution can judge the authenticity of the incoming call number when receiving the incoming call, effective measures can be taken, and the occurrence of the events can be greatly reduced or even avoided.
In the prior art, the authenticity of an incoming call number is judged through a callback method, specifically, when the incoming call number is received, the incoming call number is acquired, the incoming call number is called back while ringing, and if the incoming call number is a call from a real user, a callback prompt tone is a busy tone; if the number is a telephone called by a lawbreaker through the number-changing software, the caller number is called back while ringing, the caller number is a false number, the number may be a blank number or may not exist, and if the caller number is a number which really exists, the call back tone is likely to be ringing or shut down. Therefore, whether the incoming call number is a false number can be judged to a certain extent by judging whether the callback prompt tone is a busy tone.
However, the practical situation is complicated, for example, if a real user calls and a terminal used by the real user happens to be in the process of switching between two cells, at this time, the callback incoming call number prompt tone may not be connected or not be in a bad area, but the call is determined as a false call by using the determination method in the prior art, so the determination method in the prior art is used for determination, and the accuracy is low. In addition, a certain time is required from the time when the incoming call number is acquired, the incoming call number is dialed back, and the call-back prompt tone is acquired finally, and the existing resources are consumed, so that the distinguishing efficiency is low, and the resources are wasted. In addition, if the incoming call number is a real number changed by the number changing software, normal users are disturbed, and meanwhile the working efficiency of staff of the enterprise and public institution is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a false caller id identification method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a false caller id identification method, where an execution subject of the false caller id identification method is a false caller id identification device (hereinafter referred to as an "identification device"), and the method includes:
step S101, sending a request routing information (SRI) request to a user Home Location Register (HLR) to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs;
step S102, obtaining the SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified, and analyzing the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified from the SRI message;
step S103, if the current state is judged and known to be other states except the state in the process of calling, determining that the incoming call number to be identified is a false incoming call number.
Specifically, when receiving an incoming call, the identification device obtains an incoming call number to be identified, and then sends a request Routing Information (SRI) request to a Home Location Register (HLR) to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs through a Signaling Transfer Point (STP).
STP is used as a bridge for transferring the identification device and the HLR and takes on the function of signaling forwarding.
The HLR is a network user data core database and stores basic information, routing information, security information and service subscription information of users.
After receiving the SRI request sent by the identification device, the HLR feeds back the SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified to the identification device.
The identification device acquires an SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified, and analyzes the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified from the SRI message, wherein the current state comprises the following steps: empty, idle, busy (on-call), shutdown, etc.
After the identification device analyzes the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified, if the current state is judged and known to be other states except the state in the call, such as blank number, idle state, shutdown and the like, the incoming call number to be identified is determined to be a false incoming call number.
And if the current state is busy (in the process of calling), determining that the incoming call number to be identified is the real incoming call number.
It should be noted that: the HLR described in the embodiments of the present invention may also be replaced with a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and the HSS is also a network subscriber data core database, stores basic information, routing information, security information, and service subscription information of a user, sends an SRI request to the HSS, and may also obtain an SRI message of a to-be-identified incoming call number.
The false incoming call number identification method provided by the embodiment of the invention directly sends the signaling SRI request to the HLR of the user home register, analyzes the SRI message to obtain the current state of the number to be identified, determines whether the number to be identified is the false number according to the current state, does not need to allocate session resources by a network, does not need to dial back, avoids disturbance to real users, saves resources and improves the identification efficiency.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, if it is determined that the current state is other than the state in which the call is currently being made, determining that the incoming call number to be identified is a false incoming call number specifically includes:
and if the current state is judged and known to be other than the state in the process of calling, and the user of the incoming call number to be identified does not open the voice service function or sets call forwarding, determining that the incoming call number to be identified is a false incoming call number.
Specifically, in order to avoid some special situations, which cause a false identification of number authenticity, and improve identification accuracy, in the process of judging and judging the number authenticity, the current state of a user of the incoming call number to be identified and a service function activated by the user of the incoming call number to be identified are considered at the same time, and the service function includes a voice service or call forwarding and the like.
For example, while sending the SRI request to the HLR to which the incoming call number to be recognized belongs, an Arbitrary Time Interaction (ATI) request is sent to the HLR to which the incoming call number to be recognized belongs.
After receiving the SRI request and ATI request sent by the identification device, the HLR feeds back the SRI message and ATI message of the incoming call number to be identified to the identification device.
The identification device acquires an SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified, and analyzes the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified from the SRI message, wherein the current state comprises the following steps: empty, idle, busy (on-call), shutdown, etc.
The identification device acquires an ATI message of the incoming call number to be identified, and analyzes a service function activated by a user of the incoming call number to be identified from the ATI message, wherein the service function comprises voice service or call forwarding and the like.
Then, the identification device carries out comprehensive analysis according to the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified and the service function opened by the user of the incoming call number to be identified, and if the current state is judged to be other than the state in the process of calling, and the user of the incoming call number to be identified does not open the voice service function or sets call forwarding, the incoming call number to be identified is determined to be a false incoming call number.
For another example, the identification device first sends an SRI request to the HLR to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs, and after receiving the SRI request sent by the identification device, the HLR feeds back the SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified to the identification device.
The identification device acquires an SRI message of the incoming call number to be identified, analyzes the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified from the SRI message, and determines that the incoming call number to be identified is a real incoming call number if the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified is busy (in a call) through judgment.
If the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified is other than the state in the call, then sending an ATI request to the HLR to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs, and after receiving the ATI request sent by the identification device, the HLR feeds back an ATI message of the incoming call number to be identified to the identification device.
After receiving ATI request sent by the identification device, HLR feeds ATI information of the incoming call number to be identified back to the identification device.
The identification device acquires an ATI message of the incoming call number to be identified and analyzes the service function started by the user of the incoming call number to be identified from the ATI message.
And then, carrying out comprehensive analysis according to the current state of the user of the incoming call number to be identified and the service function opened by the user of the incoming call number to be identified, and determining that the incoming call number to be identified is a false incoming call number if the current state is judged to be the state other than the state in the call and the user of the incoming call number to be identified does not open the voice service function or sets call forwarding.
And the comprehensive analysis is carried out by verifying the service function opened by the user of the incoming call number to be identified, so that the accuracy of number identification is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the sending a request routing information SRI request to a subscriber home location register HLR to which the to-be-identified incoming call number belongs specifically includes:
acquiring the incoming call number to be identified;
and sending an SRI request to the HLR to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs through a signaling transfer point STP.
Specifically, when receiving an incoming call, the identification device acquires an incoming call number to be identified, and then sends an SRI request to an HLR to which the incoming call number to be identified belongs through STP.
STP is used as a bridge for transferring the identification device and the HLR and takes on the function of signaling forwarding.
The signaling is transmitted through the STP, so that the transmission efficiency is improved, and the identification efficiency is further improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, after determining that the to-be-identified incoming call number is a false incoming call number if it is determined that the current state is a state other than the state in which the call is currently being made, the method further includes:
and intercepting the false incoming call number.
Specifically, after determining that the incoming call number to be identified is a false incoming call number, the identifying device performs a corresponding wind control measure, such as intercepting the false incoming call number, or tracking a user of the false incoming call number.
Fig. 2 is a schematic signaling interaction diagram of a false incoming call number identification method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a detailed description is given below of the false incoming call number identification method according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2 by using a specific example:
1. when receiving a call, the public security bureau/emergency center/enterprise seat initiates a number reliability verification request to the capability opening platform in an HTTP API interface calling mode, wherein the request carries the number of a calling party.
2. And the capability opening platform initiates a request to the identification device.
3. The identification device sends SRI request and ATI request to HLR of user's home through STP.
4. After the HLR processes, a response message is returned, wherein the SRI message carries the current state (vacant number, idle, busy, shutdown and the like) of the user, and the ATI message carries the number service attribute (whether a voice function exists or not and whether call is called or not) of the user.
5. The identification device analyzes the response message, filters the user state information and makes judgment processing.
6. And the identification device feeds back the number verification result to the capability platform.
7. And the capability platform feeds back the number verification result.
8. And the seat executes a corresponding strategy according to the number verification result, and executes a wind control strategy (for example, intercepting an incoming call) if the verification result is in an abnormal state such as non-busy or no voice service function.
