In order to solve the problem that a current network slice of a user terminal may face remapping based on unbalanced distribution of network slices among access network elements, an embodiment of the present invention provides a slice remapping scheme, where an access network element configures a slice supporting capability to support a slice and/or remap the slice to other slices according to information of the slice, a mapping policy of the slice, and a parameter required for slice mapping execution.
The mapping policy of the slice is a mapping relationship policy between slices, or the mapping policy of the slice specifies a default slice, or the mapping policy of the slice is a mapping relationship from APP (service) to the slice, and the mapping policy of the slice may also include a slice rejection policy.

13. The slice mapping remapping method of claim 12, wherein when said slice is not supported by said access network element and said access network element is not configured with a slice support capability corresponding to said slice, said mapping policy of said slice further comprises: the access network element temporarily configures slice support capability corresponding to the slice and/or remaps the slice to other slices;
and/or
When the slice is not supported by the access network element and the access network element does not support the resource of the slice, the mapping policy of the slice further includes: the access network element sets an address resolution protocol for the slice so that the slice can preempt resources and/or remap the slice to other slices, and the requirements of the other slices on the resources are lower than the requirements of the slice on the resources;
when the serving access network element does not configure the slice support capability, the slice mapping policy further includes: and the access network element temporarily configures the slice support capability corresponding to the slice.
14. The slice mapping remapping method of claim 5, wherein said traffic QoS parameter information or slice QoS information comprises traffic reliability parameter information and/or slice reliability information.
15. An access network element comprising a processor and a transceiver,
the transceiver is configured to receive slice mapping information and/or slice remapping information for a slice.
16. The access network element of claim 15, wherein the processor is configured to remap the slice to other slices.
17. The access network element of claim 15, wherein the slice mapping information comprises slice mapping policy information; the slice remapping information comprises slice remapping policy information.
18. The network element of claim 16, wherein the processor is specifically configured to perform slice remapping based on one or more of the following information: slice identification information, slice characteristic information, slice index information, and slice remapping strategy.
19. The network element of claim 18, wherein the slice identification information is network slice selection assistance information NSSAI; and/or
The slice characteristic information includes at least one of: service continuity information or slice continuity information, service QoS parameter information or slice QoS information; and/or
The slice index information is slice load information.
20. The access network element of claim 15, wherein the mapping policy for the slice is pre-configured in the access network element or received from another device;
the other device includes at least one of: user terminal, other access network elements, core network elements and network management.
21. The access network element of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to receive the sliced mapping policy via a PDU session management procedure, a user context management procedure, a user mobility procedure, a paging procedure, a non-access stratum, NAS, message transport procedure, an interface management procedure, a user capability management procedure, and/or a configuration transfer procedure.
22. The access network element of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to receive the mapping policy for the slice sent by the core network element via an interface setup response, an initial user context setup, a user context modification request, a handover request, a session setup request, a session modification request, a session setup notification, a session modification notification, a session setup indication, a session modification indication, a handover command, a path switch request acknowledgement PATH SWITH REQUEST NOWLGEMENT, a page, a downlink NAS transport, an interface setup response, a RAN configuration update acknowledgement, an AMF configuration update, and/or a user capability check response.
23. The access network element of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to receive the mapping policy of the slice sent by the other access network element via a handover request, an access network page, a user context extraction response, a secondary base station addition request, a secondary base station modification request, a secondary base station replacement acknowledgement, an interface establishment request, an interface establishment response, and/or an access network node update.
24. The network element of access network of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to receive the mapping policy of the slice sent by the user terminal through RRC signaling.
25. The network element of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to receive a mapping policy of a slice sent by a network manager through a network management configuration message.
26. The network element of claim 15, wherein the sliced mapping policy comprises:
remapping the slice to other slices, and/or rejecting the slice.
27. The network element of claim 26, wherein when the slice is not supported by the network element and the network element is not configured with a slice support capability corresponding to the slice, the mapping policy for the slice further comprises: the access network element temporarily configures slice support capability corresponding to the slice and/or remaps the slice to other slices;
and/or
When the slice is not supported by the access network element and the access network element does not support the resource of the slice, the mapping policy of the slice further includes: the access network element sets an address resolution protocol for the slice so that the slice can preempt resources and/or remap the slice to other slices, and the requirements of the other slices on the resources are lower than the requirements of the slice on the resources;
when the serving access network element does not configure the slice support capability, the slice mapping policy further includes: and the access network element temporarily configures the slice support capability corresponding to the slice.
28. The network element of claim 19, wherein the traffic QoS parameter information or the slice QoS information comprises traffic reliability parameter information and/or slice reliability information.
29. An access network element comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on said memory and executable on said processor; wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements the slice map remapping method of any one of claims 1-14.
30. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the slice map remapping method of any one of claims 1-14.
