A first end of the insert inserted into the insulated wiring housing supports the wire clamping portion, and a wire clamping opening communicating with the second insertion hole is formed between the wire clamping portion and the current collection bar. In the process of wiring, as shown in fig. 3, the conductive wire is inserted into the wire clamping opening through the second jack, then the first end of the insert can be pulled out from the first jack, and the support of the wire clamping part is cancelled at the first end of the insert, so that the conductive wire is clamped between the wire clamping part of the elastic wire pressing terminal 30 and the current collecting bar 20.
The housing may include a plurality of elongated, generally planar, spring terminals, and a plurality of terminals extending from the housing. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the determining portion 31 is closer to the second insertion hole than the wire clamping portion 32, and the wire clamping portion 32 bends and extends from the determining portion 31 toward the second insertion hole, so that the thickness space occupied by the elastic wire pressing terminal can be reduced, and the thickness of the insulated wire housing can be reduced. It is to be readily understood that the structural formation of the elastic wire crimping terminal is not limited thereto, and for example, the fixing portion includes a fixing plate on which the wire insertion hole is opened; the wire clamping portion comprises a wire clamping plate which extends outwards from the hole edge of the conductive wire jack.
The second end of the insertion piece can be exposed out of the first jack, the second end of the insertion piece is opposite to the first end of the insertion piece and can be used as a pulling-out operation end, and the insertion piece can be pulled out of the insulating wiring shell conveniently. The second end of the insert may also be positioned within the first receptacle and the insert may be pulled out of the insulated terminal housing by other external components.
In other embodiments, the insert comprises, in order in the direction from the first end of the insert to the second end of the insert: the first section of first support height supports the doubling portion, the second support height is less than first support height, the second end of plug-in components exposes in first jack, works as the second end of plug-in components inserts first jack, the second section supports the doubling portion. In the wiring:

The second length is less than the first length and wiring is achieved by pushing on the second end of the insert. Or the second length is greater than the first length, by pulling on the second end of the insert, wiring can be achieved.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, in the direction of the insertion direction of the first insertion hole 11, the orthographic projection of the first insertion hole 11 is staggered with the orthographic projection of the second insertion hole 12, so that the inserted conductive wire is prevented from interfering with the insertion piece, and the operation is convenient.
In some embodiments, the insert first end is clamped between the wire clamping portion and an inner wall of the insulated terminal housing. For example, without limitation, the first end of the insert may be clamped between the wire clamp and the current collector bar without a separate inner wall of the housing supporting the first end of the insert.
The shape of the insert can be polygonal, the shape of the first jack is polygonal matched with the insert, the stability of the rotation direction of the insert can be kept, the rotation of the insert in a transportation bumpy environment is avoided, and the insert is prevented from being separated from the wire clamping part. In order to further reduce the size of the plug-in type conductor wire binding clip, the plug-in piece is in a card shape, a first end of the card-shaped plug-in piece in the height direction is supported by the wire clamping part, and a second end of the card-shaped plug-in piece in the height direction is supported by the current collecting strip. Further, in order to maintain the stability of the card-shaped insert, the first insertion hole is shaped as a bar, and the side wall of the card-shaped insert is supported by the side wall of the bar-shaped first insertion hole.
The strip-shaped first jack may have a width of less than 1mm and a height of between 1.5 and 6mm, the card-shaped insert may have a width slightly less than the width of the first jack, and the card-shaped insert may have a height slightly less than the height of the first jack. Specifically, the width of the strip-shaped first jack can be less than 0.6mm and more than 0.2 mm; the height of the strip-shaped first plug hole can be between 2 and 4 mm.
When the elastic wire pressing terminals are multiple, the first jacks and the second jacks can be multiple, the multiple first jacks are inserted into the multiple insertion pieces one by one, and the wire clamping parts support the multiple elastic wire pressing terminals one by one. The plurality of insertion pieces can be of split structures and can also be of integral structures, and the insertion pieces are controlled at one time, so that the clamping of the plurality of conductive wires can be completed.
