本发明公开了一种防水型太阳能路灯,包括立柱,立柱的顶部两侧分别设有路灯和太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板和路灯的电池箱相连接,其还包括托架、透明罩板、雨刮器和光能转化率控制器,托架固定在立柱上,太阳能电池板安装在托架上,透明罩板通过多个支撑块固定在太阳能电池板的上方,且完全覆盖太阳能电池板,以及雨刮器设置在透明罩板的上表面,光能转化率控制器安装在太阳能电池板的背面,其中,光能转化率控制器和雨刮器相连接。本发明避免了雨点的冲击,并且当光能转化低于设置值时,光能转化率控制器控制雨刮器对透明罩板的表面进行清洗,从保证了太阳能电池板的高效作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水型太阳能路灯。
背景技术
现有的太阳能路灯,主要是在路灯上增加一个太阳能电池板,并结合控制器、蓄电池等设备有效地保证了路灯晚上的正常供电。但是,现有的太阳能电池板一般是直接裸露在空气中的,当遇到下雨等潮湿的天气状况下,太阳能电池板容易因雨点的冲击而损坏,并且也容易发生漏电现象。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术中所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种防水、防冲击且光能转化率高的防水型太阳能路灯。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明提供的防水型太阳能路灯,包括立柱,所述立柱的顶部两侧分别设有路灯和太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板和所述路灯的电池箱相连接,其还包括托架、透明罩板、雨刮器和光能转化率控制器,所述托架固定在所述立柱上,所述太阳能电池板安装在所述托架上,所述透明罩板通过多个支撑块固定在所述太阳能电池板的上方,且完全覆盖所述太阳能电池板,以及所述雨刮器设置在所述透明罩板的上表面,所述光能转化率控制器安装在所述太阳能电池板的背面,其中,所述光能转化率控制器和所述雨刮器相连接。
进一步地,所述透明罩板的四周还设有向下延伸的侧边,所述侧边的最低点高度低于所述太阳能电池板最低点的高度。
进一步地,多个所述支撑块均布在所述太阳能电池板的四个边角处。
进一步地,所述支撑块与所述透明罩板可拆卸式连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过在太阳能电池板的上方设置透明罩板,使太阳能电池板在不影响采光效率的前提下,避免了雨点的冲击,并且通过透明罩板的上表面设置雨刮器,当光能转化低于设置值时,光能转化率控制器控制雨刮器对透明罩板的表面进行清洗,从保证了太阳能电池板的高效作业。

参阅图1所示,本发明的防水型太阳能路灯,包括立柱1,立柱1的顶部两侧分别设有路灯2和太阳能电池板3,太阳能电池板3和路灯2的电池箱4相连接,其还包括托架5、透明罩板6、雨刮器7和光能转化率控制器8,托架5固定在立柱1上,太阳能电池板3安装在托架5上,透明罩板6通过多个支撑块9固定在太阳能电池板3的上方,且完全覆盖太阳能电池板3,以及雨刮器7设置在透明罩板6的上表面,光能转化率控制器8安装在太阳能电池板3的背面,其中,光能转化率控制器8和雨刮器7相连接。本发明通过在太阳能电池板3的上方设置透明罩板6,使太阳能电池板3在不影响采光效率的前提下,避免了雨点的冲击,并且通过透明罩板6的上表面设置雨刮器7,当光能转化低于设置值时,光能转化率控制器8控制雨刮器7对透明罩板6的表面进行清洗,从保证了太阳能电池板3的高效作业。
具体的,为了保护整个太阳能电池板3,透明罩板6的四周还设有向下延伸的侧边10,侧边10的最低点高度低于太阳能电池板3最低点的高度。较佳的,为了使支撑结构更加稳定,多个支撑块9均布在太阳能电池板3的四个边角处。同时,为了方便拆卸和安装,支撑块9与透明罩板6可拆卸式连接。

1.一种防水型太阳能路灯,包括立柱(1),所述立柱(1)的顶部两侧分别设有路灯(2)和太阳能电池板(3),所述太阳能电池板(3)和所述路灯(2)的电池箱(4)相连接,其特征在于:还包括托架(5)、透明罩板(6)、雨刮器(7)和光能转化率控制器(8),所述托架(5)固定在所述立柱(1)上,所述太阳能电池板(3)安装在所述托架(5)上,所述透明罩板(6)通过多个支撑块(9)固定在所述太阳能电池板(3)的上方,且完全覆盖所述太阳能电池板(3),以及所述雨刮器(7)设置在所述透明罩板(6)的上表面,所述光能转化率控制器(8)安装在所述太阳能电池板(3)的背面,其中,所述光能转化率控制器(8)和所述雨刮器(7)相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水型太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述透明罩板(6)的四周还设有向下延伸的侧边(10),所述侧边(10)的最低点高度低于所述太阳能电池板(3)最低点的高度。
3.如权利要求2所述的防水型太阳能路灯,其特征在于:多个所述支撑块(9)均布在所述太阳能电池板(3)的四个边角处。
4.如权利要求3所述的防水型太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述支撑块(9)与所述透明罩板(6)可拆卸式连接。
