Abstract
The automatic material lifting system for construction is applied to a construction site and used for short-distance vertical lifting of scattered materials on the construction site. The system consists of a lifting system and a material carrying system, wherein a material container, a climbing frame lantern ring, an anti-bottom-touching device, a manual wire switch, a power supply, an anti-bottom-touching limiter, a driving motor, a speed reducer, a driving gear, a lifting system frame body, trundles, climbing teeth and a toothless safety joint are arranged in the lifting system. Through the system, the automatic material lifting system for construction is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and beneficial to long-term use.

The bottom surface of the material container is provided with a bottom-contact prevention limiting stopper, and the signal output end of the bottom-contact prevention limiting stopper is connected with a power supply of the driving motor.
And a manual wire switch is arranged on a power supply wire of the driving motor.
The lifting system frame body is integrally an L-shaped frame body, the top end of the vertical side of the lifting system frame body is higher than the top end of the climbing teeth, and the part, without the climbing teeth, of the upper part of the lifting system frame body is a toothless safety joint.
The top end of the climbing tooth is provided with a gear limiting piece.
The bottom of the lifting system frame body is provided with a caster wheel.
The number of the climbing frame sleeves is more than or equal to two, and the climbing frame sleeves are uniformly connected to the side surface of the material container.

The lifting system comprises a lifting system frame body 2-1, the lifting system frame body 2-1 is an L-shaped frame body as a whole, climbing teeth 2-3 are arranged on the inner side of the vertical surface of the lifting system frame body 2-1, and gear limiting pieces 2-5 are arranged at the top ends of the climbing teeth 2-3. The top end of the vertical side of the lifting system frame body 2-1 is higher than the top ends of the climbing teeth 2-3, and the part of the upper part of the lifting system frame body 2-1 without the climbing teeth 2-3 is a toothless safety joint 2-4. The bottom of the lifting system frame body 2-1 is provided with a caster 2-2.
The material carrying system comprises a material container 1-1 arranged on a transverse base of a lifting system frame body 2-1. A climbing frame lantern ring 1-2 is arranged on the side surface of the material container 1-1, and the climbing frame lantern ring 1-2 is sleeved outside the climbing teeth 2-3; preferably, the climbing frame lantern rings 1-2 are more than or equal to two and are connected with the material container 1-1 in a welding or riveting mode. The bottom surface of the material container 1-1 is provided with a driving motor 1-7, the power output end of the driving motor 1-7 is connected with the axle center of a driving gear 1-9 through a speed reducer 1-8, and the outer teeth of the driving gear 1-9 are meshed with climbing teeth 2-3. When the climbing device is used, the driving motor 1-7 drives the driving gear 1-9 to rotate, so that the material container 1-1 rises or falls along the direction of the climbing teeth 2-3.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the material container 1-1 is provided with a bottom contact prevention device 1-3, and the bottom contact prevention device 1-3 can be a vertically arranged baffle plate, and the height of the baffle plate is greater than the height of the driving motor 1-7, the speed reducer 1-8 and the driving gear 1-9. When the material container 1-1 runs downwards, the bottom-contact preventing device 1-3 limits the lowest height of the material container 1-1 and avoids damage to equipment below the material container 1-1.
The bottom surface of the material container 1-1 is provided with a bottom-contact prevention limiter 1-6, and the signal output end of the bottom-contact prevention limiter 1-6 is connected with a power supply 1-5 of a driving motor 1-7. When the material container 1-1 moves downwards to the limit position, the power supply of the driving motor 1-7 is cut off through the anti-bottom-touch limiting stopper 1-6.
And a wire manual switch 1-4 is arranged on a power supply wire of the driving motor 1-7, a signal output end of the bottom-touch prevention limiter 1-6 is connected with the wire manual switch 1-4, and the motor is controlled to operate by the wire manual switch 1-4.
