Abstract
The invention relates to an actuating device capable of controlling the opening and closing of a clamp, which comprises a base, a driving mechanism, a supporting arm and a moving assembly, wherein the driving mechanism is arranged on the base and comprises a driver and a shaft rod driven by the driver; the supporting arm is fixed on the base and extends towards the direction far away from the base, and a guide groove is formed in the supporting arm; the moving assembly comprises a seat body connected with the shaft lever and a rod body connected with the seat body and capable of sliding in the guide groove, and the seat body is provided with a pair of opening and closing members which are staggered up and down. Therefore, the shaft lever can be effectively prevented from deforming, and the clamp can be opened and closed in a staggered mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a circuit board conveying and processing equipment technology, in particular to an actuating device capable of controlling the opening and closing of a clamp.
Background
At present, in a conventional processing and conveying apparatus for etching, cleaning, and the like of a vertical circuit board, a circuit board to be processed is usually held by a clamp and vertically suspended, so as to facilitate conveying the suspended circuit board toward a preset conveying path, and then the circuit board is subjected to processing operations such as etching, cleaning, and the like while passing through the conveying path.
However, in the existing vertical processing and conveying equipment, the actuating device for opening and closing the clamp is mostly arranged as far away from the circuit board as possible in order to improve the manufacturing yield of the finished product and reduce the interference of the actuating device to the circuit board in the processing process. Therefore, the member for opening and closing the clamp is deformed or shaken due to too large load, and the stability of opening and closing the clamp is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an actuating device capable of controlling the opening and closing of a clamp, which not only can effectively prevent the deformation of a shaft rod, but also can realize the effect of alternately opening and closing the clamp through the arrangement of all components.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an actuating device capable of controlling opening and closing of a clamp, comprising a base, a driving mechanism, a supporting arm and a moving assembly, wherein the driving mechanism is mounted on the base and comprises a driver and a shaft driven by the driver to move; the supporting arm is fixed on the base and extends towards the direction far away from the base, and a guiding groove is formed in the supporting arm; the moving assembly comprises a base body connected with the shaft rod and a rod body connected with the base body and capable of sliding in the guide groove, and the base body is provided with a pair of opening and closing members which are staggered up and down.
Each opening and closing member comprises a fork-shaped rod, each fork-shaped rod is provided with a fork part and a rod part extending from the fork part, the base body is provided with a through hole, and the rod part can be movably inserted corresponding to the through hole.
Each opening and closing member further comprises an elastic body which is sleeved on the rod part and elastically clamped between the fork part and the seat body.
Wherein, each opening and closing member further comprises a roller, and the roller is arranged on the fork part.
The support arm includes a first arm and a second arm connected to the first arm, the guide slot is opened in the second arm, and the seat is formed inside the second arm.
The base comprises a front plate and a rear plate overlapped with the front plate, and the rear plate is provided with a through hole for the first supporting arm to penetrate through.
Wherein, the axis of the rod body is vertical to the axis of the shaft lever.
Wherein, the driver is fixed on the base through a frame body and is connected with the shaft rod through an eccentric wheel and a connecting rod.
One end of the shaft lever is supported on the base through a shaft sleeve, the other end of the shaft lever extends in the direction far away from the base, and a telescopic sleeve is sleeved on the shaft lever on the inner side of the base.
The base is a rectangular block, and a through hole is respectively arranged at the four corners of the rectangular block.
The present invention also has the effect of reducing the problem of operation delay caused by frictional resistance by the rolling contact with the roller and the jig. The fork-shaped rod and the through hole of the seat body are movably connected in a penetrating way, and the elastic body is elastically clamped between the fork part and the seat body, so that the problem of overpressure of the opening and closing component on the clamp can be avoided. By arranging the through holes at the corners of the seat bodies, the common characteristic of the seat bodies can be achieved so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an actuating device for opening and closing a clamp, where the actuating device 1 mainly includes a base 10, a driving mechanism 20, a supporting arm 30 and a moving assembly 40.
The base 10 of the present embodiment mainly includes a front plate 11 and a rear plate 12, the front plate 11 is overlapped on the front side of the rear plate 12, and a through hole 121 is opened on the rear plate 12.
The driving mechanism 20 is mounted on the base 10 and mainly includes a driver 21 and a shaft 22, the driver 21 of the embodiment is an electric motor, but not limited to this type, it can also be a pneumatic cylinder, an oil hydraulic cylinder or an electric cylinder, the driver 21 is fixed on the front plate 11 of the base 10 by a frame 23 and is connected with one end of the shaft 22 by an eccentric wheel 24 and a connecting rod 25, so that the shaft 22 can move after being driven by the driver 21, the shaft 22 is supported at the center of the front plate 11 by a shaft sleeve 26, and the other end of the shaft 22 extends in a direction away from the front plate 11, and a telescopic sleeve 27 is sleeved on the shaft 22 inside the front plate 11.
The supporting arm 30 of the present embodiment includes a first arm 31 and a second arm 32, the first arm 31 is fastened to the inner side of the front plate 11 of the base 10 by a screw fastener such as a bolt, and extends in a direction away from the base 10 through the through hole 121 of the back plate 12, and the telescopic sleeve 27 and a portion of the shaft 22 are formed inside the first arm 31. The second arm 32 is also fastened to the end surface of the first arm 31 by a screw member such as a bolt, and a guiding groove 321 is formed in the second arm 32 away from the first arm 31, and another portion of the shaft 22 extends inside the second arm 32.
The moving assembly 40 includes a base 41, a rod 42 and a pair of opening and closing members 43, 44, the base 41 is a rectangular block, but not limited to this shape, the base 41 is connected to the end of the shaft 22 and formed inside the second arm 32, the rod 42 is connected to the base 41 and formed on both sides of the base 41, the axial line of the rod 42 is perpendicular to the axial line of the shaft 22, the portion of the rod 42 penetrating through the base 41 enters the guiding slot 321, and the rod 42 can slide in the guiding slot 321 along with the movement of the base 41.
Further, a through hole 411 is formed at each of four corners of the base 41, wherein one of the opening and closing members 43 is installed in the through hole 411 at the upper right for opening the clamp 8, the other opening and closing member 44 is installed in the through hole 411 at the lower left for closing the clamp 8, and the opening and closing members 43 and the opening and closing members 44 are arranged in a vertically offset manner. Wherein the open/close member 43 mainly comprises a fork rod 431, an elastic body 432 and a roller 433, the fork rod 431 has a fork part 4311 and a rod part 4312, the rod part 4312 is movably inserted corresponding to the through hole 411, that is, the rod part 4312 can slide in the through hole 411; the elastic body 432 is sleeved on the rod 4312 and elastically clamped between the fork 4311 and the base 41, and the roller 433 is installed on the fork 4311. Similarly, the opening and closing member 44 has the detailed structure and characteristics of the opening and closing member 43.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the actuating device 1 for controlling the opening and closing of the clamps according to the present invention is applicable to a conveying and processing device 6, the conveying and processing device 6 is used for continuously processing a circuit board 7, and mainly includes a conveyor belt 61, a bracket 62, a carrier plate 63 and other related devices and mechanisms, wherein the upper and lower sides of the circuit board 7 are respectively clamped and fixed by a plurality of clamps 8, the actuating device 1 according to the present invention is installed in pairs corresponding to the positions of the clamps 8, and the upper and lower portions of each clamp 8 are respectively provided with a magnetic body 81.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7, in use, when the carrier tray 63 drives the circuit board 7 to travel along the conveying path of the conveyor belt 61, when the clamps 8 reach the position of the actuators 1, a signal is sent to the drive mechanism 20 by a controller (not shown), which rotates the eccentric 24 by means of the drive 21, which causes the connecting rod 25 and the shaft 22 to follow, meanwhile, the base body 41 is guided by the guiding groove 321 through the rod body 42, and moves forward or backward in a stable moving manner, after each seat body 41 moves towards the clamp 8, each opening and closing member 43 is simultaneously moved together, and the upper part of the clamp 8 is in rolling contact with each roller 433, so that the clamp 8 is attracted by the magnetism of each magnetic body 81, the lower part of the clamp 8 opens towards the two end faces of the circuit board 7, thus being beneficial to etching or cleaning the circuit board 7; further, when the clamp 8 continues to move forward to the position of each opening and closing member 44, each roller of the opening and closing member 44 is in rolling contact with the lower portion of the clamp 8, so that the clamp 8 is magnetically attracted by each magnetic body 81 thereof, and the lower portion of the clamp 8 is closed toward both end surfaces of the circuit board 7.

Claims (10)
1. An actuating device capable of controlling opening and closing of a clamp is characterized by comprising:
a base;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the base and comprises a driver and a shaft rod driven by the driver to move;
a supporting arm fixed on the base and extending towards the direction far away from the base, wherein the supporting arm is provided with a guiding groove; and
and the moving assembly comprises a base body connected with the shaft lever and a rod body connected with the base body and capable of sliding in the guide groove, and the base body is provided with a pair of opening and closing members which are staggered up and down.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the opening and closing members comprises a fork-shaped rod having a fork portion and a rod portion extending from the fork portion, the base body defines a through hole, and the rod portion is movably inserted into and connected to the through hole.
3. The device as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the opening and closing members further comprises an elastic body, the elastic body is sleeved on the rod and elastically clamped between the fork and the seat.
4. The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the opening and closing members further comprises a roller mounted to the fork.
5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support arm includes a first arm and a second arm connected to the first arm, the guide slot is formed in the second arm, and the seat is formed inside the second arm.
6. The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the base comprises a front plate and a rear plate overlapping the front plate, the rear plate defining a through hole for the first arm to pass through.
7. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the axis of the rod is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft.
8. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driver is fixed to the base by a frame and is connected to the shaft by an eccentric and a connecting rod.
9. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the shaft is supported by the base through a sleeve, and the other end of the shaft extends away from the base, and a telescopic sleeve is sleeved on the shaft inside the base.
10. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is a rectangular block, and a through hole is formed at each of four corners of the rectangular block.
