The invention relates to a grooving machine which is provided with a base and a grooving mechanism arranged on the base, wherein the grooving mechanism comprises a driving roller, a fixing unit and a cutter, the driving roller and the fixing unit are arranged above the base in parallel through a fixing support, the cutter is arranged below the fixing unit through a pressing device, and the cutter head of the cutter is in point contact with a plate on the driving roller. The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a grooving machine and a long-stroke grooving production line, wherein the grooving length is not limited by the length of a processing platform, the production cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

(3) According to the invention, the cutter is clamped in the accommodating groove, so that the phenomenon that the cutter slips in the machining process due to direct fixation of the cutter can be avoided. In addition, the inner rings of the opposite surfaces of the two bearings extend to form a boss, and the side wall of the boss is provided with an accommodating groove, so that the abrasion of the outer circumferential surface of the pressing device on the side wall of the cutter in the rolling process can be avoided.
