Abstract

(4) drying the solid part in the step (3) in a microwave dryer, condensing the dried gas, treating the condensed gas as tail gas, refluxing the condensed liquid to a liquid storage tank for storage, and directly selling the dried solid as a fertilizer or burning the dried solid;
(5) conveying the liquid stored in the liquid storage tank in the step (3) to a fermentation tank for anaerobic fermentation;
(6) collecting the gas generated by fermentation in the step (5), and fermenting the liquid to achieve the standard discharge of discharging the urban sewage into a drainage pipe network;
(7) introducing the gas generated in the step (6) into a gas collecting system and connecting the gas collecting system with a generator;
(8) connecting the generator in the step (7) with the power consumption equipment of the whole kitchen waste treatment system to provide electric energy, and providing redundant electric energy to the outside;
(9) the waste gas of the whole system is treated by the deodorization system and then discharged.
Further, the kitchen waste in the step (1) is stacked by kitchen waste transported from various places and is conveyed to the feed hopper by an automatic conveying device.
Further, the automatic conveying device comprises an automatic feeding device and a conveying device.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a kitchen waste treatment system, which is further explained with reference to the attached drawings and the detailed description.
The kitchen waste treatment system of the embodiment comprises the following specific steps:
1) pouring kitchen waste collected from various places into a kitchen waste collecting pool, putting the kitchen waste into a conveyor belt on a conveying device through an automatic feeding device, and conveying the kitchen waste into a feeding hopper for pretreatment;
2) the feed hopper is connected with the conveying device, the kitchen waste is conveyed into the sorting machine, and sundries in the kitchen waste are sorted out, wherein the sundries comprise plastics, metals, ceramics, bones, wooden products and the like;
3) the sorted kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation through a dehydrator, in order to improve the efficiency of the whole system for treating the kitchen waste, the kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment, a solid part is sent to a crusher, and a liquid part enters a liquid storage tank;
4) the kitchen waste is crushed by a crusher and then enters a filter press for filter pressing treatment, so that the kitchen waste is further subjected to solid-liquid separation, the liquid after filter pressing is sent to a liquid storage tank, and the water content of a solid part can be reduced to 40-60%;
5) microwave drying the solid part in the step 4) to enable the water content of the solid to be 20%, enabling the liquid after the evaporation gas is condensed to flow back to a liquid storage pool, and introducing the gas into a deodorization system;
6) after the solid after microwave drying reaches low water content, selling the kitchen waste as a fertilizer or burning the kitchen waste to reduce the quantity;
7) after inoculation, pumping the liquid in the liquid storage tank into a fermentation tank through a liquid pump for anaerobic fermentation for 12 h-2 d;
8) the liquid produced in the fermentation process is collected by a gas collecting system, and the fermented liquid can reach the standard discharge of urban sewage into a drainage pipe network;
9) because the gas contains a certain amount of sulfur-containing substances and moisture, the gas is stored after being subjected to fine desulfurization, drying and purification;
10) the stored gas part generates electricity through a methane generator, the generated electric energy provides electricity for the whole kitchen waste treatment system, and the redundant electric energy is provided for the outside;
11) the kitchen waste is strong in taste, so that the whole treatment system is in a closed space, and negative pressure air extraction is carried out, the air is extracted, enters an ozone generator and is purified by ultraviolet light, and then is introduced into a gas washing tower to be washed to be qualified and then is discharged.
Through the steps, the reduction and harmless treatment of the kitchen waste can be effectively realized, and the kitchen waste is prevented from accumulating to pollute the environment and influence the ecology.
Claims (9)
1. The kitchen waste treatment system is characterized by comprising a kitchen waste collection system, a pretreatment system, a fermentation tank, a filter press system, a liquid storage tank, a microwave drying system, a gas collection system, a generator and a deodorization system, and comprises the following steps:
(1) conveying the collected kitchen waste to pretreatment through a conveying device;
(2) sorting, dehydrating and crushing the kitchen waste after pretreatment;
(3) sending the pretreated solid part into a filter press for filter pressing, dividing the pretreated solid part into a solid part and a liquid part, and storing the liquid part into a liquid storage tank;
(4) drying the solid part in the step (3) in a microwave dryer, condensing the dried gas, and then introducing the condensed gas into a deodorization system, wherein the condensed liquid flows back to a liquid storage tank for storage, and the dried solid can be sold as a fertilizer or incinerated;
(5) conveying the liquid stored in the liquid storage tank in the step (3) to a fermentation tank for anaerobic fermentation;
(6) collecting the gas generated by fermentation in the step (5), and fermenting the liquid to achieve the standard discharge of discharging the urban sewage into a drainage pipe network;
(7) introducing the gas generated in the step (6) into a gas collecting system and connecting the gas collecting system with a generator;
(8) connecting the generator in the step (7) with the power consumption equipment of the whole kitchen waste treatment system to provide electric energy, and providing redundant electric energy to the outside;
(9) the waste gas of the whole system is treated by the deodorization system and then discharged.
2. The kitchen waste treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor in step (1) is an automatic conveyor, and is composed of an automatic feeding device and a conveying device.
