The invention adopts the gloss oil and the primer of specific types to spray the gloss oil and the primer in a cold mode, controls the spraying amount and the drying temperature of cold spraying, and then sprays the finish paint by hand, so that the prepared paint-spraying pull head has higher washing fastness and surface smoothness. The experimental results show that: the QB/T2172 and 2014 standard is adopted for detection, so that the water-washing appearance of the painting pull head is qualified, and the surface smoothness is good; the washing strength reaches 4 grades, and the product is qualified.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a painting pull head comprises the following steps:
cold spraying gloss oil on the deoiled zinc alloy pull head to be painted, preheating for the first time, cold spraying primer after drying for the first time, preheating for the second time, spraying finish paint by hand after drying for the second time, preheating for the third time, and drying for the third time to obtain the paint spraying pull head;
the gloss oil is selected from acrylic resin gloss oil, epoxy resin gloss oil, nitro resin gloss oil or polyurethane resin gloss oil; the primer is selected from acrylic resin colored paint, epoxy resin colored paint, nitro resin colored paint or polyurethane resin colored paint;
the spraying amount of the cold spraying gloss oil and the spraying amount of the primer are both 20-50 cc/min; the temperature of the first drying and the second drying is 130-180 ℃.
2. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the gloss oil adopted by the cold spray gloss oil is measured in a No. 1 cup viscosity of a rock field for 7-15 s.
3. The preparation method of the paint, wherein the rotating speeds of the cold spraying gloss oil and the cold spraying primer are both 25-40 rpm, and the coating time is 40-70 s; the temperature of the first preheating is 80-100 ℃, and the temperature of the second preheating is 80-110 ℃.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic gloss oil is EU type; the type of the acrylic resin colored paint is selected from WJ EU-540.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the cold gloss oil and the primer are sprayed at 35cc/min and the primary drying temperature and the secondary drying temperature are 160 ℃.
6. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein the rotation speed of the cold spraying gloss oil and the cold spraying primer is 30 rpm; the coating time is 50 s; the temperature of the first preheating and the second preheating is 90 ℃.
7. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the cold-spraying varnish is 2 to 10 μm; the thickness of the cold spraying primer is 15-30 mu m.
8. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the time for the first drying is 16-17 min; the time for the second drying is 16-17 min; the time for the third drying is 30-60 min.
9. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the spraying amount of the hand-spraying finish paint is 20-50 cc/min, the temperature of the third preheating is 65-75 ℃, and the temperature of the third drying is 120-135 ℃.
10. A paint-spraying slider produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
