4) feeding the cut left back sleeve plate and the cut right back sleeve plate into a sleeve plate conveying mechanism, respectively sucking the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate through a sucking disc, feeding the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate into a garment back plate integration station, and welding and connecting the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate with two sides of the garment back plate to obtain a lower garment body;
5) and (3) feeding the upper garment body obtained in the step 2) and the lower garment body obtained in the step 4) into a final assembly station, and assembling the upper garment body and the lower garment body through a profiling welding table 101 and a profiling welding head 100 to finally obtain the disposable non-woven fabric garment.
The front cap piece is welded at the collar of the upper garment body in the garment chest piece integration station; and the collar of the lower clothes body in the clothes back and chest piece integrating station is welded with the rear cap piece, and the front cap piece and the rear cap piece are welded in the final assembly station.
The third embodiment is as follows:
the production line production system of the non-woven fabric clothes is adopted to manufacture plastic raincoats, winddresses and the like. The difference from the second embodiment is that the welding head or welding table, the profiling welding table or profiling welding head adopt an electric heat sealing mode.
The fourth embodiment:
the disposable non-woven fabric clothes (no trousers, no hat operating coat) are made. The difference from the second embodiment is that the central line of the clothes chest piece suction cup or the clothes back piece suction cup 15 is not provided with a trouser leg slit, and other structures and manufacturing processes are the same. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the heat-sealed trousers-leg-free garment manufactured according to the embodiment comprises a chest piece 500, a back piece 600, a front sleeve piece 300 and a back sleeve piece 400, wherein a placket 1000 is arranged in the middle of the chest piece or the back piece, and a zipper or a nylon fastener tape or button 700 is arranged at the placket 1000. A rubber band 800 is welded on the back piece 600 near the waist. The left side and the right side of the chest piece 500 are welded with the tail ends of the two front sleeve pieces to form an upper garment body 111 (front garment body), the left side and the right side of the back piece 600 are welded with the tail ends of the two back sleeve pieces to form a lower garment body 200 (back garment body), and rubber bands 900 are thermally sealed at the cuffs of the front ends of either one or both of the front sleeve pieces 300 and the back sleeve pieces 400. The edge of the upper clothes body 111 is welded with the edge of the lower clothes body 200.
It is obvious to the person skilled in the art that the invention is not restricted to the details of the above-described exemplary embodiments, such as "the lifting bar and the lifting frame differ only in the way of a literal expression, but the lifting bar and the lifting frame are identical in essential means, functional effects". The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. The production line system of the non-woven fabric clothes is characterized by comprising a sucker and a conveying line, wherein the sucker is arranged on a conveying line track to run, and a clothes chest piece integration station or a clothes back piece integration station is sequentially arranged above or below the conveying line track; and a welding head or a welding table for welding the sleeve piece and the clothes chest piece or the clothes back piece is arranged in the clothes chest piece integration station or the clothes back piece integration station.
2. The on-line production system of non-woven fabric clothes of claim 1, wherein the integrated breast-piece station is respectively connected with the breast-piece conveying mechanism and the sleeve conveying mechanism.
3. The on-line production system of non-woven fabric clothes of claim 1, wherein the garment back sheet integration station is respectively butted with the garment back sheet conveying mechanism and the sleeve sheet conveying mechanism.
4. The assembly line production system of non-woven fabric clothes according to claim 1, wherein a final assembly station is further arranged below or above the suction cup track, and a profiling welding table or a profiling welding head is arranged at the periphery of the suction cup in the final assembly station.
5. The non-woven fabric clothes assembly line production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suction cup top is provided with an exhaust fan, the suction cup bottom is provided with a mesh enclosure, the suction cup top is connected with a lifting device, the lifting device is slidably arranged on the conveyor line track, and the suction cup lifting device is a lifting rod or a lifting frame.
6. The non-woven fabric clothes assembly line production system according to claim 1, wherein the clothes chest piece conveying mechanism or the clothes back piece conveying mechanism or the sleeve piece conveying mechanism comprises a guide rail and a clothes body cutting clamp, a slide block is arranged on the guide rail, and the clothes body cutting clamp is arranged on the slide block.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the mesh enclosure is configured as a mesh having a plurality of apertures or a plate having a plurality of apertures.
8. A manufacturing process of non-woven fabric clothes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) sending the cut chest pieces into a chest piece conveying mechanism, sucking the chest pieces conveyed by the chest piece conveying mechanism by a sucking disc, and sucking the chest pieces to be sent into a chest piece integration station;
(2) sending the cut left front sleeve and right front sleeve into a sleeve conveying mechanism, sucking the left front sleeve and right front sleeve conveyed by the sleeve conveying mechanism by a sucking disc, sending the left front sleeve and right front sleeve into a clothes chest piece integrating station, and welding and connecting the left front sleeve and right front sleeve with the clothes chest piece to obtain an upper clothes body;
(3) feeding the cut back pieces of the clothes into a back piece conveying mechanism, sucking the back pieces of the clothes conveyed by the back piece conveying mechanism by a sucking disc, and sucking the back pieces of the clothes to be fed into a back piece integrating station;
(4) feeding the cut left back sleeve plate and the cut right back sleeve plate into a sleeve plate conveying mechanism, respectively sucking the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate through a sucking disc, feeding the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate into a garment back plate integration station, and welding and connecting the left back sleeve plate and the right back sleeve plate with the garment back plate to obtain a lower garment body;
(5) and (3) feeding the upper garment body obtained in the step 2) and the lower garment body obtained in the step 4) into a final assembly station, and assembling the upper garment body and the lower garment body through a profiling welding table and a profiling welding head to finally obtain the disposable non-woven fabric or plastic garment.
9. The process for making a non-woven fabric garment according to claim 8, wherein a front cap piece is welded at a collar of a jacket body in the chest piece integrating station; and the collar of the lower clothes body in the clothes back and chest piece integrating station is welded with the rear cap piece, and the front cap piece and the rear cap piece are welded in the final assembly station.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the system is used for producing plastic clothes.
