In one possible example, in determining the at least one reference reservation period, the instructions in the program are specifically configured to: determining the number of the reserved downloading messages which are received currently; and determining a queuing number of the reserved downloading message, and determining at least one reference reserved time period of the reserved downloading message according to the queuing number.
In one possible example, the mobile terminal includes a first priority and a second priority, the first priority being higher than the second priority; in the above-described determining at least one reference reservation period, the instructions in the above-described program are specifically configured to perform the following operations: acquiring at least one application resource with the matching degree larger than a preset matching degree; and determining a target developer with the highest repeatability in the developers of the at least one application resource.
In one possible example, in the aspect of generating the application resource pushing sequence according to the target developer, the instructions in the program are specifically configured to perform the following operations: when detecting that the mobile terminal is in a first priority level, determining a first reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages; or, when detecting that the mobile terminal is of a second priority, determining a second reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages, wherein the first reference reservation time period is before the second reference reservation time period.
In one possible example, in determining the at least one reference reservation period, the program further includes instructions for: determining the model of the mobile terminal, and determining the priority of the mobile terminal according to the model of the mobile terminal; and determining at least one reference reservation time period corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the priority.
In one possible example, the program further includes instructions for: acquiring a search record of the mobile terminal, and determining a target application resource according to the search record; and when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf, pushing a notification message to the mobile terminal.
In accordance with the embodiments shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, and fig. 4A, please refer to fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the mobile terminal runs one or more application programs and an operating system, and as shown in the figure, the mobile terminal includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are different from the one or more application programs, and the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and the programs include instructions for performing the following steps;
sending a reservation downloading message to the server;
receiving at least one reference reservation time period from the server and selecting one reference reservation time period;
sending a confirmation message to the server, the confirmation message including the selected reference reservation period;
and receiving the target application resource pushed by the server in the selected reference reservation time period and downloading the target application.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, an application server first receives a reservation download message from a mobile terminal, where the reservation download message is used to request to download a target application resource to be shelved, then determines at least one reference reservation period, where the number of reservation download messages for the target application program in each reference preset period is less than a preset number, and then sends the at least one reference reservation period, and then receives a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, where the confirmation message includes a selected reference reservation period, and finally pushes the target application resource to the mobile terminal within the selected reference preset period. The server can push the reference reservation time period for the mobile terminal according to the reservation downloading message of the mobile terminal aiming at the target application resource to be put on shelf, and the mobile terminal downloads the target application resource in the reference reservation time period, so that the pressure of the application server is favorably relieved, the target application resource is smoothly downloaded, and the mobile terminal can timely download the target application resource.
In one possible example, in the receiving of the target application resource pushed by the server and downloading the target application in the selected reference reservation period, the program further includes instructions for: determining a preset installation position of the target application, wherein the preset safety position comprises a preset installation interface or a preset installation folder; and displaying the target application resource at the preset installation position.
In one possible example, the program further includes instructions to perform the following: sending a search record to an application server, wherein the search record is used for determining a target application resource according to the search record by the application server and pushing a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf; and receiving the notification message.
The above embodiments mainly introduce the scheme of the embodiments of the present application from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It is understood that the mobile terminal includes hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions in order to implement the above-described functions. Those of skill in the art would readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal may be divided into the functional units according to the method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
The following is an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, which is used to perform the method implemented by the embodiment of the method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the application server may include a receiving unit 701, a determining unit 702, and a sending unit 703, wherein:
the receiving unit 701 is configured to receive a reservation download message from the mobile terminal, where the reservation download message is used to request to download a target application resource to be put on shelf;
the determining unit 702 is configured to determine at least one reference reservation time period, where the number of reserved download messages for the target application resource in each reference preset time period is less than a preset number;
the transmitting unit 703 is configured to transmit the at least one reference reservation period;
the receiving unit 701 is further configured to receive a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, where the confirmation message includes the selected reference reservation time period;
the sending unit 703 is further configured to push the target application resource to the mobile terminal within the selected reference preset time period.

The server can push the reference reservation time period for the mobile terminal according to the reservation downloading message of the mobile terminal aiming at the target application resource to be put on shelf, and the mobile terminal downloads the target application resource in the reference reservation time period, so that the pressure of the application server is favorably relieved, the target application resource is smoothly downloaded, and the mobile terminal can timely download the target application resource.
In one possible example, in terms of the determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit 702 is specifically configured to: determining the number of the reserved downloading messages which are received currently; and a queue number for determining the reserved download message, and determining at least one reference reserved time period of the reserved download message according to the queue number.
In one possible example, the mobile terminal includes a first priority and a second priority, the first priority being higher than the second priority; in terms of determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit 702 is specifically configured to: when detecting that the mobile terminal is in a first priority level, determining a first reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages; or, when detecting that the mobile terminal is of a second priority, determining a second reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages, wherein the first reference reservation time period is before the second reference reservation time period.
In one possible example, in terms of determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit 702 is specifically configured to: determining the model of the mobile terminal, and determining the priority of the mobile terminal according to the model of the mobile terminal; and at least one reference reservation time period corresponding to the mobile terminal is determined according to the priority.
In one possible example, the application server further comprises an obtaining unit,
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the search record of the mobile terminal and determining the target application resource according to the search record;
the sending unit is configured to push a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf.
It should be noted that the application server described in the embodiment of the present invention is presented in the form of a functional unit. The term "unit" as used herein is to be understood in its broadest possible sense, and objects used to implement the functions described by the respective "unit" may be, for example, an integrated circuit ASIC, a single circuit, a processor (shared, dedicated, or chipset) and memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable components that provide the described functionality.
Specifically, the determining unit 702 and the obtaining unit may be processors of an application server, and the transmitting unit 703 and the receiving unit 701 may be communication interfaces of the application server.
The following is an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, which is used to perform the method implemented by the embodiment of the method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the mobile terminal may include a transmitting unit 801 and a receiving unit 802, where:
the sending unit 801 is configured to send a download reservation message to the server;
the receiving unit 802 is configured to receive at least one reference reservation time period from the server and select one reference reservation time period;
the sending unit 801 is further configured to send a confirmation message to the server, where the confirmation message includes the selected reference reservation time period;
the receiving unit 802 is further configured to receive the target application resource pushed by the server in the selected reference reservation period and download the target application.

In a possible example, in terms of receiving the target application resource pushed by the server and downloading the target application in the selected reference reservation period, the receiving unit 802 is specifically configured to: determining a preset installation position of the target application, wherein the preset safety position comprises a preset installation interface or a preset installation folder; and displaying the target application resource at the preset installation position.
In a possible example, the application server further includes an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a search record of the mobile terminal, and determine a target application resource according to the search record; the sending unit 801 is further configured to push a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf.
It should be noted that the mobile terminal described in the embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention is in the form of a functional unit. The term "unit" as used herein is to be understood in its broadest possible sense, and objects used to implement the functions described by the respective "unit" may be, for example, an integrated circuit ASIC, a single circuit, a processor (shared, dedicated, or chipset) and memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable components that provide the described functionality.
Specifically, the sending unit 801 and the receiving unit 802 may be a communication interface of a mobile terminal, and the display unit may be a processor and a touch display screen of the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a smart phone 900 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the smart phone 900 includes: casing 910, touch-control display screen 920, mainboard 930, battery 940 and subplate 950, be provided with leading camera 931, treater 932, memory 933, power management chip 934 on the mainboard 930 etc. be provided with oscillator 951, integrative sound chamber 952, VOOC flash interface 953 and fingerprint identification module 954 on the subplate.
The smart phone runs with an operating system and application resource searching slave software, and specifically executes the following operations: the method comprises the steps of sending a reservation downloading message to the server, receiving at least one reference reservation time period from the server and selecting one reference reservation time period, sending a confirmation message to the server, wherein the confirmation message comprises the selected reference reservation time period, and receiving target application resources pushed by the server and downloading the target application in the selected reference reservation time period.
The processor 932 is a control center of the smart phone, connects various parts of the whole smart phone by using various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processes data of the smart phone by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 933 and calling data stored in the memory 933, thereby integrally monitoring the smart phone. Optionally, processor 932 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 932 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 932. The Processor 932 may be, for example, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor described above may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, DSPs and microprocessors, and the like.
The memory 933 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 932 may execute various functional applications and data processing of the smart phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 933. The memory 933 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the smartphone, and the like. Further, the memory 933 can include high-speed random access memory, and can also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device. The Memory 933 may be, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash Memory, a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a register, a hard disk, a removable hard disk, a compact disc Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the present application further provides an application resource downloading system 1000, which may include: an application server 1010 and a mobile terminal 1020, wherein,
the mobile terminal 1020 is configured to send a reservation downloading message to the server, receive at least one reference reservation period from the server and select one reference reservation period, and send a confirmation message to the server, where the confirmation message includes the selected reference reservation period, and receive a target application resource pushed by the server and download the target application in the selected reference reservation period.
The application server 1010 is configured to receive a reservation download message from a mobile terminal, where the reservation download message is used to request downloading of a target application resource to be shelved, determine at least one reference reservation period, where the number of reservation download messages for the target application resource in each reference preset period is smaller than a preset number, send the at least one reference reservation period, and receive a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, where the confirmation message includes a selected reference reservation period, and push the target application resource to the mobile terminal in the selected reference preset period.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, an application server first receives a reservation download message from a mobile terminal, where the reservation download message is used to request to download a target application resource to be shelved, then determines at least one reference reservation period, where the number of reservation download messages for the target application program in each reference preset period is less than a preset number, and then sends the at least one reference reservation period, and then receives a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, where the confirmation message includes a selected reference reservation period, and finally pushes the target application resource to the mobile terminal within the selected reference preset period. The server can push the reference reservation time period for the mobile terminal according to the reservation downloading message of the mobile terminal aiming at the target application resource to be put on shelf, and the mobile terminal downloads the target application resource in the reference reservation time period, so that the pressure of the application server is favorably relieved, the target application resource is smoothly downloaded, and the mobile terminal can timely download the target application resource.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, and the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a mobile terminal.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the above-described division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (20)

  1. An application resource downloading method is applied to an application server, and the method comprises the following steps:
    receiving a reserved downloading message from a mobile terminal, wherein the reserved downloading message is used for requesting to download a target application resource to be put on shelf;
    determining at least one reference reservation time period, wherein the number of reserved downloading messages aiming at the target application resource in each reference preset time period is less than a preset number;
    transmitting the at least one reference reservation period;
    receiving a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, wherein the confirmation message comprises the selected reference reservation time period;
    and pushing the target application resource to the mobile terminal within the selected reference preset time period.
  2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining at least one reference reservation period comprises:
    determining the number of the reserved downloading messages which are received currently;
    and determining a queuing serial number of the reserved downloading message, and determining at least one reference reserved time period of the reserved downloading message according to the queuing serial number.
  3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first priority and a second priority, the first priority being higher than the second priority; determining at least one reference reservation period, comprising:
    when the mobile terminal is detected to be in the first priority level, determining a first reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages; or
    And when the mobile terminal is detected to be in a second priority level, determining a second reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages, wherein the first reference reservation time period is before the second reference reservation time period.
  4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein determining at least one reference reservation period comprises:
    determining the model of the mobile terminal, and determining the priority of the mobile terminal according to the model of the mobile terminal;
    and determining at least one reference reservation time period corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the priority.
  5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
    acquiring a search record of the mobile terminal, and determining a target application resource according to the search record;
    and when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf, pushing a notification message to the mobile terminal.
  6. An application resource downloading method is applied to a mobile terminal, and comprises the following steps:
    sending a reservation downloading message to the server;
    receiving at least one reference reservation time period from the server and selecting one reference reservation time period;
    sending a confirmation message to the server, the confirmation message including the selected reference reservation period;
    and receiving the target application resource pushed by the server in the selected reference reservation time period and downloading the target application.
  7. The method of claim 6, wherein the receiving the target application resource pushed by the server and downloading the target application in the selected reference reservation period comprises:
    determining a preset installation position of the target application, wherein the preset safety position comprises a preset installation interface or a preset installation folder;
    and displaying the target application resource at the preset installation position.
  8. The method according to any one of claims 6 or 7, further comprising:
    sending a search record to an application server, wherein the search record is used for determining a target application resource according to the search record by the application server and pushing a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf;
    and receiving the notification message.
  9. An application server is characterized by comprising a receiving unit, a determining unit, a sending unit,
    the receiving unit is used for receiving a reserved downloading message from the mobile terminal, wherein the reserved downloading message is used for requesting to download a target application resource to be put on shelf;
    the determining unit is used for determining at least one reference reservation time period, and the number of reserved downloading messages aiming at the target application resource in each reference preset time period is less than a preset number;
    the transmitting unit is used for transmitting the at least one reference reservation time interval;
    the receiving unit is further configured to receive a confirmation message from the mobile terminal, where the confirmation message includes the selected reference reservation time period;
    the sending unit is further configured to push the target application resource to the mobile terminal within the selected reference preset time period.
  10. The application server according to claim 9, wherein, in said determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit is specifically configured to: determining the number of the reserved downloading messages which are received currently; and determining a queuing sequence number of the reserved downloading message, and determining at least one reference reserved time period of the reserved downloading message according to the queuing sequence number.
  11. The application server according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first priority and a second priority, the first priority being higher than the second priority; in the aspect of determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit is specifically configured to: when the mobile terminal is detected to be in the first priority level, determining a first reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages; or, when detecting that the mobile terminal is of a second priority, determining a second reference reservation time period of the target application resource according to the number of the received reservation downloading messages, wherein the first reference reservation time period is before the second reference reservation time period.
  12. The application server according to claim 9 or 10, wherein, in said determining at least one reference reservation period, the determining unit is specifically configured to: determining the model of the mobile terminal, and determining the priority of the mobile terminal according to the model of the mobile terminal; and determining at least one reference reservation time period corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the priority.
  13. The application server according to claim 9, wherein the application server further comprises an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a search record of the mobile terminal, and determine a target application resource according to the search record;
    the sending unit is further configured to push a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf.
  14. A mobile terminal, comprising a transmitting unit and a receiving unit,
    the sending unit is used for sending a reserved downloading message to the server;
    the receiving unit is used for receiving at least one reference reservation time period from the server and selecting one reference reservation time period;
    the sending unit is further configured to send a confirmation message to the server, where the confirmation message includes the selected reference reservation time period;
    the receiving unit is further configured to receive the target application resource pushed by the server in the selected reference reservation time period and download the target application.
  15. The mobile terminal of claim 14, wherein in receiving the target application resource pushed by the server and downloading the target application within the selected reference reservation period, the receiving unit is specifically configured to: determining a preset installation position of the target application, wherein the preset safety position comprises a preset installation interface or a preset installation folder; and displaying the target application resource at the preset installation position.
  16. The mobile terminal according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the sending unit is further configured to send a search record to an application server, where the search record is used for the application server to determine a target application resource according to the search record, and push a notification message to the mobile terminal when detecting that the target application resource is on shelf;
    the receiving unit is further configured to receive the notification message.
  17. An application resource download system, characterized in that it comprises an application server according to any of claims 9-13 and a mobile terminal according to any of claims 14-16.
  18. An application server comprising a processor, a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-5.
  19. A mobile terminal comprising a processor, memory, a communications interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 6-8.
  20. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-5 and/or claims 6-8.
