Abstract
The invention discloses a packaging method of a heating element, wherein a heating area and a non-heating area are preset on the heating element. The invention also discloses a flexible electric heating film which comprises a first protective film, a heating film body, an adhesive layer and a second protective film which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The heating film body comprises a heating area and a non-heating area, and the adhesive layer is arranged corresponding to the non-heating area. The heating body packaged by the method of the invention can not contact the adhesive layer in the heating area, thus the high temperature resistance limit of the packaged heating body is greatly improved, and in addition, the heating body packaged by the method of the invention reduces the using amount of the adhesive layer, thus the cost of the whole packaging material is reduced by at least three times.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a packaging method of a heating element and a heating film.
Background
The flexible charged planar heating element (such as an electric heating film) heats when an electric heating component is electrified, so as to achieve the effect of heating and warming. At present, the packaging of the flexible charged planar heating element mainly adopts two cover films (such as PI films) with single-sided adhesive to clamp the flexible charged heating film in the middle, and then the flexible charged heating film is subjected to up-and-down hot pressing.
The highest temperature which can be borne by an adhesive layer coated on the existing covering film with the adhesive is mostly lower than 270 ℃, and the heat resistance of the adhesive layer is lower than the heat resistance of the covering film, so that the highest temperature which can be borne by a heating body after the heating body is packaged according to the prior art cannot exceed the highest heat resistance temperature of the adhesive coated on the covering film, or the highest temperature can cause burning of the adhesive and even burning, therefore, the packaged flexible charged planar heating body can only work below 270 ℃ at most, and if the heating body needs to work for a long time, the upper limit of the temperature which can be borne by the heating body has to be reduced to below 240 ℃.
If a non-adhesive film (such as a TPI film) is used, although the defect of low high temperature resistance of the flexible charged planar heating element due to the adhesive layer can be avoided, the price of the non-adhesive film is high, and the laminating temperature during packaging by using the non-adhesive film must reach more than 300 ℃, which is much higher than the temperature range of 180 plus 200 ℃ during packaging by using the PI film, so that the processing cost of the flexible charged planar heating element is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a packaging method of a heating element, the highest tolerance temperature of the heating element packaged by the method is greatly improved compared with that of the heating element obtained by the conventional method, the using amount of an adhesive layer can be reduced, and the raw material cost is reduced.
The heating body comprises a heating area and a non-heating area, at least one protective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the heating body, and the heating body and the adhesive layer are packaged in the protective layer after the adhesive layer is arranged in the non-heating area corresponding to the heating body. Therefore, by using the packaging method of the invention, the adhesive layer is only arranged in the non-heating area of the heating element, so that the protective film can be tightly combined with the heating element, the packaging effect can be ensured, and the high-temperature resistance of the adhesive layer can not be limited when the heating area is heated, so that the overall high-temperature resistance of the heating element can be greatly improved; in addition, because the protective films on the two sides of the heating element are not coated with glue layers, the raw material cost of the heating element is effectively reduced.

Furthermore, the adhesive layer is selected from any one of a double-sided adhesive film, a single-sided adhesive film or a pure adhesive film.
Further, the protective layer includes at least one protective film.
Furthermore, the protective film is a non-adhesive film. Therefore, after the heating body is packaged by the aid of the non-adhesive film, the heating area of the heating body is prevented from contacting the adhesive layer, the maximum temperature resistance limit of the packaged heating body is improved, the using amount of the adhesive layer is greatly reduced, and the packaging cost of the planar heating body is effectively reduced. However, since the adhesive layer is provided in the non-heat generating region of the heat generating element, a good sealing effect can be secured similarly.
The invention also provides a heating film which is prepared by packaging according to the method, the heating film comprises a heating film body, the heating film body comprises a heating area and a non-heating area, an adhesive layer is arranged on at least one side of the non-heating area of the heating film body, the heating film further comprises two protective films arranged on the outer surface of the heating film, the protective films are used for packaging the heating film body and the adhesive layer in the heating film, and the two protective films are arranged oppositely.
Furthermore, the heating film is a flexible electric heating film, and the heating film body is connected with a power supply.
Furthermore, the adhesive layer comprises a first adhesive layer, and the heating film body and the protective film are directly contacted with the first adhesive layer. Namely the adhesive layer is a pure adhesive film layer.
Furthermore, the adhesive layer further comprises a film layer, and the adhesive layer is located on any one surface of the film layer. That is, the adhesive layer is a single-sided adhesive film layer.
Furthermore, the adhesive layer further comprises a second adhesive layer, and the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are respectively located on two sides of the film layer. That is, the adhesive layer is a double-sided adhesive film layer.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will clearly and clearly define the scope of the invention.
The packaging method of the heating element is suitable for packaging planar, plate-shaped or other geometric heating elements. The present invention is described in detail by taking an example of preparing a flexible electric heating film, and referring to fig. 1, the electric heating film of the present invention comprises a first protective film 11, a heating film body 2, an adhesive layer 3 and a second protective film 12 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The heating film body 2 comprises a heating area 22 and a non-heating area 21, and the heating area 22 of the invention is an electric heating sheet communicated with a power supply. The heating area 22 listed in the present invention is located in the middle of the non-heating area 21, and correspondingly, the adhesive layer 3 is disposed corresponding to the non-heating area 21, obviously, the heating area 22 may also be in any other shape and may be disposed at any position of the heating film body 2, and it is only necessary to ensure that the adhesive layer 3 is disposed corresponding to the non-heating area 21. The first protective film 11 and the second protective film 12 of the present invention are both non-adhesive PI films. The heating film of the invention realizes the heating effect by connecting with a power supply and electric elements such as a resistor and the like, and obviously, the heating film can also adopt other heating modes (such as electromagnetic heating, microwave heating and the like) in any forms. This embodiment has only set up gluing layer 3 at the unilateral of the diaphragm body 2 that generates heat, also can set up gluing layer 3 respectively in the both sides of the diaphragm body 2 that generates heat as required.
The adhesive layer 3 of the present invention can be any one of a double-sided adhesive film, a single-sided adhesive film, or a pure adhesive film. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 3 is selected from a double-sided adhesive film.
The flexible electric heating film is prepared according to the following steps:
(1) the circuit design of the heating area 22 of the heating film body 2 is carried out according to the rated power and the limited area required;
(2) cutting out the first protective film 11 and the second protective film 12 according to a limited area;
(3) cutting the adhesive layer 3 according to the size of the heating area 22 of the heating film body 2;
(4) attaching the cut adhesive layer 3 to the upper side of the second protective film 12, laying the heating film body 2 according to the circuit design, and ensuring that the non-heating area 21 of the heating film body is laid corresponding to the adhesive layer 3;
(5) then, the first protection film 11 is laid on the heating film body 2, and the first protection film 11 and the second protection film 12 are arranged oppositely;
(6) and (5) hot press molding.
Preferably, the hot pressing step in step (6) may also adopt a vacuum hot pressing manner, the hot pressing step may adopt a conventional hot pressing step, and the temperature range during hot pressing may be 180-.
The adhesive layer 3 of the present invention is disposed only on one side of the heat generating film body 2, and may be disposed on both sides of the heat generating film body 2 as needed.
The resistance of the electric heating sheet is respectively set to be 123 ohm and 130 ohm, the input voltage value is sequentially increased, the center300 thermodetector is used for measuring the heating temperature of the flexible electric heating film, the heating temperature value which can be reached by the flexible electric heating film is measured, and the electric heating film is not deformed and has no burnt spots as a judgment standard. The results are shown in tables 1 and 2:

The experimental result shows that the maximum heating temperature of the electric heating film can reach 350 ℃, and the maximum heating temperature is increased by nearly 100 ℃ compared with the high-temperature resistant limit of the conventional electric heating film with the side surface of the heating film body 2 fully covered with the adhesive layer. This is because the adhesive layer 3 is not disposed in the heating region 22, so that the heat resistance of the electric heating film of the present invention is effectively improved, and the electric heating film is not limited by the temperature limit of the adhesive layer 3. The high-temperature tolerance limit of the electric heating film reaches the limit which the PI film can bear. In addition, the cover film is a non-adhesive cover film, the unit cost of the cover film is only 50% of that of the adhesive cover film, and the adhesive layer is arranged only in the non-heating area in the electric heating film, so that the cost of the whole packaging material is reduced by about 30%.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

4. A method of packaging a heat-generating body as described in claim 3, characterized in that the protective film is a non-adhesive film.

A heating film is characterized by being prepared by being packaged according to the method of claim 1, the heating film comprises a heating film body, the heating film body comprises a heating area and a non-heating area, the heating area and the non-heating area are located on the same plane and are jointly spliced to form a heating body, an adhesive layer is arranged on at least one side of the non-heating area of the heating film body, the heating area is close to one side of a protective layer, the adhesive layer is not arranged on one side of the protective layer, the protective film further comprises two protective films arranged on the outer surface of the heating film, and the protective films are used for packaging the heating film body and the adhesive layer in the heating film and are two layers.
