The invention discloses a service identifier reporting and receiving method and system, a user terminal and network equipment. The service identifier reporting method comprises the following steps: acquiring a service identifier of a terminal service; and reporting the service identifier of the terminal service to the network equipment so that the network equipment performs corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identifier of the terminal service. The invention sets a set of mutual communication flow between the user terminal and the network equipment, so that the network equipment can know some key services and current services which are carried out by the user terminal, and the network equipment can carry out some operation control on the user terminal according to different services.

Background
The mobile terminal can realize multi-service concurrency, the mobile network supports the forwarding of multi-service flows, and the service flow is distributed to different destinations according to the target IP only when reaching the gateway side. The core network identifies services in the multi-service traffic according to means such as packet detection, and is mainly used for service charging at present. By the age of 5G, a mobile network can simultaneously support multiple wireless access modes, such as NR (5G access), E-UTRAN (4G access), wifi access, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The applicant found that: because the related technology only has the capability of a core network for service perception at present, a wireless network cannot perceive specific services, and a terminal cannot perceive the current ongoing service and cannot interact service related information with the network except for specially defined service conditions between the terminal and the network, a mobile network cannot control the terminal according to different services.
In view of at least one of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a service identifier reporting and receiving method and system, a user terminal, and a network device, wherein a set of mutual communication procedures are established between the user terminal and the network device, so that the network device can know some key services and current services being performed by the user terminal.

A network device processor 92, configured to execute the instructions, so that the network device performs operations of implementing the service identifier receiving method according to any of the embodiments described above (for example, the embodiment in fig. 6 or fig. 7).
Based on the network device provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, aiming at the problem that the user terminal and the network device do not interact with the service related information in the related technology, a network device capable of communicating with the user terminal is provided, and in the process that the user terminal initiates a service and the service is in progress, the network device can both sense the service of the user terminal in real time and perform control such as service reselection network, dispersion and diversion and the like on the user terminal.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a service identification interaction system according to the invention. As shown in fig. 10, the service identifier interactive system of the present invention may include a user terminal 101 and a network device 102, wherein:
the user terminal 101 may be the user terminal 101 according to any of the embodiments described above (e.g. the embodiments of fig. 4 or fig. 5).
Network device 102 may be a network device as described in any of the embodiments above (e.g., the embodiments of fig. 8 or 9).
In the service identifier interaction system provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal needs to support the acquisition and identification of the service list, sense the current service through the display interface of the screen during multi-service switching, and judge and report the service identifier according to the priority. The network device of the above embodiment of the present invention needs to support the issuing of the service list and process the service identifier reported by the user terminal.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a service identifier reporting method according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, this embodiment can be executed by the service identifier interaction system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the service identifier interaction system may include a user terminal and a network device, where the network device may include a base station and a core network device.
The method of the embodiment of fig. 11 may include the steps of:
step 111, the user terminal registers the process, and the network device issues the service list under the condition of successful registration.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the service list may be a correspondence table of service types, service identifications and priorities, such as table 1 or table 2.
Step 112, when the user terminal initiates the service, the user terminal carries the corresponding service identifier in the service list.
Step 113, the user terminal reports the service identifier of the service with the highest priority to the network device under the condition of multi-service switching.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the obtaining and reporting of the service identifier of the user terminal utilizes the conventional user terminal registration and service request process, and service interaction information carrying the user terminal and the network device is added in the process.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, which stores computer instructions, and when the instructions are executed by a processor, the computer-readable storage medium implements at least one of a service identifier reporting method and a service identifier receiving method, where the service identifier reporting method is the service identifier reporting method according to any one of the above-mentioned embodiments (for example, any one of fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 11), and the service identifier receiving method is the service identifier receiving method according to any one of the above-mentioned embodiments (for example, fig. 6 or fig. 7).
Based on the computer-readable storage medium provided in the above embodiment of the present invention, a set of mutual communication processes is established between the user terminal and the network device, so that the network device knows some key services and current services that the user terminal is currently performing, and thus the network device can perform some operation controls on the user terminal according to different services, for example, network controls such as different service offloading/switching to different access modes.
The user terminals and network devices described above may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof, for performing the functions described herein.
Thus far, the present invention has been described in detail. Some details well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present invention. It will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description how to practice the presently disclosed embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
The description of the present invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and is not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the invention in the form disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to practitioners skilled in this art. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.

Claims (17)

1. A service identifier reporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a user terminal acquires a service identifier of a terminal service;
the user terminal reports the service identification of the terminal service to the network equipment so that the network equipment can perform corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identification of the terminal service;
wherein, the acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service includes:
determining a current service under the condition that at least one of service change and service switching is detected;
inquiring a corresponding relation table of prestored service types, service identifications and priorities according to the service type of the current service, and determining the priority and the service identification of the current service;
and taking the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service.
2. The method for reporting service identifier according to claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the terminal is successfully registered, the user terminal receives the corresponding relation table of the service type, the service identification and the priority sent by the network equipment.
3. The method for reporting service identifier according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service includes:
and acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service under the condition of detecting at least one of new service initiation, service change and service switching.
4. The method for reporting service identifier of claim 3, wherein the acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service comprises:
acquiring the service type of a new service under the condition of detecting the initiation of the new service;
inquiring a corresponding relation table of the pre-stored service type, the service identification and the priority according to the service type of the new service, and determining the service identification of the new service;
and taking the service identifier of the new service as the service identifier of the terminal service.
5. The method for reporting service identifier according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service further comprises:
under the condition that at least one item of service change and service switching is detected, judging whether the terminal service comprises at least one item of current service and background service;
under the condition that the terminal service contains the current service and does not contain the background service, taking the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service;
under the condition that the terminal service comprises the background service and does not comprise the current service, inquiring a corresponding relation table of the pre-stored service type, the service identification and the priority according to the service type of the background service, and determining the priority and the service identification of the background service; and taking the service identifier of the background service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service.
6. The method for reporting service identifier according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service further comprises:
under the condition that the terminal service comprises a background service and a current service, according to the service type of the background service, inquiring a corresponding relation table of a prestored service type, a service identifier and a priority, and determining the priority and the service identifier of the background service;
comparing whether the priority of the background service with the highest priority is higher than the priority of the current service with the highest priority;
under the condition that the priority of the background service with the highest priority is higher than that of the current service with the highest priority, the service identifier of the background service with the highest priority and the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority are used as the service identifiers of the terminal services;
and under the condition that the priority of the background service with the highest priority is not higher than the priority of the current service with the highest priority, taking the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service.
7. A service identifier receiving method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment receives a service identifier of a terminal service reported by a user terminal, wherein the service identifier of the terminal service is the service identifier of the terminal service, which is determined by the user terminal when the user terminal detects at least one of service change and service switching, the corresponding relation table of the pre-stored service type, the service identifier and the priority is inquired according to the service type of the current service, the priority and the service identifier of the current service are determined, and the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority is used as the service identifier of the terminal service;
and the network equipment performs corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identifier of the terminal service.
8. The service identifier receiving method according to claim 7, further comprising:
and under the condition that the terminal is successfully registered, the network equipment sends a service type, a service identifier and a priority corresponding relation table to the user terminal so that the user terminal can report the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service.
9. The service identifier receiving method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the performing corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identifier of the terminal service includes:
inquiring a corresponding relation table of prestored service types, service identifications and priorities according to the service identification of the terminal service, and determining the priority of the terminal service;
and performing at least one of network control of network selection, service distribution, access mode switching and service network reselection on the terminal service according to the priority of the terminal service.
10. A user terminal, comprising:
a service identifier acquiring module, configured to acquire a service identifier of a terminal service;
the service identifier reporting module is used for reporting the service identifier of the terminal service to the network equipment so that the network equipment can perform corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identifier of the terminal service;
the service identifier acquisition module is used for determining the current service under the condition of detecting at least one of service change and service switching under the condition of acquiring the service identifier of the terminal service; inquiring a corresponding relation table of prestored service types, service identifications and priorities according to the service type of the current service, and determining the priority and the service identification of the current service; and taking the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service.
11. The ue of claim 10, wherein the ue is configured to perform an operation for implementing the service identifier reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
12. A user terminal, comprising:
a user terminal memory for storing instructions;
a user terminal processor, configured to execute the instruction, so that the user terminal performs an operation of implementing the service identifier reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
13. A network device, comprising:
a service identifier receiving module, configured to receive a service identifier of a terminal service reported by a user terminal, where the service identifier of the terminal service is a service identifier of the terminal service that is determined by the user terminal when the user terminal detects at least one of a service change and a service switch, and then, according to a service type of the current service, query a pre-stored correspondence table of a service type, a service identifier, and a priority, determine a priority and a service identifier of the current service, and use the service identifier of the current service with the highest priority as the service identifier of the terminal service;
and the network control module is used for carrying out corresponding network control on the terminal service according to the service identifier of the terminal service.
14. The network device according to claim 13, wherein the network device is configured to perform operations for implementing the service identification receiving method according to any of claims 7 to 9.
15. A network device, comprising:
a network device memory to store instructions;
a network device processor for executing the instructions to cause the network device to perform operations for implementing the service identity reception method according to any of claims 7 to 9.
16. A service identity interaction system, comprising a user terminal as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 12 and a network device as claimed in any one of claims 13 to 15.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement at least one of a service identifier reporting method and a service identifier receiving method, wherein the service identifier reporting method is the service identifier reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the service identifier receiving method is the service identifier receiving method according to any one of claims 7 to 9.
