Abstract

The invention provides an automatic attempt method and device for forbidding a network and a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: when the terminal is in a roaming environment and has no local network which can be normally registered, popping up a prompt dialog box for judging whether the roaming service is opened; if the user confirms that the corresponding roaming service has been opened, the local network is removed from the forbidden network list. The invention can solve the problem that the user can not normally obtain the service because the network which can actually provide the service is already in the forbidden network list during roaming.

Description

Automatic attempt method and device for forbidden network and mobile terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to an automatic attempt method and an apparatus for disabling a network, and a mobile terminal.
Background
In the 3GPP protocol currently applied to the mobile terminal, a forbidden network list is defined to avoid redundant registration of the terminal in a network that cannot be registered. Thus, the network searching process of the terminal is roughly as follows: when the terminal is powered on, first, necessary SIM card information is read from a SIM (subscriber Identity module) card, where a forbidden Network list forbidden PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network) list and other information are stored on the SIM card, and then the terminal searches for the forbidden Network list according to the PLMN sequence specified by the protocol, and when a certain Network is NOT in the forbidden Network list, the terminal searches for networks according to the sequence, and once the certain Network is rejected for registration due to PLMN NOT ALLOWED, the terminal will add the Network to the forbidden Network list. The forbidden network list is read from the SIM card each time the terminal is subsequently powered on, and the terminal will not actively initiate registration on the forbidden network unless the user manually selects the forbidden network to attempt registration.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:
the purpose of setting the forbidden network is to improve the network selection efficiency and reduce unnecessary registration, but in practical use, the following problems are encountered: some operators' users do NOT default to open the international roaming service, but need to actively apply for opening the international roaming, if the user does NOT open the corresponding roaming service in time before reaching the roaming place, then trying to register the local network after the roaming place is opened, the current network may reject the registration because the corresponding roaming service is NOT available, if the registration is rejected for PLMN NOT ALLOWED reason, the local network will be added into the forbidden network list, if the user has rejected all the networks covered by the user, or the local network itself is already in the forbidden network list, the user cannot obtain the normal network service. In this case, the user may simply find that there is no normal network service and may not know to turn on roaming. In addition, even if the user opens the roaming service to the home operator after finding that the normal network service is not available, if the local networks capable of providing the normal network service after opening the roaming service are all added to the forbidden network list before, the terminal will not automatically attempt to register the forbidden network, so the user still cannot acquire the normal network service. The average user is generally unaware that an attempt to disable the network should be made in this case by manually selecting the network. In most cases, the user will try to restart the terminal, but the forbidden network list is stored in the SIM card and still exists after the restart, so that normal network service cannot be acquired after the restart. Therefore, the situation that the user opens the roaming service but still cannot acquire the normal network service occurs, and the user experience is greatly influenced.

Optionally, the method further comprises:
if the user confirms that the corresponding roaming service is not opened, popping up the opened roaming service and then selecting a specific menu item;
if the user selects a particular menu item after the roaming service is enabled, the local network is removed from the list of forbidden networks.
Optionally, the method further comprises: re-attempting to register with all local networks.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an automatic attempt device for disabling a network, comprising:
the first prompting module is used for popping up a prompting dialog box whether the roaming service is opened or not when the terminal is in a roaming environment and has no normally registrable local network;
a first removing module, configured to remove the local network from the forbidden network list when the user confirms that the corresponding roaming service has been opened.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the second prompting module is used for popping up and opening the roaming service when the user confirms that the corresponding roaming service is not opened and then selecting a specific menu item;
and the second removing module is used for removing the local network from the forbidden network list when the user selects a specific menu item after opening the roaming service.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and a registration module for re-attempting to register all local networks.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a mobile terminal, where the user equipment includes the above-mentioned automatic network disabling attempting device.
According to the method and the device for automatically trying out the forbidden network and the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the terminal is in a roaming place and has no local network which can be normally registered, whether the roaming service is opened or not is actively prompted to the user, all local networks are removed from the forbidden network list according to the selection of the user, and the registration is retried on the forbidden network, so that the normal network service can be timely provided for the user.
