In step S150, the state of the corresponding highway entrance truck ETC lane and the state of the highway exit truck ETC lane are obtained according to the contents recorded in the first standard blacklist and the second standard blacklist determined in step S140. Specifically, the effective blacklist is recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table, the blacklist recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table can be divided into a newly-added blacklist and a blacklist required to be deleted according to marks, further, the effective blacklist or the newly-added blacklist indicates that the corresponding truck ETC lane is in an abnormal state, and the blacklist required to be deleted indicates that the corresponding truck ETC lane is in a normal state.
In steps S150 to S170, the states of the highway entrance truck ETC lane and the highway exit truck ETC lane recorded in the first standard blacklist and the second standard blacklist are respectively handled, so that the faulty PSAM card with abnormal transaction can be effectively prevented from operating and causing illegal transaction. Specifically, if the states of the ETC lane of the express way entrance truck and the ETC lane of the express way exit truck are normal, the truck ETC transaction is carried out according to the fee deduction transaction instruction, and the transaction reading and writing are carried out on the vehicle-mounted tag of the current truck through the RSU transaction antenna according to the fee deduction transaction instruction.
In some embodiments, before obtaining the PSAM card networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and the PSAM card networking blacklist full table with the highest version number in step S130, the truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of:
s180, updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table once every a first specified duration and generating a corresponding version number; and updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table once every second appointed time interval and generating a corresponding version number.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent an error from occurring in the process of updating the blacklist, the version number is used as a comparison standard, the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table is updated in time every first specified time interval, and the lane PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with a lower version number is revised by using the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with a higher version number every second specified time interval.
In this embodiment, the PSAM card of the truck ETC lane may not normally perform the ETC transaction due to sudden failure, external factor interference or communication problems during the operation. And after the PSAM card is cleared of faults, the report is sent to the ETC lane control platform in a manual or system feedback mode. And the ETC lane control platform generates a high-version PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table according to the newly-added fault PSAM card number and the fault-eliminated PSAM card number, and continuously updates the high-version PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table.
Meanwhile, for the PSAM card which stops running due to failure or misalignment, whether the operation can be carried out again on duty can be detected at any time.
Illustratively, after 1 hour from the last update, updating the network blacklist increment table by using the PSAM card number, and obtaining the version number 19.8.31.2 according to the update time mark version number, wherein the version number is composed of a year, a month, a day and a serial number, and in other embodiments, the version number can be labeled in other forms; acquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number, wherein the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table comprises card numbers: A. c, E, G, version number 19.8.31.1; marking an added card number B, D in a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table, removing a card number G, wherein the version number is 19.8.31.2; and updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table 12 hours after the last update, wherein the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table is revised to be A, B, C, D, E and the version number of the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table is updated to be 19.8.31.2 as the version number of the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table is higher than the version number of the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table. The card number A, B, C, D, E, G is only an exemplary illustration, and is specifically represented as a PSAM card number in practical application, and is represented by other shapes such as a number sequence or a letter sequence. In the subsequent steps, the PSAM card number of the truck ETC lane is compared by taking the obtained PSAM card number networking blacklist total table corresponding to the highest version number 19.8.31.2 as a basis.
In some embodiments, the first specified duration is less than the second specified duration.
In the embodiment, the generation and removal information of the blacklist of the PSAM card is ensured to be updated in time by rapidly updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table, and errors caused by untimely updating of the blacklist in detection and comparison are prevented. On the basis, the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table is updated, and a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table is regenerated, so that the repeatability of blacklist information is reduced, and the data volume is reduced.
In some embodiments, in step S160, if at least one of the state of the highway entrance truck ETC lane and the state of the highway exit truck ETC lane is abnormal, the method may further include rejecting the transaction and performing an interception process on the current truck, and specifically may include: if at least one of the state of the ETC lane of the express highway entrance truck and the state of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is abnormal, an interception instruction is sent to a front barrier machine of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck, a red light instruction is sent to a traffic signal lamp of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck, so that the current truck is forbidden to enter the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck and the truck is prompted to be converted into a manual processing lane, wherein the RSU antenna is a front RSU detection antenna.
In this embodiment, for the case that the RSU detection antenna is configured for the highway exit truck ETC lane, the first PSAM card number corresponding to the highway entrance truck ETC lane recorded in the path information file in the current truck on-board label is obtained through the RSU detection antenna detection, and the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table and the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table are compared in real time, and the abnormal state is determined and the instant shunting is performed.
In some embodiments, in step S160, if at least one of the state of the highway entrance truck ETC lane and the state of the highway exit truck ETC lane is abnormal, the method may further include rejecting the transaction and performing an interception process on the current truck, and specifically may include: if at least one of the state of the ETC lane of the express highway entrance truck and the state of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is abnormal, a transaction stopping instruction is sent to the RSU transaction antenna, an alarm prompt is sent to a charge amount display of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck, so that the truck ETC transaction is stopped and manual transaction is prompted, wherein the RSU antenna is a rear-mounted RSU transaction antenna.
In this embodiment, the first PSAM card number corresponding to the highway entrance truck ETC lane recorded in the path information file in the current truck on-board tag is directly acquired through the RSU transaction antenna, and since the current truck has already traveled into the truck ETC lane transaction area at this time, if at least one of the state of the highway entrance truck ETC lane and the state of the highway exit truck ETC lane is abnormal, manual equipment transaction is performed.
In some embodiments, before step S110, that is, before the route information file recorded in the vehicle-mounted tag of the current truck is acquired through the RSU antenna in the highway exit truck ETC lane, and the first PSAM card number of the point-of-sale terminal secure access module in the highway entrance truck ETC lane recorded in the route information file is read, the truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of:
s1901: acquiring a third PSAM card number of a point-of-sale terminal safety access module in an ETC lane of a highway exit truck, and acquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number;
s1902: inquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the third PSAM card number, and using a third standard blacklist;
s1903: determining the state of the PSAM card when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started according to the state information corresponding to the third PSAM card number in the third standard blacklist;
s1904: if the PSAM card state is abnormal when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started, a starting prohibition instruction is sent to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck; and if the PSAM card state is normal when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started, sending a starting instruction to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck.
In this embodiment, it is further considered that, in the starting process of the highway exit truck ETC lane, the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table and the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table are retrieved according to the corresponding third PSAM card number, and are used for judging whether the PSAM card of the highway exit truck ETC lane is abnormal when being started, so as to prevent incomplete or wrong read-write information caused by the failure of the PSAM card of the highway exit truck ETC lane, and prevent the generation of abnormal transactions.

when the state of a PSAM card is abnormal when the ETC lane of a truck at the exit of the expressway is started, acquiring fault information of the ETC lane of the truck at the exit of the expressway;
if the fault information indicates that the truck ETC lane at the exit of the expressway has a weighing equipment fault, sending a start prohibition instruction to the truck ETC lane at the exit of the expressway;
and if the fault information indicates that the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck has no weighing equipment fault, sending a starting instruction to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck and sending a fault prompting instruction to the charge amount display to prompt conversion into manual transaction.
In the embodiment, when the PSAM card of the ETC lane of the truck at the exit of the expressway is abnormal, whether the failure of the weighing equipment exists in the ETC lane of the truck at the exit of the expressway is further distinguished; if the weighing equipment fails, the fact that accurate transaction charge can not be calculated on an ETC lane of the truck at the exit of the expressway is shown, and the truck cannot start working; if the weighing equipment fault does not exist, the fact that the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck can calculate accurate transaction fee amount is shown, and transaction can be conducted in a manual charging mode under the state that the PSAM card is in fault. In the practical application process, the treatment is flexible according to different conditions, the efficient utilization is realized, and the vehicle passing is facilitated. For example, on holidays or some free period, the truck ETC lane where the weighing device is normal allows for starting work for a PSAM card malfunction.
Specifically, the weighing device failure may include a weighing station failure, a tire identifier failure, a grating car detector failure, and the like. The PSAM card number blacklist is a set of all failed PSAM cards before the time of the corresponding version number, and the newly added or deleted PSAM card number blacklist is processed at any time through the ETC platform server.
Judging whether the corresponding PSAM card number is in a PSAM card number blacklist or not when starting up the ETC lane of a highway entrance truck and/or the ETC lane of a highway exit truck, as shown in FIG. 2, the method includes:
step S210: when an ETC lane of a highway entrance truck and/or an ETC lane of a highway exit truck are started, acquiring a corresponding entrance PSAM card number and/or an exit PSAM card number, and acquiring a PSAM card number blacklist with the highest version number;
step S220: judging whether the inlet PSAM card number and/or the outlet PSAM card number are/is in a PSAM card blacklist;
step S230: if the entrance PSAM card number and/or the exit PSAM card number are/is in the PSAM card blacklist, the corresponding highway entrance truck ETC lane and/or highway exit truck ETC lane is/are forbidden to work;
step S240: and if the entrance PSAM card number and/or the exit PSAM card number are not in the PSAM card blacklist, the highway entrance truck ETC lane and/or the highway exit truck ETC lane continue to be processed according to the normal starting flow.
In some embodiments, during a highway exit truck ETC lane transaction, it is also checked whether the PSAM card of the highway entry truck ETC lane is legitimate, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step S310: reading entry information in a 0019 file recorded in a vehicle-mounted label through an RSU antenna of an ETC lane of a truck at an exit of the expressway, wherein the entry information comprises an entry PSAM card number corresponding to the ETC lane of the truck at the entrance of the expressway;
step S320: acquiring an entrance PSAM card number corresponding to an ETC lane of an expressway entrance truck, and checking whether the entrance PSAM card number is in a PSAM card blacklist or not;
step S330: if the entrance PSAM card number is in the PSAM card blacklist, the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck refuses the transaction and gives an alarm for interception;
step S340: and if the entrance PSAM card number is not in the PSAM card blacklist, the highway exit truck ETC lane continues to perform read-write transaction on the IC card in the current truck-mounted label through the PSAM card.
In another aspect, the present application further provides a computer device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the method are implemented.
In another aspect, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the above-mentioned method.
In summary, the truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method and device provided by the invention can effectively prevent illegal and abnormally working PSAM cards from working and prevent confusion of highway ETC transactions by establishing the blacklist for the PSAM card number corresponding to the truck ETC lane with the failure of the PSAM card and checking.

Claims (10)

1. A truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a path information file recorded in a vehicle-mounted label of a current truck through an RSU antenna in an ETC lane of a truck at an exit of a highway, and reading a first PSAM card number of a point-of-sale terminal safety access module in the ETC lane of the truck at the entrance of the highway recorded in the path information file;
acquiring weighing information of a current truck, wherein the weighing information comprises: calculating ETC transaction fee amount according to the truck weight information, the vehicle model information, the axle information and the path information recorded in the path information file;
acquiring a second PSAM card number of a point-of-sale terminal safety access module in an ETC lane of a highway exit truck, and acquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number;
inquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the first PSAM card number to determine a first standard blacklist, and inquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the second PSAM card number to determine a second standard blacklist;
determining the state of the ETC lane of the express way entrance truck according to the state information corresponding to the first PSAM card number in the first standard blacklist; determining the state of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck according to the state information corresponding to the second PSAM card number in the second standard blacklist;
if at least one of the state of the ETC lane of the express way entrance truck and the state of the ETC lane of the express way exit truck is abnormal, refusing the transaction of the current truck and carrying out interception processing; and if the states of the ETC lanes of the express highway entrance trucks and the states of the ETC lanes of the express highway exit trucks are normal, carrying out the ETC transaction of the trucks according to the calculated ETC transaction fee amount.
2. The truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method according to claim 1,
inquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the first PSAM card number to determine a first standard blacklist, wherein the steps of:
if the first PSAM card number is only recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number, determining the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number as a first standard blacklist; if the first PSAM card number is only recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number, a first standard blacklist is set; if the first PSAM card number has records in the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist incremental table with the highest version number, determining the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist incremental table with the highest version number which have a higher version number as a first standard blacklist;
inquiring the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the second PSAM card number to determine a second standard blacklist, wherein the steps of:
if the second PSAM card number is only recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number, determining the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number as a second standard blacklist; if the second PSAM card number is only recorded in the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number, determining the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number as a second standard blacklist; and if the second PSAM card number has records in the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist incremental table with the highest version number, determining the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist incremental table with the highest version number as a second standard blacklist.

The truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method according to claim 2, wherein before obtaining the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and the PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number, the method further comprises:
updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table once every interval of a first specified duration and generating a corresponding version number; and updating the PSAM card number networking blacklist full table once every second appointed time interval and generating a corresponding version number.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein if at least one of the status of the ETC lane of the express highway entrance truck and the status of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is abnormal, rejecting the transaction and intercepting the current truck, comprises:
if at least one of the state of the highway entrance truck ETC lane and the state of the highway exit truck ETC lane is abnormal, an interception instruction is sent to a front barrier of the highway exit truck ETC lane, a red light instruction is sent to a traffic signal lamp of the highway exit truck ETC lane, so that the current truck is forbidden to enter the highway exit truck ETC lane and the current truck is prompted to be converted into a manual processing lane, and the RSU antenna is a front RSU detection antenna.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein if at least one of the status of the ETC lane of the express highway entrance truck and the status of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is abnormal, rejecting the transaction and intercepting the current truck, comprises:
and if at least one of the state of the ETC lane of the express highway entrance truck and the state of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is abnormal, sending a transaction stopping instruction to the RSU transaction antenna, and sending an alarm prompt to a charge amount display of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck so as to stop the ETC transaction of the truck and prompt the ETC transaction to be converted into manual transaction, wherein the RSU antenna is a rear RSU transaction antenna.

The truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining of the path information file recorded in the vehicle-mounted tag of the current truck through the RSU antenna in the highway exit truck ETC lane and reading of the first PSAM card number of the point-of-sale terminal secure access module in the highway entrance truck ETC lane recorded in the path information file, further comprising:
acquiring a third PSAM card number of a point-of-sale terminal safety access module in the ETC lane of the highway exit truck, and acquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist full table with the highest version number;
inquiring a PSAM card number networking blacklist increment table with the highest version number and a PSAM card number networking blacklist total table with the highest version number according to the third PSAM card number, and using a third standard blacklist;
determining the state of the PSAM card when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started according to the state information corresponding to the third PSAM card number in the third standard blacklist;
if the state of the PSAM card is abnormal when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started, sending a start prohibition instruction to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck; and if the state of the PSAM card is normal when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started, sending a starting instruction to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck.
7. The truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist inspection method according to claim 6, wherein before the obtaining of the path information file recorded in the vehicle-mounted tag of the current truck through the RSU antenna in the highway exit truck ETC lane and reading of the first PSAM card number of the point-of-sale terminal secure access module in the highway entrance truck ETC lane recorded in the path information file, further comprising:
when the state of a PSAM card is abnormal when the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck is started, acquiring fault information of the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck;
if the fault information indicates that the truck ETC lane at the exit of the expressway has a weighing equipment fault, sending a start prohibition instruction to the truck ETC lane at the exit of the expressway;
and if the fault information indicates that the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck has no weighing equipment fault, sending a starting instruction to the ETC lane of the express highway exit truck and sending a fault prompting instruction to a charge amount display to prompt conversion into manual transaction.
8. The truck ETC lane PSAM card blacklist checking method according to claim 3, wherein the first specified time period is shorter than the second specified time period.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 8 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
