All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In a typical configuration of the present application, the terminal, the devices serving the network each include one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement the information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
In the multimedia popularization resource insertion scheme provided by some embodiments of the application, the multimedia popularization resource is inserted into the high-value sentence associated with the multimedia popularization resource in the text, the relevance degree of the released popularization resource and the content in the text which is currently read by the user is higher, and the change of the display pattern of the reading interface is smaller, so that the influence on the reading experience of the user is smaller, and the user is attracted better.
In a practical scenario, the execution subject of the method may be a user equipment, or a device formed by integrating the user equipment and a network device through a network. The user equipment at least comprises a display device which is used for interacting with a user and displaying the content after the multimedia promotion resources are inserted into the user. The part of the scheme related to data processing can be implemented locally in the user equipment, or can be implemented in the network equipment and provides the processing result to the user equipment through the network, and the part related to interactive display is implemented only by the user equipment. The user equipment comprises but is not limited to various terminal equipment such as a computer, a mobile phone and a tablet computer; including but not limited to implementations such as a network host, a single network server, multiple sets of network servers, or a cloud-computing-based collection of computers. Here, the Cloud is made up of a large number of hosts or web servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), which is a type of distributed Computing, one virtual computer consisting of a collection of loosely coupled computers.
Fig. 1 shows a processing flow of a multimedia promotional resource insertion method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include at least the following steps:
step S101, identifying high-value sentences associated with the multimedia popularization resources in the text read by the user. The text read by the user may be various forms of electronic text that the user is currently browsing at the device, such as news that the user is reading through a browser, novels that are browsed using a reading application, and so on. The multimedia promotion resource can be a resource object containing any multimedia form for promotion, such as advertisement pictures, advertisement videos and the like.
The high-value sentences associated with the multimedia popularization resources are sentences of which part or all of contents have preset association relations with the multimedia popularization resources. For the sentences having the preset association relation with the multimedia popularization resources, after the corresponding multimedia popularization resources are inserted, the inserted contents and the original contents of the text have higher fusion degree, so that the substitution sense is stronger when a user reads, the user can more naturally imagine the contents of the popularization resources from the text contents, and the influence on the reading experience of the user is smaller. In an actual scene, the matching and identification of the incidence relation can be carried out based on the content tags of the multimedia popularization resources and the semantics of the multimedia popularization resources. The content label of the multimedia popularization resource can be submitted by a resource publisher when the popularization resource is launched, for example, the resource publisher submits a picture and marks the content label of the picture as a cheetah shaver, and submits a video and marks the content label of the video as a CC mobile phone.
For example, the content label "cheetah shaver" may be associated with a sentence that is associated with a meaning indicating that the speed is fast, and if the sentence "his speed is as fast as a leopard" is included in the novel being read by the user, the sentence may be recognized as a high-value sentence associated with "cheetah shaver"; for example, for the "CC mobile phone," an association relationship may be established with any statement that includes a mobile phone, and if the novel being read by the user includes the statement "i have drawn out the mobile phone," the statement may be identified as a high-value statement associated with the "CC mobile phone.
In addition, in the solutions provided in some embodiments of the present application, a content tag of the multimedia promotional resource may also be generated according to the content of the multimedia promotional resource, and then a high-value sentence associated with the content tag is identified in a text read by a user.
When the content label of the multimedia popularization resource is generated according to the content of the multimedia popularization resource, for the advertisement picture, an image characteristic value can be obtained according to the content of the advertisement picture, wherein the image characteristic value is related to the content of the picture and can be a color characteristic, a texture characteristic, a shape characteristic and the like in the image, and the characteristics can describe the characteristics of the image, so that different images can be distinguished. After extracting the image feature values, the image feature values are input to a deep learning model to obtain content tags.
When the deep learning model is trained, a supervised mode can be adopted for training by giving a training set containing a certain amount of advertisement pictures and corresponding content labels. The deep learning model can automatically construct decision bases of all hidden layers (hidden layers) in a decision network, so that the content labels of all advertisement pictures are accurately determined.
In some embodiments of the present application, the training process of the deep learning model is as follows: firstly, obtaining an advertisement picture from a training set, and firstly determining the positions of key points in the advertisement picture, wherein the key points are main feature points in picture content, for example, a face image is taken as an example, the key points can be positions of eyes, a nose, mouth corners and the like, the key points can be positions of limbs, a head and the like by taking an image of a whole human body as an example, and the key points can be determined by adopting a corner point detection mode. Common corner detection methods may include harris corner detection (a template-based corner detection), Shi-Tomasi corner detection (an improvement of harris corner detection), FAST (Features from Accelerated segmented experimental Test), dimension invariant surf (Accelerated Up Robust Features), and so on.
After the key point positions are determined, local features near the key point positions in the advertisement picture can be extracted, and the image feature values of the whole advertisement picture are represented by the local feature values near the key point positions. The Local features may adopt LBP (Local Binary Patterns) feature values, HOG (Histogram of oriented gradient) feature values, and the like, and an appropriate feature type is selected according to the actual scene requirements.
After obtaining the image feature values of the advertisement pictures in the training set, the deep learning model can be trained. In some embodiments of the present application, an appropriate algorithm model, such as a DCNN (Deep convolutional neural Networks) model, an Auto Encoder (Auto Encoder) model, a DBM (Deep boltzmann Machine) model, and the like, may be selected according to an actual scene. During training, a group of image characteristic values of each advertisement picture in a training set are used as a group of input data to be input into the deep learning model, and the weights of various decision parameters in various hidden layers are continuously adjusted according to an actual output result (an output content label) and a prediction result (a content label of the advertisement picture marked in the training set) until the actual output result of each training set converges to the prediction result, so that the final deep learning model is obtained.
After the deep learning model training is completed, the content label of the advertisement picture can be output only by inputting the image characteristic value of the advertisement picture into the deep learning model.
For advertisement videos, at least one key frame in the videos can be extracted before processing, then image characteristic values of the key frame are extracted, and a deep learning model is input to generate a content label.
When a high-value sentence related to the multimedia popularization resource is identified in the text read by the user, the identified range may be set according to the requirements of the actual scene, for example, the identification processing may be performed only in the text content currently displayed, taking the novel that the user is reading as an example, if the user is currently reading the content of the 15 th page, only the text included in the 15 th page may be used as the identified range, or a certain range may be expanded based on the text content in the currently displayed page, for example, the text included in the 14-16 pages may be used as the identified range.
In some embodiments of the present application, the high-value sentence associated with the multimedia promotional resource may be determined by combining with some related preset information, where the preset information may include at least any one of user portrait information, tag information of a text, and time information of the multimedia promotional resource. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when a high-value sentence associated with the multimedia popularization resource is identified in a text read by a user, the multimedia popularization resource matched with the preset information can be determined according to the preset information, and the high-value sentence associated with the multimedia popularization resource is identified in the text read by the user.
In an actual scenario, the multimedia promotional resource may be a candidate multimedia promotional resource in a resource library, where the candidate multimedia promotional resource included in the resource library is multimedia data of the promotional resource that needs to be released by a resource publisher, for example, the aforementioned picture of the "cheetah shaver" and the video of the "CC mobile phone" may be both used as the candidate multimedia promotional resource and stored in the resource library in advance. Therefore, in some embodiments of the application, at least one multimedia promotion resource matched with the preset information can be selected from candidate multimedia promotion resources of the resource library according to preset information, and then a high-value sentence associated with the multimedia promotion resource is identified in a text read by a user.
When determining multimedia popularization resources, for example, user portrait information may be generated based on personal information provided by a user or historical behavior information of the user, or user portrait information may be directly obtained from another third party. If the user is reading a novel in a reading application, the user profile information may be derived from information filled in by the user when registering an account, such as age, interest, gender. For example, multimedia popularization resources related to games are preferentially delivered to young users, and at this time, multimedia popularization resources matched with the age group, such as multimedia popularization resources of a new game, can be determined according to the age, and high-value words related to the multimedia popularization resources of the new game are identified in a novel text read by the user; for the multimedia promotion resources related to cosmetics, the multimedia promotion resources related to cosmetics can be preferentially put to female users and the like, at the moment, the multimedia promotion resources matched with the gender of the users, such as the multimedia promotion resources related to the new lipstick, can be determined according to the gender, and high-value sentences related to the multimedia promotion resources of the new lipstick are identified in the novel text read by the users.
Or, the user portrait information may also be from a historical browsing record of the user reading the novel, for example, the novel in the user historical browsing record is about the online game, so that it can be determined that the content in which the user is interested is likely to be the online game, at this time, it can be determined that the multimedia promotion resource matched with the user portrait information is a multimedia promotion resource about the online game, and a high-value sentence associated with the multimedia promotion resource of the online game is identified in the novel text read by the user. In addition, the user representation information may also come from a third party, for example, a reading application used by the user may obtain authorization of a shopping application of the third party, the user has registered an account in the shopping application of the third party and has used the shopping application to shop, and thus the shopping application of the third party also generates the user representation information based on the historical purchasing behavior of the user. At this time, when the user reads the novel by using the reading application on the device, the user portrait information can be acquired from the third-party shopping application so as to be used for determining the multimedia promotion resource suitable for the user, and the high-value sentence associated with the multimedia promotion resource is identified in the novel text read by the user.
The label information of the text refers to a label of the text read by the user, and the label information may be a keyword reflecting information such as a subject, an approximate content, and a category of the text. For example, if a user is using a reading application to browse a story caused by cell phone theft, if the tag information of the story includes "cell phone", then a matching multimedia promotional resource, such as the aforementioned video of a CC cell phone, can be determined based on the tag information of the text, and a high-value sentence associated with the video of the CC cell phone is identified in the text of the story.
The time information of the multimedia popularization resource refers to information related to time set for the multimedia popularization resource in advance, such as the advertisement delivery timeliness, the advertisement scheduled delivery time period, and the like. For example, for a multimedia promotion resource of a 'cheetah shaver', the release time can be preset to be two months, and the preset release time is 9-11 am. That is, the multimedia popularization resource is used for subsequent insertion processing within two months after a predetermined time (e.g., the first delivery), so as to realize advertisement delivery, the multimedia popularization resource is not used after two months, the multimedia popularization resource is only used for subsequent insertion processing between 9 am and 11 am of a day, and the multimedia popularization resource is not used in the rest of time periods.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific contents of the preset information are only examples, and other forms based on similar principles, which exist now or later come, should be included in the scope of the present application if they can be applied to the present application, and are included herein by reference. And before the preset information items are combined and used at will according to the requirements of the actual scene, for example, the matched multimedia promotion resource can be determined according to the user portrait information, the label information of the text and the time information of the multimedia promotion resource, and then the high-value sentence associated with the multimedia promotion resource is identified in the text read by the user.
If the candidate multimedia popularization resources in the resource library are pictures of AA games, BB lipstick, CC mobile phones and DD games, the user portrait information shows that the user is a young woman and is interested in playing games, the browsed text is a long novel about the online games, the label information of the text comprises 'games', and the preset release time periods of the multimedia popularization resources are respectively 9-11 points, 13-22 points, 17-22 points and 19-21 points. If the user reads the novel at 19 o 'clock 21 o' clock, if the matched multimedia promotion resource is determined based on the user portrait information, the label information of the text and the time information of the multimedia promotion resource at the same time, the determined multimedia promotion resource is the picture of the DD game, and if the preset association relationship of the picture of the DD game is any sentence related to the game in the text content, the high-value sentence related to the DD game can be identified within a certain range of the novel by the preset association relationship, for example, "he creates a new character in the game".
And step S102, determining the insertion position of the multimedia popularization resource in the high-value statement. As a simple implementation, the insertion position can be set directly to the beginning or end of the high-value sentence, for example, for the aforementioned high-value sentence "he created a new character in the game", the end of the sentence can be determined as the insertion position, i.e. the picture of the DD game will be inserted after the text "new character".
In some embodiments of the present application, when determining an insertion position, a word segmentation process may be performed on the high-value sentence to obtain at least one sentence element, and then a sentence element matching the multimedia popularization resource is determined from the sentence elements of the high-value sentence according to semantics of the sentence element, and a text position of the sentence element is determined as the insertion position.
For example, if a high-value sentence "i draw out a mobile phone and send a message" matched with a video of a CC mobile phone, the result of performing word segmentation processing on the sentence may be "i/draw out/mobile phone/send/message", and thus 6 sentence elements may be "i", "draw out", "mobile phone", "send", "message", respectively. Based on the semantics of the statement elements, the statement element matched with the video of the CC mobile phone can be extracted as the mobile phone, so that the text position where the mobile phone in the statement is located is determined to be the insertion position, and the video of the CC mobile phone can be inserted before or after the text of the mobile phone. In an actual scenario, any available algorithm may be used for word segmentation processing, for example, a string matching-based algorithm such as a forward maximum matching algorithm, a reverse maximum matching algorithm, a bidirectional maximum matching algorithm, or other statistical-based word segmentation algorithms may also be used.
Furthermore, when the insertion position is determined by combining the semantics, the specific phrase containing the specific part of speech can be combined, and the text position containing the phrase "fixed language + noun" can be selected as the insertion position under the condition that the semantics are consistent. For example, for the high-value sentence "the most advanced mobile phone is used by" the user "of video matching for the EE mobile phone, the text position of" fixed language + name "meeting specific semantics is selected as the insertion position, that is, the text position of the" most advanced mobile phone ".
Step S103, inserting the multimedia popularization resource in the insertion position, and displaying the high-value sentence after the multimedia popularization resource is inserted. Taking the high-value sentence "i have drawn out a message sent by the mobile phone" matched with the video of the CC mobile phone as an example, when the insertion element in the high-value sentence is inserted, that is, the "mobile phone" in the sentence is used as the insertion position, and the content after the video is inserted is as shown in fig. 2. Similarly, for the high value sentence "he created a new character in the game" matching the picture of the DD game, if the insertion position is at the end of the sentence, the content after inserting the picture is as shown in fig. 3.
In some embodiments of the present application, a display switching instruction input by a user may also be obtained, and the current display mode is switched according to the display switching instruction. The display modes can include at least two modes, and the two modes are respectively used for displaying the content after the multimedia popularization resource is inserted and the content before the multimedia popularization resource is not inserted. For example, when the current display mode is the first mode, the high-value sentences after the multimedia popularization resources are inserted are displayed, and when the current display mode is the second mode, the high-value sentences before the multimedia popularization resources are not inserted are displayed. Because some users may also need to read unmodified text in an actual scene, a triggering mode can be provided for the users to switch, so that the users can freely select.
The display switching instruction input by the user may be an operation of clicking the switching button by the user, and when the operation is detected, it is determined that the display switching instruction is obtained. For example, the display switching instruction input by the user may also be a preset gesture operation, and the actual scene may include, but is not limited to, the following categories: the method comprises the following steps of suspending operation gestures of a user above a reading interface, contact operation gestures of the user on the reading interface, a movement trend of the user driving user equipment in a display state of the reading interface and the like.
The hanging operation gesture of the user on the reading interface may refer to a hanging sliding track of the user on the business card display interface displayed on the display device of the user equipment within the acquisition range of the image sensor of the user equipment. The image sensor may be a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) sensor, or may also be a Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) sensor, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The suspension sliding track may include, but is not limited to, a straight line or a curve with any shape, which is composed of a plurality of dwell points corresponding to a plurality of consecutive sliding events, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The touch operation gesture of the user on the reading interface may refer to a touch sliding track of the user on the reading interface displayed on the display device of the user equipment. Generally, user devices can be classified into two types according to whether a display device has a characteristic of touch input, one type is a touch device, and the other type is a non-touch device. Specifically, a contact operation gesture of a user on a business card display interface displayed on a touch screen of the touch device may be detected. The contact sliding trajectory may include, but is not limited to, a straight line or a curve with an arbitrary shape, which is composed of a plurality of touch points corresponding to a plurality of consecutive touch events, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. For example, the long pressing operation gesture of the user in the central area on the name card display interface or the sliding gesture of a plurality of contact points can be used.
The trend of the user driving the user equipment to move in the display state of the reading interface may refer to a movement track, such as shaking, turning, moving along a specific track, of the user equipment, which is driven by the user to move when the user equipment is held by a hand and the reading interface is displayed on a display device of the user equipment.
Since the multimedia popularization resources are mostly pictures or videos and the like, the original data of the multimedia popularization resources are often large, and if a plurality of multimedia popularization resources are loaded simultaneously when a user reads the multimedia popularization resources, a large amount of bandwidth resources and calculation resources are consumed, so that the user equipment is blocked or the network is blocked. Therefore, in other embodiments of the present application, when the multimedia promotional resource is inserted into the insertion location and the high-value sentence after the multimedia promotional resource is inserted is displayed, the original data of the multimedia promotional resource may not be directly inserted, but the thumbnail information of the multimedia promotional resource may be inserted into the insertion location and the high-value sentence after the thumbnail information of the multimedia promotional resource is inserted may be displayed. The thumbnail information can be multimedia information converted into a small format, such as thumbnails of pictures, dynamic thumbnails of a few key frames of videos, and the like, so that a user can know the approximate content of the multimedia promotion resource through the thumbnail information, and the burden on equipment when a plurality of pieces of multimedia promotion resources are loaded simultaneously is avoided.
In this case, a trigger operation of the user on the abbreviated information may be further acquired, and the multimedia promotion resource corresponding to the abbreviated information is displayed at the insertion position according to the trigger operation. After the user browses the approximate content of the multimedia popularization resource through the thumbnail information, if the user is interested in the approximate content, the thumbnail information can be changed into the original data of the multimedia popularization resource through executing the triggering operation, so that the user can know the approximate content in more detail. Here, the trigger operation may be a click operation on the thumbnail information, or may be a gesture operation similar to the case where the display switching instruction is input.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a multimedia popularization resource insertion device, the corresponding method of the device is the multimedia popularization resource insertion method in the embodiment, and the problem solving principle is similar to that of the method. The apparatus comprises a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform the aforementioned multimedia promotional resource insertion method.
The multimedia popularization resource insertion device can be realized by user equipment or equipment formed by integrating the user equipment and network equipment through a network. The user equipment at least comprises a display device which is used for interacting with a user and displaying the content after the insertion processing to the user.
Fig. 4 shows a structure of a device suitable for implementing the method and/or technical solution in the embodiment of the present application, and the device 400 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)401, which can execute various suitable actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 402 or a program loaded from a storage portion 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403.
