Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a display screen according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the present disclosure provides a display screen 100, and the display screen 100 may be applied to a notebook computer. The display 100 may include a rear cover 10, a fixing frame 20, a liquid crystal display 30, and a frame 40.
The holder 20 may be mounted on the rear cover 10 of the display panel, and the holder 20 may have a receiving space for receiving the lcd panel 30. The liquid crystal screen 30 may be disposed in the accommodating space. Specifically, the fixing frame 20 may include a frame 21 and a supporting plate 22 connected to the frame 21 to define an accommodating space, and the liquid crystal screen 30 may be supported in the accommodating space by the supporting plate 22. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the frame 21 may cover a side surface of the liquid crystal screen 30, and the outer frame 40 may be respectively bonded to the periphery of the display surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 and an inner side surface of the frame 21 to cover an assembly gap between the liquid crystal screen 30 and the frame 21. At this time, the frame 21 may be slightly higher than the four sides of the lcd 30 to wrap the entire lcd 30, so that the lcd 30 is more firmly fixed.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a display screen and an outer frame of the display screen being adhesively connected according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the frame 21 on the fixing frame 20 may cover a side of the liquid crystal screen 30 and may be coplanar with a display surface of the liquid crystal screen 30. The outer frame 40 may be respectively bonded to the display surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 and the top surface of the frame 21, that is, the outer frame 40 is bonded to a common plane formed by the display surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 and the top surface of the frame 21 to cover the assembly gap between the liquid crystal screen 30 and the frame 21. Therefore, the width of the frame 40 is reduced, and the width of the fixing frame 20 is reduced, so that the entire thickness of the display screen is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an omitted liquid crystal screen of a display screen according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the supporting plate 22 on the fixing frame 20 is adhesively supported at a position around the back surface of the lcd panel 30. The support plate 22 may include a left support plate 221, an upper support plate 222, a right support plate 223 and a lower support plate 224, and the back surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 may be adhesively connected to the left support plate 221, the upper support plate 222, the right support plate 223 and the lower support plate 224 by adhesives 50'. Preferably, the left support plate 221, the upper support plate 222, the right support plate 223, and the lower support plate 224 may be integrally formed. The adhesive 50' may be a pop-top adhesive to facilitate disassembly and maintenance. Therefore, the lcd 30 is adhered to the hollow supporting structure formed by the supporting plate 22 and suspended in the rear cover 10, so as to buffer the lcd 30 and prevent the lcd from being damaged due to extrusion. And a moisture-proof and shock-absorbing composite layer 60' may be coated on the buffer 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to further make the width of the lower frame 41 of the outer frame 40 narrower and to improve the screen occupation ratio, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 connected to the liquid crystal screen 30 may be mounted on the rear surface of the liquid crystal screen 30. Specifically, the liquid crystal screen 30 and the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 may be connected by a flexible circuit board (COF) (not shown), and the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 is mounted at a bottom position of a rear surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 in a manner of being folded back by 180 ° by the flexible circuit board (COF) (not shown). Therefore, the space at the lower part of the fixing frame 20 is saved, and the lower frame 41 of the outer frame 40 can be made narrower, thereby improving the screen occupation ratio.
A Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 is mounted on the rear surface of the liquid crystal screen 30, and the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 and the support plate 20 are spaced apart on the rear surface of the liquid crystal screen 30 in order to prevent the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 from interfering with the lower support plate 224 of the fixing frame 20 during assembly. Specifically, the lower support plate 224 is spaced apart from the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 to provide the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)70 with the required clearance space 200.
