the sampling pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are arranged on the holding part, the liquid outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the sampling pipe, the sampling pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are both communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and a control valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe;
the vacuum generating assembly is communicated with the liquid storage cavity and is used for generating negative pressure in the liquid storage cavity so as to suck liquid to be sampled into the liquid storage cavity through the sampling pipe;
the disinfection component extends into the liquid storage cavity and is used for disinfecting liquid in the liquid storage cavity; the stirring assembly is rotationally connected with the liquid storage part and is used for stirring the liquid in the liquid storage cavity;
the device also comprises a telescopic protection pipe;

the digital display assembly comprises a display screen, and the display screen is electrically connected with the flow measurement part and used for displaying the volume of the liquid entering the liquid storage cavity through the sampling pipe.
8. The portable liquid food testing sampler according to claim 3, wherein the vacuum generating assembly includes a vacuum pump mounted on the external fixture and communicating with the reservoir chamber.
