and a driving part (8) for driving and controlling the screw rod (5) to rotate is arranged on the inner side of the mounting box (3).

the outer side wall of the rotating ring (6) is uniformly provided with a plurality of second positioning grooves (61) which are matched with the positioning holes (31) and are used for clamping the positioning clamping rods (34).
